The best restaurants in Hartlepool North East

Just finished a half lot and and tempted to go back even though I'm full will definitely be ordering large when I go next week

I've been sent a £100 parking fine for pulling into their car park for breakfast, to find out they weren't open yet, and leaving within 10 minutes. This has happened to multiple people if you filter past the fake 5 star reviews. I have reported the company to the POPLA as they have clearly breached the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 by enforcing unreasonable fines on people with clear intent to use the diner.

Sunday beef dinner and veggie one really nice. As we arrived for 12_45we were told that we had the table until 2-15 ,no worries but as we didn't eat main course until after one as staff so busy empty plates took time to clear we didn't get a sweet no one approach us four at all, and by the time we realised it was to late we had to leave table shame ,maybe if the same server had our table and not an array of server's it might work better, but all the staff are very nice it was an oversight....

Just pop in for a pint every now and then, very friendly staff and you can take the dog.

The only thing I can fault the meal on was no or very little salt in the curry and rice, but that's better than too much because once I had added more salt the meal was really nice, although not keen on the mushroom bhaji. I will be ordering again though

Just had pizza and cheesy garlic bread from amore. Very tasty and hot fresh food. Will order from here again.

What is the point in giving delivery instructions for them to be completely ignored?? I specifically left a note saying DO NOT KNOCK as my dog will bark and wake my baby up. The driver knocked extremely loud and then continued to knock even louder within 1 minute of us not answering the door!! He had the biggest smirk on his face as if he did it on purpose and could clearly hear my dog going crazy. We order from here a lot but definitely will not be returning!!

Lacks authenticity of Chinese food like most fake Chinese restaurants in Hartlepool, despite all the fortune cookies and so on! Wan Tan Soup is drained in Soy Sauce instead of delicious broth, rice and noodles are all brown and weird tasting! Ingredients are just randomly thrown together with no delicacy!

I had half rice chips and gravity it was lovely give them a go 👌
