Some staff working here are not suitable to work in hospitality. The one named Louise in particular.

Very comfortable and just a short walk to the terminal. (Don't follow the route on Google maps, but take the walk gate by the Double Tree.)

Exactly what you get from PI. Nothing amazing. Comfortable beds, no shocks. Bathroom a little scruffy in places but ideal for an early morning flight. Don't really agree with paying for parking if your a guest though.

This Premier Inn desperately needs air con in the rooms. It's totally unbearable, even when it's not particularly warm outside. Perfect for an early morning flight as it's a 2 min walk.

Very clean comfortable stay, the only downside was I had a toddler in a buggy at 4am in the morning going across to the airport, but there was a turn style to go through, so I had to wake my toddler up make them walk through and lift the buggy over the gate.

Spacious, immaculate room. Very quiet. Staff very friendly and polite. Bar drink prices expensive.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and absolutely no aircraft noise despite the closeness to the airport. We use this hotel frequently and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Very basic room. Windows have been done since last stay and no aircraft noise this time. Bathroom needed an update and a bit of a smell. But it does what it needs to fast easy access to airport. I walked my family and cases over to airport 5 mins and then returned to pay for car parking and take the car to long stay. I used holiday extras to boo hotel and long stay parking. The hotel parking is £7 Extra payable as you leave. Beer prices were expensive but I don't go out drinking anymore so no idea of comparison

Parking cost £7 per night, slightly expensive but its near an airport which makes sense.

Fine for overnight stay prior to flight to Cape Verde. 5 minutes walk to airport via Hilton gate. Dinner at night was OK nothing special. Too early for breakfast. Outside hotel looks a little shabby with peeling paintwork. Reception area could do with a makeover. Beds extremely comfortable and staff pleasant and helpful.

Never disappointed with Premier Inn. This was a 1 night stay to catch an early flight. No complaints at all. Good value, breakfast was nice too. Excellent location just 5 min walk to terminal. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

We stayed here following a late return off a flight. It just felt grubby straight as you arrived in reception. Sheets appeared clean but I tried not to look round the room too closely as walking down the corridor it smelt a bit of urine. We arrived at like 2/3 am so we just slept and left. Didn't feel comfortable to use the tea making facilities.

Booked because we were going away next day so ideally situated for airport.

Live music on Saturday was amazing, full of 90's rock songs that bring back such nestalgia, just sad we only heard the last half an hour. Drink prices were very good, all round exciting and friendly atmosphere! We will be coming back next Saturday at 9 pm Sharp for the band starting 😀 so few hang outs for rock lovers now, well worth a visit!
