We had an early morning flight just before Christmas, so we thought we would have a nice breakfast before the flight. I really don’t know how you can mess up a cooked breakfast!! We found a table, that had drink stains all over it I had to ask the lad to clean the table which he did with no urgency or elbow grease, I wanted to do it myself. The breakfast arrived the bacon was that cremated we had to pick it up to eat, I didn’t want to take someone’s eye out that brittle, the eggs were sunny side up and all runny round the yolk not cooked properly. The prices that you charge would have expected something a tad better. I was not impressed at all!! I have had a catering business for several years and I would never serve something I wouldn’t eat myself. If you would like me to come in and show how to cook for the great British public, just give me the nod and I would do it free of charge. The staff are very pleasant, the only good thing about the place

Looks like we visited on a bad day - staff seemed totally disinterested, plates of food dumped onto our table and not a smile in sight! Our food was cold, we were then told that the kitchen was making us fresh food, only for the same plates to be brought back to us after being whizzed in the microwave - microwaved garlic bread and lasagna, mmmm! Nice view out the window though!

Good place if you want a beer, but awful food and overall service. You are encouraged to use the app to order unable to ask any questions. Food came out quite cold, thick sausage casing on vegetarian sausage which was hard to digest, but easy enough to peel off sausage once realised. It honestly looked gross and tasted gross the sausage casing was so thick. When questioned about it was told that it’s normal and that it digestable.

Tayla let me know straight away that they didn’t have my preferred wine and why. Instead of leaving it there, she provided alternatives and I ended up with a lovely cold glass of white that I otherwise wouldn’t have chosen! Great speedy service, thanks Tayla

Steve is an absolute star! You know you're paying more for a drink in an airport but usually find it quite miserable. Not this time! Steve was happy, helpful and chatty at 6am on a wet Tuesday.

No food available at the so called main bar! Server was lovely and apologetic for the lack of food and was just as confused as to the no food!!

Tayla is such a lovely, friendly and smiley person who can turn a dull hour in departures into something wonderful. The beer house is as good as it gets (after security at the airport) - the atmosphere is lacking; echoey, volumous space, but they've done what they can. Table quite clean. Birra Moretti on tap, was great.

Had a couple of drinks with my girlfriend before our flight to Faro for my birthday. The service from Tayla was excellent, a lovely start to our holiday.

Early morning pint before flying, ordered a bacon butty for breakfast, came quick, service from Lisa was great.

I usually try to avoid writing reviews as an outlet for poor service, but this place stinks. I'll spare you the details, but we left after 30+ minutes of waiting, no breakfast and the weakest of apologies.

Fantastic service in beerhouse by all the girls working! Made to feel so welcome, served by tayla on the bar who was so friendly! Courteney, summer and tori on the floor, always cleaning and making conversation with all the customers! Very happy with the service I received here today! Great start to my holiday!
