Pizza Station in Redcar and Cleveland

Just got a meal deal and my 11old but was eating his chips and there are full of burnt plastic and I call them and there told me it might be off the box so I check when there was on phone and no definitely not off box I said for them to say we can send more chips I laughed and said no thankyou

I love their Parmo deal.For two people for 18 gbp almost impossible to eat it all. Tasty, crunchy, nice chips and a bit of salad! Simply awesome!:)

Utterly shocking how we were treated by this establishment tonight. Food arrived after 1.5 hours but was the wrong order (Pizza instead of a burger). Phoned to asked for refund, but the person who took the call didn’t understand us well enough to understand the complaint or be able to deal with it. Going to have to write this off as a loss and go elsewhere in future.

We ordered two pizza’s, waited in the shop whilst they cooked & they were excellent!! The base wasn’t too thick & the toppings we chose were really nice. Quick service & the staff were welcoming.

ordered for collection, foodhub never told me when it was ready so I went in before and waited in the queue to show them my receipt and check if it was ready, turns out it had been sat there ready for god knows how long. the cheese on the pizza was rubbery and hard to chew, I imagine it's like chewing a tyre. garlic bread had a strange taste and burnt bits. I won't go here again which is a shame because they used to be decent.

Just had a shocking experience at this food outlet, waited about 30 minutes to be given a pizza that had stood on top of the oven for over 15 minutes. A large group of about ten people came in after i ordered and they all got their meals before me. The staff suddenly realised that the pizza on the oven was mine, I asked for a refund but they refused, as a result I had a barely warm pizza, needless to say I will not be using this place again.

Staying in Saltburn and wanted a quick and easy meal. Ordered a variety of pizzas and parmos. The food was tasty and the portions huge. We have lots of leftovers for lunch today. We've never had parmos before and were keen to try the Teesside speciality. They were delicious!

Ordered chicken tikka special kebab to say it was rubbish is an understatement 3 small pieces of chicken and just scraps of donner meat and I watched the chap behind the counter put the salad in the box with his bare hands no glove £9 what a waste of money

Last night I was recommended to go here .biggest mistake ever ,won't be returning ,you need to avoid at all cost . Ordered chips which were old and soggy tasted like cardboard. Garlic bread pizza dried out and burnt base Meat feast pizza base rock hard and burnt topping dried out obviously cooked earlier and re heated . Seafood pizza was disgraceful dried out and inedible. We took home and only opened just before eating. we had not eaten all day as visiting friends ,so ruined the evening ,definitely the worst pizza shop in the area put it all out for the birds in the garden ,even the seagulls and jackdaws won't touch it ....I rest my case .I have photos of the food for proof .

Been getting food from here years consistently good kids love it. Any mistakes (not often) like lack of garlic when ordered soon rectified good price good food good staff. 👍

Parmo was terrible burnt on the outsides, won't be using again ended up putting it in the bin, waste of money.

Discusting, ordered a vegetarian pizza, the topping was none existent, it was dried up, wont be using again.

Absolutely rank. The pizza was inedible. Massive chemical taste. Pans must have been sprayed and unrinsed or dirty pans. God knows what's gone on. Normally good from there but that was just nasty. I'm seriously thinking of freezing it and submitting it to the council for testing. Actually I'm going to do it right now. We're not going to eat it.

Have used pizza station countless times over the years. The pizzas have generous amounts of toppings, and the chicken kebabs are especially enjoyable. Large amounts of chicken, with freshly prepared salads. And the service is helpful and friendly too!

Great food. Pizzas have loads of toppings on. Kebabs well filled with plenty of fresh crunchy salads. Reasonable prices and they deliver. Totally recommend if you're not on a diet.

Excellent quality always on time

We ordered from here a while ago and they messed up the order...decided to give them a second shot and once again it was all wrong! How a food establishment can mess up such a simple order is beyond me....especially after i got him to read the order back to me!! To top it off they were very rude and unapologetic about it. Terrible customer service;won't go again.

Literally sick to death of this place getting our order wrong and NOT resolving it. Order from these on near enough a weekly basis and there’s almost always something wrong. Can’t be bothered anymore

Very nice food and really enjoyed it. Staff as well very nice and clean.

Usually nice place ordered 2 hours ago didnt turn up so rang up and they said it would be five minutes still waiting now almost another hour later.

Second time I have ordered from here for delivery....never again.45 min I was told...2 hours more like..and when I asked to speak to the manager he was so rude and disrespectful ...not a good way to keep customers or run a take away shop ...only give 1 star so I could write this ....

Well decided to try here for the first time and the man on the phone was very hard to understand and not english after waiting 1 hr for my order i re-phoned they didn't even take my address or who i was and told me next ten minutes so after a further 20 minutes i phoned and cancelled my order very poor and didnt even get to sample the food which after this duration would probably have been cold
