Appalling customer service. Waited 90m for a kebab and it was delivered without naan bread. Guy was incredibly rude and said I'd have to wait for it to be delivered as he was "very busy"

Pizza from here is excellent one of best ever but the Kebabs are amazing love the way they package everything with the meat, salad and pitta all separate defo our go to takeaway from now on

Ordered here sent a cheesecake instead of a cheesy garlic bread didn’t send dips that were paid for then after speaking to the ridiculous rude manager sent a 7inch instead of a 9 inch garlic bread and didn’t send the dips. Manager couldn’t be arsed answering the phone. Wouldn’t go again

Is this place under new management? For past 3 weeks not been pleased for a start delivery is about 1 hour or more, very over priced for what you get , they seem to have gone very tight on potion sizes and £1.80 for small fries???? It does come hot but we love the donner calzones but sadly they have hardly any filling in and have gone smaller with hardly any cheese which makes them very dry, And again for £6.50 very over priced. Such a shame cheese garlic bread always over done as well with pizza to over done!! I’m one of these that don’t mind paying for good food but unfortunately last 3 times not good at all and potions shocking for price, looking at other menus in the area Italiano is well over priced and again delivery is shocking Such a shame

Both myself and my partner work for the NHS. This place was offering a free pizza with your order, so we tried. We got our order but not the free pizza we had asked for which was clearly offered by them. My girlfriend rang to say no pizza had come expecting it to be an oversight. The guy was dismissive to her, made no attempt to apologise or correct the mistake they had made and rudely hung up on her. He then ignored further calls from her number. I rang from my phone and he was equally unwilling to correct things. The worst service we have received in a very long time. They took money for an order they did not honour and then were rude and had no intention of making it right at all. AVOID this place. We will.

Disappointed in Italiano Horwich who we’ve ordered from many times before but never again. They don’t deliver on their emailed claim of a free pizza for NHS workers as the comment apparently didn’t send. Rude staff who think it’s okay to hang up when I phoned. Should have gone with the kind offer of a free meal from Bengal Cottage Restaurant & Bar • Finest Indian Cuisine • Fully Lincesed instead!

Last pizza we had a soft base but burnt crust. Chips were under cooked. Yet the order we had before was faultless. Delivery is always the stated time but food is unpredictable

Be sure to check your change if buying from here. They like to short change you if they think you’ve had a drink! Done it twice to me now!

Ordered 8.10, came at 10.10. Wish i never bothered. Order said it would come at 9.15. Not happy. Will take my business elsewhere.

I had pizza and pasta from Italiano, very happy with it, pizaa had great taste. The pasta had rich flavour and was nice and warm when delivered. Will order again

Used Italiano for years and there calzones have always been better than the rest but had a period where they wasn’t as good as they was until now , they are back to there best , the order came fast and hot , the lady on the phone was great and rang me with a query which she sorted with no problem . We left a note on how we like it cooked and they did it spot on . Excellent service cheers 👍🏼👍🏼

Bases not cooked pale and floppy, The meats being used are not as advertised they are using cheap meats salami instead of pepperoni and no tandoori chicken or spicy beef. we ordered an Americano (Pepperoni - mushroom - onion) ours consisted of masses of tomato sauce - cheese - salami - onion on an under cooked base that when you picked it up the toppings just slid off. The Italiano Tandoori hot (tandoori chicken - onion - mixed peppers - mushrooms - jalapenos) ours consisted of masses tomato sauce - cheese - no tandoori chicken - mixed peppers jalapenos, also the jalapenos were pickled and lots of vinegar on the pizza, The garlic bread was Burnt and crispy no garlic flavour the worst pizza we have ever had and not good value for money as half the ingredients are missing or a very cheap replacement

some people complain that pizza bases are soggy I would say they are more soft than soggy which is the way I like them anyway! everything ive had from here in the last couple of months has been spot on so if that's down to new management then long may the current be in charge,keep up the good work all the staff at italianos I'm sure you will get your moaners but for me you are the only place I will be using for my weekly treat!!!!!!

Used for the first time this week. Called in on spec Sunday evening. Purchased 2 x 14inch 4 season Pizza. All staff corteous.Pizzas thick and tasty . Received a free Garlic bread. Supper for 5 adults and 2 children. All enjoyed, will use again

Disgusting slop! Worst pizza and garlic bread everr. Bases not cooked and soggy. Don't bother wasting your money. Would give a nil rating but you can't.

Have ordered from here once or twice. Food is okay but nothing outstanding and prices are fair. Food comes early usually and is hot upon arrival. Only problem is that the pizzas were burnt which is obviously a massive problem, with pizzas being a very popular choice for an Italian takeaway. Wouldn't recommend over other options in the area.

Used to order from here all the time, it ‘was’ the best takeaway in Horwich. Since it’s been under new management it’s rapidly declined. Portions are much smaller than usual, the deliver times have gotten longer and the food is nowhere near as good as it used to be.

We go to Italiano's regularly but yesterday I was very annoyed and disappointed in the service we received. I placed an order for 4 mixed kebabs (chicken and shish) and a pizza at 8.30pm. At 9.50 I had to ring to see where my food was to be told it was next out of the shop. It arrived just after 10pm and there was a kebab missing. I was told I only ordered 3 but I had paid for 4. They apologised and said they would send one straight away. At 10.50pm I had to ring to ask where it was to be told it was next to be cooked!!!!! I said it was too late and couldn't wait any longer. I wasn't even offered a refund for the kebab!!!! The other 3 kebabs were very disappointing and had very little lamb on them. Utterly disappointed and they didn't even seem to be bothered!!!!!!

Varied menu, great food, friendly staff who will always try and accommodate what you want. Can collect or they deliver. If you order off their website delivery is free.

Not great, but keep spamming mobile numbers with meaningless offers and the opt out doesn't work, so the messages keep coming, enough with the spam! We won't be ordering from here again.

Firstly, I'll review the food itself. It was simply awful. The chicken for the burger was horrendous, tasted of nothing, and was just horrid. The burger I ordered was supposed to come with sauce, cheese and chips, but it just came with sauce, and I could of spat more garlic mayo from my mouth compared to what was on the burger. Now, on to the 'pizza'. It may as well of been some soggy Warburtons bread with some melted cheese on top. Now I'm not expecting a dominos but come on, a bit of effort would of been nice. If I wanted to spend 10 pound on soggy bread, I would of. The pizza tasted of nothing but oil and grease. Never have I been so disappointed from a takeaway in my life. Lastly, whoever decided to deliver my food, took double the amount of time I asked it to be delivered for. Also he basically threw the food at me and ran away, it was slightly rude and strange, more than likely because I payed by Apple Pay and the poor sod didn't get his 2 pence tip.

Bien por dónde empezar? Primero llegó media hora tarde sin ninguna palabra de disculpa. Aún así yo estaba emocionado de abrir la caja como alguien (obviamente un tonto sin papilas gustativas) había dicho que sus kebabs estaban muy bien. Toda la cosa fue un desastre de principio a fin. Hacía frío, seco y la calidad de la carne era el estándar más bajo que he encontrado jamás. El shish era más que probable jugando "buscará" hace unos días. El donner tenía la textura de calamar y ni siquiera me empezó el pollo. He casi borrachos una botella de gaseosa y todavía hay cosas de en la parte posterior de mi garganta. Incluso la mayonesa de ajo era desalentador y muy similar en consistencia de hummous. No hace falta decir que no soy un ventilador. No se sorprenda si im confinado a la sala del trono de mañana...

Best takeaway in horwich and possibly Bolton for pizza, flame grilled burger and kebabs. Use 100% beef and not that economy rubbish. All ingredients fresh and they make their own pizza dough. Would recommend their calzones. Best ones around
