Ordered food tonight, chicken is raw and found a hair in my cookie dough, won't be ordering again

Called to check the address. Food was great. Only comment is I’d prefer to chose different meats for kebabs, say just donner and chicken rather than one or all. But that’s solely my preference

The food was delicious as usual but not hot, it was warm.

It was just amazing... I forgot to put my house number on and they still delivered ON TIME. Absolutely phenomenal. I am amazed, everything was just perfection. It was still nuclear by the time I got it too, having messed them about for so long. The seasoning was astonishing, special some would say. Thank you Hot Spot I salute to you.

Food ordered online for delivery. Order placed at 19.55 hrs . After calling hot spot at 20.55 to ask where my order was , my reply was “ there very busy and will get it out with the next deliver driver “ It’s now 21.30 and still no sign whatsoever of the food or a delivery driver … Now I wouldn’t mind if was living out in the middle of nowhere but hotspot is only a 10 min walk from my house .. Can see me having to walk and collect my own delivery at this rate … to which I expect it probably hasn’t even started being cooked What a disappointment Think it’s going have to be some toast and a brew instead 🙈

We asked for no salad on one box but they still put salad on and I had no coleslaw or beans in the other box

Top of pizza all stuck to box lid, stone cold on arrival also. Meat all over vegetarian half also. Pizza went in the bin as was inedible.

very disappointed with the food tonight. It arrived on time , but the food was cold. To make matters worse the chicken my son had still had the chickens foot on. Won't be using again.

Pizza’s are second to none. Absolutely delicious and delivered on time, if not early almost always. Fantastic food, fantastic staff. Love love love.

Food was supposed to arrive before 9 but didn’t arrive until almost half past. Wrap was also missing the bed or lettuce and mayonnaise

I honestly wouldn't bother... takes over 1.5 hours just too get a kebab when food did arrive it was cold... I'll avoid next time

Good food. However we did not order tomatoes but they were included in the kebab.

We don’t mind that the order was slightly late because we are rural and our address is not easy to find. But this is the second order that has been delivered cold. As I say, we are not easy to find, so we get it, but the chips were warm and the rest was cold, which does make a lot of sense. We still enjoyed it, but would have given 5 stars if it had been hot.

Super speedy delivered 30 mins early which was ideal as my hubby was starving! Delicious food, generous portions and freebie Friday meant free chocolate fudge cake 🙌🏻

Tried to order from these jokers 3 times via a food ordering app. Each time they take the order then cancel it. Do not waste your time.

Just had southern fried chicken and fries from here, even tho the fries were fresh they managed to be soggy and tasteless, and I apologised to the chicken as I didn’t know it was it’s 1st birthday on the warming rack!!!!!!!! Never again 🙄

Ordered take away shish kebab. It came in a polystyrene box with the pitta bread chucked on top. No care taken and no price reduction for our DIY kebab either!

Items were missing from our order, food was cold other than the chicken and the delivery driver had our food on the passenger seat of his car along with his dog 🤢 We rang The Hotspot to be told that there was nothing they could do but if we ordered from them again they would give us a discount. They are not one bit bothered that the only thing we could eat was the chicken and we are left hungry. Will definitely not be ordering from them again 😡

Unfortunately most of our food was cold when it got to us. After many years of eating from here this was a low point and left me hungry and disappointed

They couldn’t care less about you, ordered last night, confirmed, 2 hours later I drove there as they weren’t picking up the phone it was closed, another 1 hour 10 minutes later apps says it’s been delivered, called them today not even an apology I got ‘what address you calling from bruv’ I already spent 3 years not ordering from here as they’ve been terrible in the past but not getting food from here ever again, go maccies way more reliable and food is better and you’ll get it the same hour wow how amazing

Curry was lovely. Balti Chips weren’t cooked and mint yoghurt was dried up. Pizza was nice and the plain chips cooked fine too.

The food was delicious. & as it was a large order so we can excuse it being late.

Food is nice but they forgot an item I'd ordered. I ordered for a party so it was a lot of money, I preordered over an hour befor opening time to ensure it would be delivered by a certain time, yet it was 45 mins late. I feel my order should've been on time as it was preordered. Disappointed today which is a shame as its usually pretty good.

The man that served us made sure he go the order right as we ordered a lot. Was very fast and the food was great. He also chucked in a free bottle of Fanta which is was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend

Food arrived on time and hot. Delivery driver was delightful. Delicious meals to suit a variety of tastes in our household, curry, burgers, chicken and chips etc. only sad thing was our poppadoms (which were free, so not complaining) were not crispy. Everything else amazing as per.

There was plastic in the curry and the box was still intact

The food was slightly late, but we are rural and usually it is super quick so we did not mind. The delivery driver was lovely. The food was exceptional as always. We had a real mixture as the family have different tastes. I have a chicken tikka korma and pilau rice which was absolutely delicious. My son had donner meat for the first time and he loved it. My husband had a mixed kebab which was generously portioned and he enjoyed. Another had pizza which was devoured in seconds. 100% happy.

30 mins late and one of the chicken burgers was over cooked and the bun was too charred . The garlic bread had tomato sauce on it ?

I travel around the UK with work and frequent a lot of Indian restaurants. I like really spicy food. Had the Naga chicken tonight from Hot Spot. Oh my, it was amazing, really spicy and really nice! Honestly, the best curry I’ve eaten!! Chef, thank you, that was amazing! Pat on the back and keep doing what your doing 👍🏻

A fantastic takeaway with quality food that's completely ruined by one thing.....they operate a cash only service, which in 2023 is an absolute joke! And that's the only reason I stopped using Hot Spot.

Terrible we were camped 5 miles away they wouldn’t deliver ended up getting an amazing meal from Crewe 30 miles away delivered to the door

Food arrived 30mins late and cold on a Wednesday evening. If they can’t get it right mid-week, don’t fancy their chances in a weekend.

Food great, driver went to wrong place (2 pubs same name 10min away) so food wasn't as hot. Price Inc £2 delivery and 50p service wad £22.10. Owner had crossed out and wanted £25, which we didn't pay! Shame, as food was really good but wouldn't use again.

Food was gorgeous. Some issues with delivery due to us being on holiday and not being able to provide clear directions, and driver unfamiliar with area. Driver could not have been more helpful. 10/10 service absolutely fantastic, really easy to communicate with, so patient and accommodating. Wish we had more cash to tip! Food arrived still hot despite the misunderstanding!
