Absolutely disgusting! I ordered a vegetarian meal - when delivered it had chicken in it, I rang and they offered me a new one, at this point I was done with waiting and wanted a refund for the meal with chicken in. They refused to do this and practically called me a liar. They wanted me to come to the shop after paying a delivery fee to get a refund, not happening. Luckily I ordered through just eat so managed to get a refund through them, but the food is disgusting, and the customer service is horrendous. Don’t waste your money on this place.

Best Chinese in Crewe, our go to. Never had any issues with them whatsoever & have ordered from here a lot! The noodles are so yummy, always generous portions & hot food. Even delivered our food to us free of charge once when a family member accidentally pressed collection instead of delivery, I can’t fault them they’re the best

Firstly took 1.5 hours to arrive on a Tuesday night. Then the food arrives and yes it was warm but sadly tasteless. Then to top it off the delivery driver mounts the curb at speed, then over the curb onto the gravel area of the house and smashes a solar light. He simply grins and says sorry mate. Terrible service and won’t be ordering again. To think I paid £3 for a delivery to take 1.5 hours and then have a solar light smashed is ridiculous all round service.

The food arrived and was all soggy, the crispy chicken was soft and soggy as was the prawn roast and spring rolls. I think it’s to do with the boxes they pack them in, be better if it was in paper bags. The salt and pepper box was awful, no flavour and they even put frozen birds eye chicken dippers in!!! The only thing that was edible was the prawn crackers and sweet and sour sauce, very disappointed. First & last time trying this one….

Another one to add to the no visit list. Sadly had high expectations but its very much low end Chinese food. everything tasted really oily and quite a bit had tremendous lack of taste.

Ordered a takeaway. Late delivery then food arrived wrong. Telephoned straight away, promised a replacement in 30 minutes, 1 hour later no food… Very rude woman on the phone… no customer service skills… highly recommend not to use this place. They don’t deserve customers… Applied for a full refund from UberEats

Their Chinese food is the best I have ever eaten, And I have eaten a lot. Price is more than reasonable, and driver follows social distgancing rules perfectly. And delivery time is also good. The BEST take away in Crewe, by a mile!!

Ordered from here never had a prob!am over 5 yrs Food estimated delivery 20:05 called at 20:21 to be told extra half hour wait , food arrived @20:50 Prawn stater all prawns soggy not even crisp , salt and pepper wings tasteless , Peking ribs no sauce and no spice , chips soggy and again no salt and pepper Overall dissapointimg

Told under one hour for delivery and still waiting 2 1/2hrs later. I can’t review the food yet but very frustrated and hungry as I just want an honest delivery time.

Ribs had no meat on them at all and tasted like gravy no flavour in sauce !!! Egg fried rice had no egg or anything else with it !!! Sorry but would if at least expected egg !!! Then they gave the cheek to charge £2.50 delivery!!!! Absolutely disgusting! First time there and never again

If you like a bit of Lamb on your fat which i do and a spicy dish to suit then try the Macau Lamb. All the food we have from here is excellent and consistently so. Really pleasant staff and great quality all in all a winning combination.

When we stay with friends this is our port of call for a takeaway on a Friday evening, it’s our rite of passage. They only do takeaway meals. We are usually four but experience has taught us to go for meal for 3 which is more than enough! A meal for four usually covers lunch the next day! Have had most of the meals on the meals menu and a lot of the meals on the main menu. Delivery is usually at a time they say. Can be speeded up if you collect your order yourself. Waiting time is very limited outside the shop. Staff and ourselves are on first name terms and are wonderful as is the food.

Superb quality and excellent value. Quantity of dishes will leave anybody feeling satisfied and full. Always prompt delivery. For amazingly tasty Chinese takeaway, you can’t go wrong with Chef Iszy!

Had a meal from here it made myself my girlfriend and my son ill we were all sick me more so I was vomiting and diarrhoea for days my doctor said I had food poisoning I will never eat this disgusting food again nor feed it to my family

We ordered food tonight as a treat. Food was fantastic. Hot. Well seasoned. Enjoyed every mouthful. Will definitely be ordering again soon

First night on business in Crewe. Food was disgusting. Salt and Pepper Prawns were tasteless and thick batter which made them soggy and heavy. Sweet and sour soup was sickly mess which looked like sweet and sour sauce with a little less sugar. House special which includes prawns, chicken, beef and duck. Beef chewy, duck fatty, chicken chewy and prawns ok but rubbery as overcooked. Ordered a can of drink and even that was warm. Rank

No puedo creer que alguien puede dar una opinión mala de este lugar. Es nuestro ir a China para llevar, nunca nos fallaron. La comida es excelente y las porciones de epic. Una comida para dos hará tres o cuatro con no fácilmente mucho empuje. Sólo para llevar, pero no entregar localmente. ¡Pruébalo!

Absolutely disgusting after finishing work late I thought I'd treat myself worst mistake ever.I had salt and pepper squad which was like a piece of rubber and no taste whatsoever also I had king prawn fu young the prawns were very chewy and couldn't taste the egg in it, pekingese ribs in Cantonese sauce the sauce was tasteless and tge egg fried rice was Beauly cold a complete waste of money.My advice avoid avoid avoid

This is our family favourite for tasty, good value, quickly delivered Chinese food. We have never been disappointed. The woman who answers the phone is always friendly and the food is always hot when it arrives.

Chef iszy tenía unas cuantas veces, cada vez que el primer plato (sal y alas de pollo pimienta) han sido muy agradable. La casa curry especial es muy sabroso y abundante carne. La última noche de curry era un poco grasosa comparado con otras noches, pero no efecto sabor. La entrega es en el periodo de tiempo que te dan y no se entregan a los 5 minutos después de ordenar como otros lugares, ya que te hace pensar es fresco.Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera.

This place is fantastic. This was our first chinese when we moved to the area, and have since tried all of the others, but this always trumps them. The people are really nice and the food extremely good!

This is a real hit and miss it can be really nice and not so good. They always deliver in the time which they say and it's not expensive.

Had some awful chinese meals lately from different places. We decided to give this a go and will definately be ordering again from here. Food lovely, fresh, very hot and delivered within the expected time given. Very reasonable, not overpriced at all and i would highly recommend it.

Our usual Chinese place is closed due to holidays so checked out trip advisor & found Chef Iszy. Ordered online with bigfoodie which was easy, delivery came within 45 mins, food was hot upon arrival. very pleased with the food, spare ribs very tasty & not greasy, house special Peking was hot & very spicy which is great If you like spicy food which we do, loved the dim sum selection & the portion size of chicken balls was generous. Overall very pleased & would recommend, in fact I think we'll be going here from now on !

I always eat from chef iszy.. I have tried most other Chinese takeaways in Crewe and Chef Iszy is my favourite! Food is always really nice, never had a bad meal. Lots of food at a great price, great value!

We have been visiting this take away now for several months and never got around to writing a review. The food here is always to a very high standard, the menu is full of choice and we've tried a few now. Cannot fault the quality or the service. The food if you give 10 - 15 minutes is cooked fresh, piping hot and ready when you arrive.

This place keeps the light on dim, and regular customers know why. It is simply too good to spread the word too far. This is the best Chinese take-away in Crewe, I have tried them all, but this one is superb. Food is fresh, hot, cooked to perfection, plentiful, and cheap. Always served with charm & grace, ready on time, and usually with a bonus (free prawn crackers, etc).

Been to chef iszy numerous times now cannot fault it at all, fresh hot food, efficient delivery and very helpful staff will be continuing to use here, keep up the good work!

We have used this takeaway on many occasions and have recently decided to see what the other takeaways in the area are like. What s mistake, I can honestly say it's the best Chinese takeaway around will be sticking with them from now on.

This is my favourite Chinese takeaway in Crewe - the menu is very extensive, the salt & chilli pepper crispy beef's a favourite of mine! There's always a cheery greeting on the phone, and they always deliver more quickly than they say.

went to this chinese when i was staying in crewe and although it looked dirty on the outside i went in there and it was freezing inside the place even the girl behind the counter had a big coat on any way i ordered some food and got it home and it was cold greasy and tasted awful hence to say that i would never go again ! to be honest i am surprised that its still open by the state of the place

This is our favourite. Deliveries are always earlier than told. Food good quality. Totally satisfied.
