Great little butty/snack shop, fab £5 deal, large barm full of filling of choice, snack & drink, much better than Subway imo, lovely, efficient, pleasant hard-working staff, would definitely visit again if in area, thank you!

Nice modern bar. Unfortunately not a lot of choice of alcohol free drinks and staff are unable to change cocktails to remove the alcohol

Food was gorgeous and fast delivery. Gorgeous pizza especially and super crispy wedges.

Cannot comment on atmosphere, but not sure if no stars would bring the score down so giving it a 5, and I’ll consider that my delivery score. I’d give the food 4.5 overall if google would permit it, but I’ll round up as the minor feedback I have below doesn’t warrant rounding it down. All round, decent food, reasonable prices compared to others in the town and delivered right on time. The salt and pepper shredded chicken was good, plain boiled rice was perfectly cooked and decent portion size. Chips (I request extra crispy) were good and notes followed. Veggie spring rolls are standard what you’d expect, but crispy but not greasy. All arrived hot and not long after the tracking updated out for delivery. The only minor faults were with some of the sauces, packaged well, decent amount and all hot, but flavours just weren’t for me. Curry sauce is what you’d expect, the orange sauce was a little too runny and the gravy had little flavour other than being salty. Wouldn’t mark down too much because of that as they were perfectly edible, just wouldn’t get them again. Overall, decent value for money, fast delivery and would definitely order again.

Hotel had to cancel our original booking due to a fire in building opposite, they rebooked for 3 weeks later and put the price off our room as a bar tab to apologise. Cannot fault this hotel, that's now under new owners, only hope the people of hartlepool embrace it and realise what an eyesore it became when empty. We will be back soon, so much better and on par in price with the budget hotels nearby.

Ordered for delivery food cold and not apertising certainly wouldn't recommend

I order a wrap and kids parmo and I have food poison off it as they cook the parmo and pit it bk in the oven to melt the cheese and to warm the batchamel sauce up I am never ordering from here ever again it cost me 20 pound for the food not happy with the pit come at all the parmo was dry and over cooked and the wrap was disgusting

Just ordered litteraly half hour ago. Freshly baked. It really wasn't it's went in the bin. All pieces of pizza different sizes. Looked like some sort of left overs. Took one bite and thst was enough to know it was Not fresh. Was freezing also. 25 quid what a waste. I will NEVER EVER order from here again. Vile it was. Tasted a day old. Absolutely fuming

Went for the steak pie but sold out so got a mixed grill instead which was very nicely done.
