Alchinos Pizzeria in Hartlepool

Our lass and myself have been ordering from here since we moved in the area and have had zero bad experiences with Alchinos until tonight. I ordered a hotshot parmo and cheesy chips and our lass ordered the chicken wrap with no veg. The cheesy chips were both over and undercooked, overcooked in appearance and undercooked in actual cooking time. They easily could've done with another 3 minutes in the fryer. The parmo was off. It was stale and had been sat around for at least an hour before I ordered it and tasted old. Very disappointing as we usually have a really nice meal when we get it from here. The food took about 40 minutes, which is pretty quick at least! Don't think I'll be back after this experience.

Best BBQ chicken pizza I've had for a long while.

Think the bloke came on a bus, took over two hours to get here after been told on the phone he was on his way 40 minuets ago and the pizza was beyond edible, I think it had been sat there from 3 nights ago, was freezing cold and rock hard, certainly wouldn’t waste my money and time going there again and would advise anyone to stay away as there are far better pizza shops local

Our first meal from Alchinos and it will not be the last. Fantastic pizza and garlic bread and burger. The garlic sauce is superb. Decent chips and a lovely fresh salad. Delivered exactly on time and all piping hot. The menu is extensive so something for everyone. What a gem. “ We will be back”

Shocking service. Been a customer since it opened. Took a £35 collection order. Took full money but missed a pizza. Upon return told me I could take the one they missed or wait.... while other food went cold. Told them to stuff it. I expected more.

Never used this Takeaway before but as they are very close we gave it a try. BAD DECISION. Tasteless Pizza, Parmo was like rubber, kebab meat would be better suited in a stain glass window as it was so thin you could see through it. Chips were raw and stone cold. Never again.

Beautiful food as always, have ordered from here numerous times and I've yet to have a bad meal yet food is always on point and the delivery time is always quick, food arrived piping hot highly recommended and very good value for money :)

I have ordered from here for a while now never had a problem with the food until now, I ordered a donner kebab which was stone cold when it arrived, and cheese burger and chips, the burger looked like it had been mauled by a bear,the chips were hard when I rang the shop I was told that the frozen chips were out of season, and that's why they were hard,how on earth frozen chips go out of season I will never know, ordered 2 large garlic sauce got small,was refunded my order but will not be ordering again, first time I have ever been offended by making a complaint about my meal,as if it was my fault, on the positive side the delivery driver was the most pleasant person and couldn't apologise enough even though its not his fault.

Does not even deserve 1 star !!! Been having a take away from here the last 6 months but the last few weeks the tubs of sauce are smaller the meal we had tonight !!! Chicken kebab and doner kebab and kids nuggets !!! No chips just salad the salad absolutely disgusting nothing in the box!! Really not happy as we order everyweek if not twice a week phone them up ohh i will give ya a free sauce next week ????? I 🤣🤣🤣🤣.like.i need a free sauce next week you should correct my order and give me what i have paid for!!! stay away with all costs

Ordered pizza and chips, didn’t receive the chips, even though we had rang them. Pizza was ok but very greasy! Expensive pizza for what it was.

Advertises vegetarian food then puts chicken in it!
