The best restaurants in North West

Spent my birthday dinner here after we had booked somewhere else that turned out to be closed, and I'm so happy it was. The food was delicious, the place was comfortable and cosy, and the owner was incredibly attentive - his recommendations for dishes and wine accompaniments were excellent, and we cannot wait to go back.

Love everything about this small restaurant. They offer 10% for NHS staff too which is helpful. Love it

Great food but let down by front of house. Didn’t appreciate wine served in gin goblets! Also asked for additional napkins but never got them. The Chefs work so hard on the food side which is very good however sadly this isn’t matched in front of house.

I called in manna and ordered a full breakfast with an extra toast with a large latte. The breakfast was prepared fresh and perfectly presented. All the produce was fantastic quality i don't know we're they get there bacon sausage eggs etc but they must be from a local farm because it was quality. We have to support local businesses and i will certainly be back thank you manna.

I visited this brilliant Appleby Real ale pub on Saturday, 18th December 2021 This real ale pub not only serves real Le but is without doubt one of the best locals countryside pubs you could ever come to drink real ales in Grat propper pub to visit Saturday 18th January 2025 Tonight, we had a pint in this 1 roomed unspoilt village pub. The real ales on were 3 Purity ales were the Mainstay The pub was heaved with jolly locals of all ages. The dart board was used well, and the owners of this pub were very pleasant and helpfull a cosy local real ale pub in a beautiful village

Atmosphere, live music excellent food and drink a wonderful night.

Cheese and chilli jam toastie was INSANE and the Nutella and kinder Bueno hot chocolate is out of this world. Customer service and attention to detail in Fika can't be faulted. Superb every single time. Highly recommend!!!!

We ordered a curry for xmas day and have done the same for the past few years and it never disappoints. We had it delivered and it was amazing thankyou so much sunrise the best curry in Wigan

Lovely place. Definitely coming back tomorrow for more food, quiz, bingo and DJ. Keep an eye out for the frog in their indoor pond. Nice size family indoor pool that you can privately book.

The staff are lovely and welcoming, the food is fresh and tasty, reasonably priced, good portion sizes, highly recommend
