My new favorite meeting place with friends, staff and Clare the owner are always friendly and helpful, food is always spot on, cafe is very clean, reasonably priced too Highly recommend if you’re in Blackburn you need to visit

The Cardamon used to offer quite tasty and ell presented curries but sadly the latest effort - a prawn methi was both tasteless and swimming in oil. The boiled rice probably has more taste in it! Naan bread was leathery. A great shame as it used to be a good place.

Visited here yesterday with my husband for a lovely Sunday roast. We had the Sunday sharer which was absolutely delicious we were served by the wonderful Josh c who was very helpful and polite. Will definitely be returning 10/10😊

Got their infamous Sunday roast (a beef and a lamb) and both were good! The Gravy was a bit more on the watery side which diluted the flavor. The beer recommended to us by our waitress was amazing! We didn't specify that we only wanted 1 which is why we were surprised 2 came, but it was worth being extra full for!

Lovely quaint cafe serving a fairly wide selection of food. You need to book a table. Formerly a bakery in the 1960/70s my auntie Phyllis made the bread and cakes.

Lovely, quaint little Tea Shop. Nice atmosphere, ok value for money. Went for afternoon tea but found it a bit 'standard', nothing great for the price compared to other places. Presentation was nice though.

What an amazing place. Fab staff and excellent service, food was beautiful couldn't fault anything, will defo go back. Excellent value for money, you could go as cheap or as dear as your own budget

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in great staff. Cleanliness of rooms is good. Service was good on arrival and the rooms are lovely. Will go back again.

Lovely staff and food was amazing, I’d been told a lot that people liked this place. We went for Mother’s Day, absolutely brilliant food and lovely staff.

Visited with grandson last week and found the service surly and slow. No real engagement with us and the coffee was weak and not hot enough despite mine being served black. Disappointing as we live locally but will not be returning in a hurry sadly.

First visit. We both had bento boxes. Lovely selection. I'm glad we booked because this is a small venue and very popular, even on a Thursday night. The food was excellent 👌. I especially enjoyed the teriyaki salmon.

History menu lunch was spectacular. Don’t sleep on the lamb meatballs
