Las Tapas in Rossendale

are here a few weeks ago and the food wasn’t too great, it came cold and not very flavourful, i did also find a hair in my meal which i was disappointed about after reading so many good reviews. the waitresses on the other hand were absolutely lovely, so tentative and quick when we asked for the bill. the owners however were not very accommodating. overall not great- amazing staff tho!

Glad this has re opened. Nice treat for Lunch .

NEVER AGAIN. Disappointing Experience - Slow Service and Unfair Charges We visited this restaurant expecting a nice “all you can eat” experience, but it turned out to be ridiculously slow almost like they limited your times to order. The food took forever to arrive, which defeats the purpose of “all you can eat” when you’re waiting so long between each dish. To make matters worse, I was charged full price for my child, even though he only had a kids’ meal. The reason? He ate chicken wing. This was never explained to me ahead of time. Had I known, I would have ordered more food for him, but instead, I was stuck paying full price for one wing. When we asked for the receipt, no one can give us that apart from the one that I made the payment of £197. We feel extremely intimidated by the staff to even ask further. It’s disappointing that the staff didn’t inform me about this earlier, and it felt unfair. Overall, the service was slow, and the pricing was reasonable, but when dining with kids who can’t really eat, it is not worth it. We definitely won’t be coming back.

We booked a party last night for my nephew's birthday! The staff food and service where outstanding! Absolutely definitely worth every penny ! Reasonably priced and the staff work so hard to make your night as relaxed as possible will definitely return, fantastic place xx

Excellent tapas, brilliant service and food

Bit of a mix up on arrival on booking but soon sorted. Food very good, great time had by all , great service. Young lady behind bar was was brilliant, great asset 👍 Thank you all 😍

Went today for the 1st time after plenty of recommendations and i was very impressed with the restaurant, great food, plenty of variety and the staff are extremely professional. Highly recommend we will be going again.

First visit 10/10 all round loved it and broke the record there 13 rounds 2 dishes the champ

First time here went Saturday evening for family meal for my wife's 70 birthday everything excellent food brilliant service excellent + the owners of this restaurant must feel blessed having such polite and professional young staff credit to their parents

Great food, good selection and affordable prices

Amazing food! It was our second time visiting this restaurant. The menu offers a good variety of food that were very tasty. Luciano greeted us upon arrival with a big smile and provided excellency in service, very attentive to our table and very knowledgeable in making recommendations. As an American pastry chef I was quite impressed by the quality of his customer service that left us wanting to come back again very soon! :-)

Driving past the place looked good and when we went inside the decor was smart. When the food started to arrive each dish was absolutely brilliant, between the 6 of us we tried most dishes and everyone was fantastic. Chicken, beef, chorizo, mussels, lamb and vegetarian was cooked/prepared excellently and the staff were lovely and knew the names and numbers of all the dishes easily.

First time here while visiting relatives. Definitely will be back. Food was excellent. Service fantastic. Staff so friendly and attentive. Lovely place and atmosphere. Thank you all.

Well what's not to like. Great food, great staff, peroni and Estrella on tap. You pay £21.50 pp and kick off ordering three dishes each by number. You can order and order and order as long as there is no waste. All the food we had was hot and delicious. I was so impressed. I will definitely return. You can spend a good couple of hours in here, take your time, drink the beers and order when you feel like it. What a fantastic idea. I can't believe it's the first time I've been. It definitely won't be my last.

We love this place and it's the restaurant of choice for family celebrations. My nephew, who lives in Madrid, really rates the food here as it compares well with his local eateries. The staff are always friendly and it's a lovely ambience. Caution - the food is so lovely it's tempting to eat far too much!! 😂

Amazing little place! Loved the food selection and arrangement of order 3 at a time, then order few more. Service was excellent, staff were friendly, didn't rush us to get up and out, had great chat as well. Excellent place and would highly recommend if you're in the area!

I ordered and didn't get my food

We came for the first time last night and will be back for sure. Lovely cocktails, wonderful menu and great service. The staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. I loved the pina coladas and it felt like we were on holiday.

Food was OK - if you like individual tapas but we thought the whole idea of tapas is to share 🤷 It may be worth considering some sharing options on the menu - the ramekins the dishes were served in are certainly big enough

First time being here, food and the service was excellent good value for money and one of the places to go if one want to experience Spanish food.

Came very well recommended and it didn't disappoint..very busy with celebrating families..was expecting service to be slow because of this and the amount of food going out but it was just right and the service team were very efficient and so to the kitchen..would recommend this place and handy for the bus as it stops right outside the door.. 464 and X41...so leave yr car behind and enjoy the £1 after 7pm

Great place to go, I'm fussy so didn't give 5 stars as some of the food was not to my taste x I would go back again and eat what I did enjoy. I would definitely recommend this place the people that work there are really nice and give a great service x

Great place to enjoy Tapas dishes. Plenty of choice, liked the variety of dishes, friendly service and atmosphere. Good evening out and good value.

I only give it a 3 star for atmosphere as there’s sooo many children Why wouldn’t you take your children to an all you can eat? But boy is it noisy Food was too good to take pics of >.> I ate before I had taken a shot. 3 plates at a time of “tapas” but order as often as you want for as long as you want.

Great little restaurant. Service is quick and very friendly. Food is fantastic and really tasty. It's generally quite busy in here which shows how good it is. If you can't decide what you want to eat one night. I highly recommend giving here a try. Will be going back soon

My favourite ever restaurant. I keep coming back! Great food and value for money. Celebrated my sons birthday here recently. The restaurant went the extra mile and sang to him alongside a little birthday treat for free. Staff are great and the place is well worth visiting if you get a chance!

Good choice of dishes. The set price for all you can eat means that you can try lots of different dishes. The staff are really friendly, making you feel very welcome and are very efficient. Some authentic spanish music in the background would have been nice but overall, a very enjoyable dining experience.

Lovely food, you can order 3 dishes at a time, we went as a group and everyone eats at a different pace and you cannot order your next lot of 3 till everyone has finished. The good thing is you can try new things, i liked most of the dishes i tried, you get 2/3 prawns/ribs or wings etc just a bit disappointed you only got one mussel per order and when i asked they said thats normal. All the staff also sang Happy Birthday to my Mum which was nice.

Great food at a great price. All you can eat for under £20. Nice size dishes and we usually order two to three dishes per person, per course. Sides and deserts are extra. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Will certainly be returning.

Service was absolutely fantastic! Food was okay, did expect more flavour and amount for each dish. We weren't super excited about the dishes. Cocktails were okay. Would have been happy to wait longer for better food. Atmosphere was ruined by the music being far too loud. Overall, we expected more than what was delivered. Cannot fault the waiting staff at all.

We really enjoy our meals here, the staff are helpful and the food excellent. Would love a few "specials" that are available on top of core menu to add a little more variety and possibly test new items for inclusion on next revision of the core menu such as croquetas, anchovies, sardines, empanadas etc

Lovely evening, we arrived at 5 for a birthday celebration and the price read £15 per adult, just be aware 1 minute after 6 and it goes to £20 per adult.

Some of the tapas served were not that great. Prawns are great and some of the meat dishes too but, Bruchetta was very bland and Hummus too. Travelled a fair distance there too

Superb, every dish was delicious and authentic, the staff are very friendly and professional, great atmosphere, second time we've been and will be back soon, if you love real Spanish food and traditional Tapas, you won't be disappointed.

My partner and I took a late lunch here a couple of weeks ago and were so impressed! For a start, the all you can eat tapas is great value, and the venue is clean, comfortable and a nice place to be. The staff were friendly and attentive, but there was no pressure to re-order quickly, or order further drinks. The best thing was the food. We feared that for the amazing prices, the food would be compromised - but, no. We had several seafood dishes and it was obvious that they had been freshly prepared, searingly hot and crisp. My partner is usually iffy about seafood but he re-ordered the prawns because he enjoyed them so much. We will definitely going back in a couple of weeks for another delicious lunch, and I recommend this place highly. P.S. OMG - try their house special bbq sauce! It was so delicious my partner ordered some bread, just so he could mop up what was left from my plate of ribs.

All you can eat tapas bar! Extensive menu allows for all tastes. Staff are very friendly and food is delicious, will be returning.

Been twice, both times had a great experience. Unlimited tapas for a reasonable price. Good food, enough attentive and polite staff to make the turnaround of dishes fast enough without feeling rushed. Choice is good, 2nd time went with someone who"doesn't like Tapas" but they still could find enough to have "too much to eat". Will be back soon

If you have never had tapas before then yull probably love this place if your seasoned t0 Spanish f00d you will realise this place is substandard. I have fund this al0t north 0f Manchester the f00d get seems watered down and here is n0 exception I suppose if the locals love it its because they haven't been elsewhere t compare

Cracking night out , excellent food, excellent service and very busy too with xmas partys. Recommend a visit. We were in the back room with two young waiter and waitress, they were excellent . Well done. You deserved the big tip

A very warm welcome was offered when we arrived, with fast initial service... Being our first visit, we were unsure of the order process, ie number of dishes to order at a time etc etc... I think had it been explained it may of helped us in our decision making.. anyhow we got by and found the instructions on the menu... The menu choices were pretty extensive with lots go choose from... I think i had 9 different dishes in total, which was plenty. The food, most was good 1 or 2 not so much but generally acceptable. However value for money it definitely was... £15 per person bargain. The whole place felt and looked authentic Spanish. Would we go again.. yes definitely, plans are already in place ;)

Went with the in-laws for Mother’s Day and they all absolutely loved it. Food quality was very good and it’s all-you-can-eat tapas so although the portions appear small at first, it’s actually the perfect amount because you can keep asking for more! Also do pasta tapas which looked top quality and got rave reviews from the members of the family who had it. They also do pints of Estrella here which is a very fine beer indeed. The visit was summed up by multiple future visits being arranged already!
