Royale Pizza in Redcar and Cleveland

I normally order food from here and although it can sometimes take a while thee food is normally warm after 2 hours the food turned up stone cold and absolutely rotten

Hair in food again!! Darent ring up and complain because you just get verbal abuse off the owner/ manager. Been physically sick. It’s every time and they will not accept it

The best thing I have ever had in a long time I told the person who picked up the phone what I wanted and it was spot on and food was wonderful and it was worth the price

We ordered from here tonight at 19:08, waited until 20:30 to ring after being told food would be an hour. As it was a Saturday we expected to wait just over an hour. We have ordered a few times from here and food has always been really nice. We were told food was on its way but didn't turn up until 21:07. Nearly 2 hours after ordering. Only for the food to be stone cold. Won't be ordering again which is a shame because food has always been really nice

It's a takeaway or delivery, no eat in option. Either way, their food is top notch, competitively priced, service is good, prompt and best of all, they have never got my order wrong.

Parmo has to be one of the smallest ever thin round and tasteless.... for the price avoid shocking.....

I am a very fussy eater and always look for how clean the place is. For the past 3 Fridays we have had a family takeaway absolutely beautiful I've never tasted a hotshot parmo like it, no grease on any of our food the salad so fresh. Really enjoyed it thankyou x

Been coming here now for the past 2 years last night our pizza was horrific and covered in grease won’t be returning.

In all the times that I've been to Royale Pizza, they have never once got my order wrong. It's not until your sitting at home, about to tuck into a takeaway meal and realized that something is missing, that is when things go South. Not once "yet" with Royale Pizza, that's worth 5 stars alone. Their food is pretty awesome too.

Food has gone downhill massively. Everything used to be spot on but recently the quality has gone- especially after receiving our order containing a fly! Called the shop directly for the staff to act like having a fly in your food was standard! Unapologetic until taken up on the fact. Offered a new order - no thanks. But no refund for inedible food? Definatly won't be returning.

Pizza was spot on. Best I've had from a takeaway in a while. Not greasy at all and plenty of toppings. Will definitely be ordering again!

We get it from you alot as never fails . Just had a order and wow tandoori chicken kebab was amazing come piping hot and the flavours were gorgeous 😍

Waited over an hour on a Sunday night phoned and said it would be with me soon. I asked how long as iv waited over an hour he said ten mins.. still sat waiting 20 mins later.....always liked this place since opening in brotton but feel its going down hill now... my opinion

Very poor quality from the staff they are rude and abusive on the phone, I have been banned from the takeaway due to receiving a wrong order and that's my fault apparently 24 hours later and the food turns up and yet again I get rude and abusive staff at my door. Disgusting and the foods absolutely vile

Absolutely beautiful from here we got a meal deal tonight for the 1st time ever ordering from here no grease or anything and when it came it was still red hot and on time 5⭐s all around from start to finish and the delivery driver was very polite and friendly 😀will definitely recommend

Poor service ordered before and it never turned up at all took 3 hours before i called and git told they had electrical issues got a refund after a few days. This time I ordered on the app for work address but they delivered to my home address when I selected my works address via the Google web page. Nice food but poor customer service won't be using these any more Unfortunatly.

Placed order for food told 1 hour before delivery, but didn't arrive, waited another 20 mins then rang asking if it was on its way, 5 to 7 mins, still nothing then rang again after 1 hour 50 mins passed by, still nothing, got nothing but lies and accused of bad language but I never swore, but he ranted at staff whilst still talking to me (probably for effect), promised me food would be ok and hot. Eventually arrived five mins after call, food barely warm, chips rubbery as though preheated, really disappointed and can't recommend and won't be using again. Delivery lad was spot on so this doesn't reflect on him. Recommend owner is honest with customers in future, it's on him!

Really pleased with my chicken special wrap. Salad nice and fresh, best chips I've had for a long time, nice size and crunchy. I collected and had no issues with cleanliness or staff, all were friendly.

3 parmos ordered. One came without chips which were supposed to be included. This isn’t the first time this has happened. One parmo (the plain one) was inedible. The chicken was tough and extremely chewy. It went in the bin. Will not be using this takeaway again. Called the shop to complain and they hung up on me. Not only was the order wrong and the food substandard but the Customer service was appalling too.

Order arrived, No chips...we were charged £11.60 which we thought was expensive for 10 inch pizza, cheeseburger, Garlic dip & chips that didn't come...so looked at prices on menu...our total came to £9.90...so £1.70 overcharged +price of chips😡😡😡

Very disappointed placed a order at just after 8 half past 11 still not here cancelled my order asked for my money back kept ringing them kept saying just left the shop that was every 15 mins after a hour of they can't deliver the food shouldn't be taking orders giving me discount but still didn't turn up wrong wrong wrong very bad if u don't have the drivers 2 deliver don't take orders

Terrible! Took 3 hours and was wrong, then the next time i ordered it took 2 hours and didnt come with most of the stuff i ordered!! I dont reccomend it at all

Great Chicken Wraps! We use Royale Pizza on a fairly regular basis and enjoy we enjoy what we order. Price is good, cannot comment on delivery , we always collect. Staff always very friendly. The shop looks exceptionally clean. Would highly recommend to others!

Great pizza, not greasy at all. Service was quick and friendly, and the kitchens were clean and tidy. I'd give this a try over San Marino's over the road, the quality is much higher.

started using royale because s/m opposite always getting orders wrong your food is great but sent wrong order let it go once .
