They seem unable to grasp that their chips are soggy and need cooking for longer. You can squeeze the oil out of them.

We ordered some drinks, loaded fries, goat cheese salads, veggie meatball sub. And we sat upstairs. The sub meat balls were not cooked well/dry. The scones were broken when given. There was no cutlery till we asked. My smoothie was fine but the 2 coffees weren’t great. The atmosphere upstairs felt like an attic (the downstairs was better), and the music kept going on and off. One of the waiters was really sweet but overall the service was slow, the food was meh, and the upstairs had a poor atmosphere.

Just been out with my cousin had a meal, the Steak and Ale pie absolutely delicious, the chips so tasty the presentation gorgeous the plates the bowls beautiful...we will be back. The staff so helpful & friendly 🫶

Lovely Sunday Carvery, lots of choice

Amazing takeaway fish and chips. Gorgeous crispy batter, succulent white cod, beautiful chips. Never disappointed with my visits here!

Second time me n the wife have been due to a friend I go n see First visit was ok but this time they were massively understaffed and again not offered the 3 course menu and the service was very slow

£6.70 for a sausage sandwich and a cup of tea. Budget quality sausages budget quality tea budget quality stale bread. Over priced very poor value. It's such a shame because the location is perfect and it could be a popular place that people would return to.

Awful place, food was cold and soggy and the managers were just as bad arguing infront of customers and treating staff horribly. Wouldn’t recommend at all

Just got a meal deal and my 11old but was eating his chips and there are full of burnt plastic and I call them and there told me it might be off the box so I check when there was on phone and no definitely not off box I said for them to say we can send more chips I laughed and said no thankyou

Worst food I've ever had avoid stewed cat I mean kebab meat no salad rock hard pitta bread and rank garlic sauce feel sick
