Pizza just not cooked properly, the cheese hadn't melted.

12/06/2024: updated review. I ordered once more after last time and food came piping hot and fresh just like it always was before! I understand that the staff might of been rushed off their feet if it was busy so I’ve decided to order again 😊 OLD REVIEW! 03/04/2024 My first review was 5 stars but unfortunately I’ve had to change it. I ordered yesterday at 9pm, received my pizza at 10pm but it was freezing cold. I tried to call the shop 4 times but I got no answer. I called them today but said I had to complain through the app so I did that then they asked me to send a picture of the call log and a screenshot of the order but when I provided what they asked for they said I had to take a picture of the pizza. Why on earth would you need a picture of a cold pizza? This will be the last time I order from here. What I shame as I’m a regular customer

Pizza is good, but two weeks has passed since my order was cancelled and still haven't received my refund despite a lot of chasing..

When in shop today at 3 ish wish I took the lad name but what lovely service and food was lovely too

food was lovely came piping hot very fast delivery and the delivery driver was friendly would highy recomend keep up the good work
