Coffee Fix in Stockport

What a lovely bunch with top tier food! Only stopped by for a bacon brioche and a flat white but we will definitely be returning with the family. They have some children’s toys and the staff are so friendly. For the flat white, they have their own house espresso blend which was exceptional and the barista really knows his stuff. The food is truly delicious and there is a car park very close by so easy to access.

Visited for breakfast, which was lovely. They also serve up great coffee too. Great looking little place with a chilled atmosphere. Will definitely visit again in the near future.

I love popping into Coffee Fix. I walk daily but visit as a treat a few times a month. I catch a cappuccino on the go and they are frothy, smooth and comforting. Too many big coffee chains have bitter coffere these days. Today I treated myself to a homemade cake and it was delicious and huge! Thank you for being a great meeting place in the village. Best Coffee place in Gatley hands down. I also see groups of cyclists meeting here on weekends and this is always a good sign as a keen cyclist myself.

Went in for coffee and breakfast buns, it was very quiet, with a new staff member who explained she was in training. There was some issue putting the christmas specials through the till, and I heard her very clearly checking that she had done it correctly with her superior - no issue, we all have to learn. Despite being so quiet, we waited half an hour for the food, and the wrong order came out. I said I was hungry and had waited long enough already that I would eat it rather than wait for a redo, but would like a refund for the difference in price, which was done. The two senior staff then proceeded to have a VERY audible conversation about this in the kitchen, one saying as the order was rung up wrong (I was never shown an itemised receipt proving this) that I hadn´t been overcharged. I then was asked to hand back over the 1.25... Absolutely laughable service and way to run a business. For 1.25 and a better apology you could have won a regular customer. Just to reiterate - the new staff member was doing remarkably well, considering the incompetency and unprofessionalism of the people training her.

Love Coffee Fix. The food is delicious and decent sizes. It's also very cosy at the moment and the decorations are gorgeous. It does get very, very busy as (rightly so) it is very popular, so bear this in mind. The vegan breakfast was delicious. Great choices for kids too.

Great little cafe. Staff really sweet and helpful. Go as boyfriend a veggie and gluten free and they cater for it all. Coffee is particularly good - have about 5 choices.

Most amazing brunch ever, all was excellent

I expected this place to be a typically poncey, pretentious South Manchester establishment but it wasn't at all - if you can see past the avocados, brioche, gluten free and vegan offerings. When I was a lad, none of those things had been invented (with the possible exception of avocados, I think they've been around a while). The food was great though, the service was super-friendly and the milkshake was out of this world. Don’t tell anyone I said this, but it's better than McDonald's milkshake.

First time visiting Coffee fix this morning, we had breakfast sandwiches, they were lovely. We had the coffee and I must admit, it was the best coffee I have had in a very long time. They had something for everyone. We were very pleased with the service we had received, the staff were very friendly and genuine people. Would highly recommend this place.

The very best bacon sandwich ever!. Why?. The bacon was well done ( as requested ), and also piping hot. Both things rare these days. If you're ever in the vicinity of Manchester Airport, come here first, or after your flight. Absolutely brilliant, friendly and efficient staff. An absolute gem of a place. Good strong tea, too Hat's off!.

I love this place, try to call in as often as I can ‘local’ coffee shop rather then a Costa/Starbucks. Staff are cool, coffee is great & the peanut butter & dark chocolate cookies are immense!

THE place to go for a breakfast sandwich. My girlfriend had the egg and bacon and said it was some of the most exquisite scran she’s ever had, I had The Fix. Bacon is to die for, spicy mayo adds a nice little kick! Really recommend those 2 sandwiches also the best coffee I’ve found in the Cheadle area! Superb thank you guys we will be back!

Popped in at lunch time for all day breakfast, solid 8/10 Toast more like warm bread and they had pre buttered it. Eggs just about warm as were the beans, I like my food piping hot 🔥 However, good ingredients, missing a hash brown, nice clean place, good service so yeah a solid 8.

Love this unassuming cafe in gatley village which is very popular with locals and visitors. Staff are welcoming, friendly and immediately create a sense of a place you could stay all day if you so wished. Coffee and food menu with cold drinks and childrens menu. High chairs for children and outdoor seating. Small selection of coffee fix merchandise reasonable priced.

They take time and care over their coffee and it shows. While it's not the quickest grab and go, I've not tasted better coffee or food!

Had the cooked breakfast it was huge, so unless you're very very very hungry ask for the small breakfast, which to be fair to myself I didn't actually see on the menu. Lovely quality coffee and friendly staff.

Nice food and coffee and friendly staff. Seemed to struggle with the numbers of customers despite having plenty of staff. Didn't really affect us but we felt like we should leave quite quickly to provide more space for waiting customers.

Called in for a coffee, service struggled a little, took ten minutes for coffees to arrive. Breakfasts looked really tasty, we will be calling back. Staff very attentive.

Nice staff, but over priced as the food portions are tiny, and over cooked, I'm not a picky eater either. Always has loads stood outside and looks busy but I can't see what all the fuss is about.

Our dear friends invited us out for lunch this afternoon at Coffee Fix. As a big coffee advocate I was informed that they serve splendid coffee.This was my first visit and I was absolutely delighted that this was our lunch venue.The iced mocha was divine and the chocolate milkshake that my son had was thick and creamy and very palatable. I indulged in a halumi sandwich which was extremely tasty. I would highly recommend Coffee Fix for lunch or just a coffee. The only draw back is that they do not have a branch in Didsbury, as this would be my local for my coffee fix!

Waited far to lattes you won't think it would take long think I could have made a Sunday dinner but it was coffee is really nice

Coffee Fix has always been perfect whenever I have had the time to go. Their signature blend of coffee is well worth the wait and the food is equally good at a decent price. If you find yourself in Gatley definitely go here!!

Very disappointing. Popped in for some brunch last Sunday around 1pm. - The tables for two people are all lined up in front of the door which is kept open, letting in a freezing draft that makes drinks and food stone cold within a matter of minutes. - Poorly organised, chef seemed to be doing everyone else’s job whilst the waitress had no clue what she was doing. - We ordered drinks (just two cups of normal tea! Not rocket science!) and food. After about 10 minutes the tea arrived, which then went cold in 2 minutes. The food took 50 minutes to come as there was only one chef and seemed to take his time with everything. All of the tables that had ordered food were wondering why their orders were taking so long. Staff would forget about customers and their orders - on multiple occasions customers would have to ask where there food and drinks were. - Food was very tasteless and overpriced. Don’t bother with this place unless you want to waste your money and time.

I met a friend here. First time visit for me. It was a quiet atmosphere. What I would suggest is getting a curtain or door on the kitchen bit as I was sat facing the kitchen side and one staff member was gazing at the customers stood at kitchen door and this made me feel uncomfortable. Apart from that. I love all the spider plants you guys have :)

Enjoyed a lovely breakfast sitting outside with a coffee in the sunshine. Used to really love their coffee when they were at Altrincham Market a couple of years back and been meaning to go to their coffee shop in Gatley for a while.

My fiance and I were looking at places for breakfast locally and stumbled across this place yesterday and already been twice! The staff are very friendly, the food and coffee are delicious and well presented and is now our new favourite breakfast place! Would highly recommend.

Best coffee by Miles, plus tremendous sausage sandwiches. Good staff clean and well organised venue. Looking forward to seating in once the lock down ends.

My favourite cappuccino anywhere in Manchester

Visited for breakfast - it was nice a quiet and nice menu choices, staff friendly. Ordered full English and egg & bacon on a brioche.... The standard of bacon & sausage was really good but it was let down (in my opinion) with cheap tasting beans and red/brown sauce. Pot of tea was lovely but the mug absolutely useless, the handle was too small to be held. Would return and try something else from the menu, I would of marked higher if not for the cheaper alternatives.
