Amore Pizzeria in Hartlepool

I have used Amores as my go to takeaway for more than 2 years now. The food is consistently good, always arrives on time and is delivered by friendly, happy drivers. Their parmo's are huge and they offer a great range of other food. J'adore Amore!

Food is unreal. I always order kebab. Always comes piping hot and delivery time is also very good 👍

Popped in for a bite on way from work, didn't have much cash on me so only got 3 portins of garlic and chips, wasn't expecting was much for £2 per portion but I was surprised and with plenty of garlic it hit the spot.... we'll done..

Kebab meat was cold bland and stale

Food was fresh and hot. Delivered within 20 minutes. Definitely recommend Amore. I won't go anywhere else.

I would give them zero if I could. ordered online. Waited pver the hour we were originally told then were promised food 15 minutes, then 15 minutes again and then told they were busy. Great thanks for that and no refund yet. awful place . don't accept orders if you can't fulfil them

Always had a good experience here can expect delays when they have lots of deliveries but apart from that it's fine.

I order a couple of times a week from here, but no more. Waited over 1 hour and 20 minutes for a pizza when I was told it would be 45 minutes. When the 16 inch pizza came it was warm and 4 inch of the pizza was just crust. I phoned up and told them about this and I was passed to 3 people on the phone. Then to be told they would replace it within 30 minutes. To get a phone cal 10 minutes later to ask what the issue was and this is how they do their pizzas. Then passed onto someone else to say, they’re busy tonight so next time I order they will replace it. Shocking service. Guess what. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Got a wrap tonight, Cost more than they said, arrived much later than they said and was luke warm

Ridiculous, I got x2 burger a wrap and a portion of onion rings and 2 tubs of garlic came up to £15.50 but forgot one of the burgers rang up and had to pay for it all again. Terrible

Ordered pizza and chips at 19:35. After several phone calls and being fobed off it arrived 2hrs later. It was cold. We were regular customers but unfortunately we will not be using them again. We rang and complained and they did offer to send it again but we said we didn't want to wait another 2 hours. They kept saying they busy, but they have never been this busy on a Monday. The driver said they had 3 drivers between 2 shops. We are very disappointed.

Got a munch box only warm thin was parmo rest was cold tuck over 1 hour don’t get

Ordered pizza from here today to be delivered, (normally collect) it turned up very late & stone cold, such a shame to have substandard service from normally a well run establishment

Never had an issue for aslong as I've ordered from here and been ordering here for years. Lovely food, great service and delivery

We order from here very regular food comes quick and tastes delicious would recommend

An hour and 40 mins to be delivered on a Monday night but when it arrived it was still hot and tasty, if its going to be that long don't say 30 to 60 mins

Average pizza shop ,nothing to write home about , I only use it because I live near it

Took over a hour for delivery tried phoning no answer the place was closed food arrived cold and 15 minutes after it closed so couldn't get it changed

Food is always nice and hot would have them 5 stars just they changed there chips and they little thin things now :( change them back plz

I wouldn’t order any pizzas from this establishment. I ordered a vegetarian pizza and they delivered it within time but the pizza was cold and tasted horrible. They tend over do it with the cheese and when I did get the pizzas and took a slice out of the box, the entire topping fell out of the slice and all you could do was see the tomato base topping. The service is good and delivery sometimes take time but food is ok. I’ll stick with Dominos for now.

Delicious food nice and hot delivered quickly And don't know what the previous review is on about because I know the delivery drivers and I asked them and they said they had both got out to find the actual house One of them had a cigarette while they were looking for the house number but did not smoke at the door and certainly did not stub a cigarette out on the gate post and the other one wasn't even smoking Gaud some people will do anything to try and get some free food

Cold food, took 40 minutes to be delivered... One customer NOT returning.
