We had an early morning flight just before Christmas, so we thought we would have a nice breakfast before the flight. I really don’t know how you can mess up a cooked breakfast!! We found a table, that had drink stains all over it I had to ask the lad to clean the table which he did with no urgency or elbow grease, I wanted to do it myself. The breakfast arrived the bacon was that cremated we had to pick it up to eat, I didn’t want to take someone’s eye out that brittle, the eggs were sunny side up and all runny round the yolk not cooked properly. The prices that you charge would have expected something a tad better. I was not impressed at all!! I have had a catering business for several years and I would never serve something I wouldn’t eat myself. If you would like me to come in and show how to cook for the great British public, just give me the nod and I would do it free of charge. The staff are very pleasant, the only good thing about the place

The person who stand at 12:25pm on 04.04.2025 was so rude and shouted us as well as he did not serve to us. I was with my 2 kids. I would like to raise a concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had today at your coffee shop. When I inquired about a hot dog, the staff member responded rudely in front of my child. His behavior was unacceptable. He spoke disrespectfully to both me and my son, refused to serve us any food or coffee, and stated that it was his coffee shop and asked us to leave before he would call security. This experience was very upsetting, especially as it occurred in front of my child. I believe no customer should be treated in such a manner, regardless of the situation. I kindly request that this matter be looked into and appropriate action taken to ensure that such behavior is not repeated.

Excellent retirement party during the day in the conservatory, lovely reasonably priced food and followed by a great night in the bar with karaoke, Ray and the staff very friendly and welcoming, looked after us all day and ensured we all had a brilliant day.

ordered a kebab with chips and paid over £2 basically for lettuce,there was about 1 sliced tomato and a couple of tiny pieces of cucumber and a slice of lime,the Bix was just full of lettuce,then you pay £1 for a carrier bag and 50p service fee,will not use again.
