We visited the beehive to celebrate a double birthday…on arrival the staff were friendly and sat us to our table that was ready and waiting for us. We ordered multiple different dishes and had not one complaint over any of the food. All dishes came together at the same time so nobody was left waiting for their food and all meals were hot and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The menu had great variety also for the vegetarians.l and wasn’t overpriced. Overall it was a lovely family meal out and would definitely recommend and will definatley visit again.

So hadn't been to the Blundell for a long time. The place is really nice and we were greatest by a really lovely attentive waiter called Kris. He took on board and allergy I had and explained they would remove and leave with a cucumber and tomatoes salad. On arrival which was bought by a waitress the food looked like it had been plonked on a plate and no tomato's or cucumber. I just pointed out what I was promised whereby it was dismissed and she said they wouldn't do that. When I raised again as basically I was being called a liar she said the man was new and they don't do that. The waitress did not venture back to check how our food was. Maybe she was having a bad day however nobody wants to be served by a sullen unfriendly person. Hence the poor rating.

As always lovely nice atmosphere. Tried the January Deals. Breaded Cheddar and Jalapeno Donuts were great. Garlic Prawns could do with a pitta bread as prawns a bit small.

Ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken and Salt & Pepper Chicken. We were really looking forward it but it was just inedible!! The chicken in both meals was drier than an Arab’s flip-flop. Tough, dry, awful!! Had gone out in freezing cold rain especially for it and wish we’d never bothered. It’s so annoying because cooking bits of chicken must be something they do every single day of their lives. Never again!

We decided to pop in, glad we did, lovely lady served us, freshly made breakfast, really thick bacon, mushrooms fried, not boiled, I hate boiled mushrooms, tin tomatoes, beans, black pudding and a hash brown. Loads of toast. The only thing which could have been better is the coffee, it was really weak, tasted like instant, even though they had a noisy coffee machine. Everything else was lovely.

We booked our child’s 3rd Birthday here at wacky warehouse and couldn’t be happier with our decision! The venue was clean, tidy and safe and the service (by Chloe) was outstanding! Great value for money and very accommodating from start to finish! - great work and a happy 3 year old! 😊

I ordered off Uber eats. The food was cold and steak pudding was raw and inedible.sausage was like it had been sitting on the side for hours. Won’t be ordering again

The Staff were amazing The Sunday lunch was ok in parts The Mashed Potato had a crust on it congraled Some Veg over cooked some over cooked The choice for Real Ale was limited to one their choice was a poor beer and clouly But most of all a 300% price mark up on Beer compared with other with other superior venues A Complete RIP of for Drinks The food not the best on the day

just been to greenhalghs chorley new road wot a set of miserable girls especially the girl who served me how ignorant she was none of them very clean looking won't be going there again

Appalling customer service. Waited 90m for a kebab and it was delivered without naan bread. Guy was incredibly rude and said I'd have to wait for it to be delivered as he was "very busy"

Excellent food, Chefs Special Naga was everything it should be, very hot and chicken tika was generous and tasty. Onion bhajis were excellent and salad fresh ……one to add to the curry elite.
