Rack in Stockport

My usual Wednesday stop over between buses was closed. A stranger directed me to Rack which l have passed by on many occasions( much to my loss) today l was overwhelmed by the eclectic selection of Hot and Cold Sandwiches. I opted for the Welsh Rarebit which is a giant of a sandwich on Sourdough with a generous layer of home cooked ham hock and a selection of mature cheese with added mustard to compliment the ham. Topped with a steaming Latte, what a way to start the day. Highly appreciated and recommended. In the words of the famous general Douglas Macarthur "l shall return" much appreciated hospitality from the staff to a first time visitor.

Amazing yummy food, tried here as my boyfriend cooks here and it’s definitely worth all the hype I’ve seen on instagram!

Thick breaded toasted sandwiches were packed with plenty filling. Ordered for delivery, arrived within a hour and still warm and crunchy!

I saw this on insta (the joys of social media) and it did not disappoint. The service was superb. Really friendly. And the sandwiches were absolutely insane!! Honestly these were amazing and well worth any journey you’d make to get there!

Lived and worked in Stockport for a years and this is by far my favourite lunch spot! Toasties are delicious! Love trying their new specials, always have great ideas!

I visit here at least once a week, delicious locally roasted coffee and sandwiches that are out of this world. My favourite is the Bhaji! The monthly specials are insane too. 10/10 tell your friends
