We had an early morning flight just before Christmas, so we thought we would have a nice breakfast before the flight. I really don’t know how you can mess up a cooked breakfast!! We found a table, that had drink stains all over it I had to ask the lad to clean the table which he did with no urgency or elbow grease, I wanted to do it myself. The breakfast arrived the bacon was that cremated we had to pick it up to eat, I didn’t want to take someone’s eye out that brittle, the eggs were sunny side up and all runny round the yolk not cooked properly. The prices that you charge would have expected something a tad better. I was not impressed at all!! I have had a catering business for several years and I would never serve something I wouldn’t eat myself. If you would like me to come in and show how to cook for the great British public, just give me the nod and I would do it free of charge. The staff are very pleasant, the only good thing about the place

Some staff working here are not suitable to work in hospitality. The one named Louise in particular.

Chips were dry and batter wasn't great either, service was deathly slow, wouldn't come back.

I order every Saturday. but this week had my young grandaughter stay.she ordered chicken egg foo Yung . wouldn't eat it as it had lots of mushrooms in.. (should not have them in) otherwise I would have ordered chicken + mushroom .and she can't eat mushroom. NOT HAPPY

They left my suitcase in Amsterdam and the next day I went to the airport to look for it and José from KLM looked for my suitcase and brought it to me. He was great with me, a ten as a person.

Sorry, this isn't our first time here, however it is the first time we felt inclined to leave a review ... you could put it in simple terms, our arrival today was seen as an inconvenience ... this was followed up by grumpy service and a dismissive attitude.There is nothing wrong with the food, or the prices (we came on a Friday during August) - however, our sincere apologies for arriving - we may reconsider this in the future!
