We visited the beehive to celebrate a double birthday…on arrival the staff were friendly and sat us to our table that was ready and waiting for us. We ordered multiple different dishes and had not one complaint over any of the food. All dishes came together at the same time so nobody was left waiting for their food and all meals were hot and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The menu had great variety also for the vegetarians.l and wasn’t overpriced. Overall it was a lovely family meal out and would definitely recommend and will definatley visit again.

Visited this lunchtime with a friend. Lunch menus are available as well as the regular menu. We opted to choose vegan. Poppadoms were fresh and crispy. We had gobi manchurian, veg handi, veg biriyani and a small dish of bindi masala for us to try. Nann bread was hot thin and buttery. Everything that we are was served hot, generous sized portions and was delicious. Service was friendly and helpful. A lovely restaurant with great staff and delicious food.

Was at my brother wedding here absolutely lovely venue food , staff amazing highly recommended and 2 staff in particular shaz and Sharon were amazing lovely people

We had a wonderful experience at the Blundell Arms in Horwich! We enjoyed four delicious roast dinners, each generous in portion size and bursting with flavor. The food was not only tasty but also very reasonably priced, offering great value for money. The pub itself is cozy and beautifully decorated, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend the Blundell Arms.

As always lovely nice atmosphere. Tried the January Deals. Breaded Cheddar and Jalapeno Donuts were great. Garlic Prawns could do with a pitta bread as prawns a bit small.

Ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken and Salt & Pepper Chicken. We were really looking forward it but it was just inedible!! The chicken in both meals was drier than an Arab’s flip-flop. Tough, dry, awful!! Had gone out in freezing cold rain especially for it and wish we’d never bothered. It’s so annoying because cooking bits of chicken must be something they do every single day of their lives. Never again!

We decided to pop in, glad we did, lovely lady served us, freshly made breakfast, really thick bacon, mushrooms fried, not boiled, I hate boiled mushrooms, tin tomatoes, beans, black pudding and a hash brown. Loads of toast. The only thing which could have been better is the coffee, it was really weak, tasted like instant, even though they had a noisy coffee machine. Everything else was lovely.

Contracting again in Bolton. Came back to Beehive, same manager, mostly same staff (after 2 years). These folk can’t do more for you. Totally genuine, interested, caring and professional. Greene King carvery never disappoints, being a bit greedy I’d like the option to pay/double the meat portion. Nothing wrong with current serving but sometimes I’d like a bit more. Bar staff, friendly attentive and serve you in order. Great venue for watching the glorious reds (allez, allez,allez) friendly locals. Good for families, kids, couples or solo working contractors. Premier nest door has similarly pleasant staff.

I ordered off Uber eats. The food was cold and steak pudding was raw and inedible.sausage was like it had been sitting on the side for hours. Won’t be ordering again

We shop at Greenhalghs occasionally usually for a tin loaf or honey n sunflower loaf.forgot to pick a sour dough cob from Marks n Spencer's today so called at Chorley New Road for one £2-80 thought will be okay from Greenhalghs!!!!! cut it tonight for soup honestly was so stale seagulls wouldn't want it ,absolutely unbelievable they are selling bread which is not fresh, will not let it go and will return it tomorrow for my refund I would guess it's at least three days old and was totally unfit to eat

Once again booked Crofters for our annual Family Christmas Party this year for 42 people! Excellent food and service nothing too much trouble for Alison and her team especially as there was a lot of people to serve in a short space of time. Will definitely be booking again for next year and go many times during the year albeit just my wife, myself and Ollie the collie!.

Appalling customer service. Waited 90m for a kebab and it was delivered without naan bread. Guy was incredibly rude and said I'd have to wait for it to be delivered as he was "very busy"

Excellent food, Chefs Special Naga was everything it should be, very hot and chicken tika was generous and tasty. Onion bhajis were excellent and salad fresh ……one to add to the curry elite.
