Bad. Food was cold, taste like plastic. Made my friends mam sick. Delivery driver hung my pizza out the god damn window. Took 15 mins to order coz they kept putting phone down on us. Took 50 mins to get here. Waste of god damn money

A fantastic meal always piping hot and delicious. Marvellous value for money.I don't know how they do it for the price

Food is so much better now the owner is back in the shop, had a pizza and the difference in the quality is amazing, the person who was working there let the shop go down, but would highly recommend again now the owner is back 🍕

The people there are very polite, have a funny sense of humor, there food is great (Pizza's Excellent), 100% recommend.

Do not go to this place 🤢🤢 I went in the shop to order and saw them cooking a pizza and flies were flying around the shop and going near the pizza they were cooking. And the menu had dirt on. And the place was just rotten

I would also suggest that when making funny phone calls to add "141" in front as this makes it anonymous. Caught out once again Alfie. ORIGINAL REVIEW This delivery driver works for this kebab house. We know who he is but will not release his name. He has consistently attempted to bully myself and my partner for a good length of time now as well as gaslighting his family and friends into believing that we are the issue. I have a vast amount of recordings of his behaviour and others have come forward today after posting the short video on social media. It seems that he is known for imtimidating people and causing trouble and claiming he is innocent. This man is far from it. I am also reporting this to our local council as this was apparently done today during work hours. He conduct whilst in work is nothing but appalling and the way he threatens people with disabilities is equally as disturbing. Enough is enough with this chap. I attempted settling differences with him today only to be chased down by him in his delivery car with more verbal abuse thrown at us including more threats. Premier a few doors down will also have his physical behaviour on CCTV should I need to refer to this at some point. This individual needs talking to.

Amazing friendly service and excellent quality food, first time trying pizza pan, we will be back. We had the special mix pan kebab, it was awesome! Thank you, guys from the purple lorry lady ☺️

Tandoori kebab is so good! My daughter also had a pizza the other night which was really nice. I think the food has definitely improved since there was new owners. Both deliveries received in about 30 minutes

Where do I start, order took two hours to come, which wasn't the main problem because I phoned up to ask how much longer which he replied 5mins, 45mins later still not sign so was lied to! I had to drive there and see what hell was going on! Never ever will I order from here again lost a good customer, wouldn't of minded if that hadn't a lied and was honest about the time.. 😡

1st time take away at Pizza Pan chicken and Donna kabab was so tasty will definitely be get a delivery next time 👍👏👏

Gave them a second chance as food is pretty good - used to use them a while back but 'Always' got our order wrong. Anyway, 2 orders - 2 consecutive weeks of the second chance , both orders wrong again , absolute waste of time this place.

They literally never manage to get your order fully correct. Most recent wrong order was forgetting the bbq base on pizza and forgetting to put Donner meat on a London Donner pizza… And their phone is switched off so I can’t contact them. Very disappointed, this is the final time I’m ever ordering from them.

Took 2 hours to deliver once ordered. Only ordered two pizzas,chips and garlic bread. Phone lines constantly engaged no message back on messenger. So went myself in the car to pick it up but was delivered while I was on route. Son answered door, no apology for delay and still charged full price. Won't be ordering again

Told me the computer wasn't working so had to take order over the phone. For some reason an order over the phone cost £4 more than online . turned up late dry and cold

We ordered a full Parmesan and told a price for delivery which was twice what was on the menu that we had received through our letter box on the previous day. I questioned this and was told that it was a mistake. When we received the order, the delivery lady told us that the price was £1-50 more than we had been told which when I questioned it, she said that it was the price that she had been told to collect. I could not say anything to the lady as she was only doing what she had been told to do. After 5 minutes, I received a phone call from the delivery driver, a man, saying that the delivery charge was too high and that he would give us our delivery money back and that he would put it through our letterbox. We have not received any money despite phoning the delivery driver back the following day and leaving a voicemail for him to phone me back. This company have stolen money from us and cannot be trusted. DONT USE THEM.

Waited over 1 hour for 2 x kebabs. Ended up cancelling order, only live 5 mins drive away.

Just ordered a kebab and wrap to be delivered and both meals lovely. Quick delivery and the kebab was big enough for 2x people to share.

Ordered chicken kebab and chicken wrap, delivered freezing cold, dry and not to any delivery standard I’ve had before. Will not order again from them.

Pre-order shop opened at 4:15 was told delivery would be around 5 pm didn’t turn up till after 6:30 food was average next time I’ll order from somewhere actually can deliver within an hour garlic bread was disgusting like cardboard with a bit of black garlic sprinkled on it read need to sort out your delivery time i ready felt sorry for the delivery person

Honestly was really disappointed with this given the great reviews. Pizza toppings very sparse and was was over cooked (8 pieces of ham on a 12 inch?!). Chicken parm was pretty good however.

Had great food from this place last weekend food was excellent 👌 staff were friendly one of the best parmo I have had in a while

Had tandoori parmo and it was delicious. I don’t live near the shop but order regular as the quality of food is the best around.
