Thank you for the reply, though it doesn't answer why your shop excepted my order, emailed me twice and a text to say it was on the way. So you are missing the point, you didn't have 1000 customers from my area who you were letting down without notice!! Can't give them 0 stars, app doesn't allow me. I ordered my 3rd takeaway from Crusty expecting the usual service. . They didn't complain when I tipped them on the 3 occasions they delivered.. Absolute cop out!! because 1 driver couldn't read his sat nav. He also managed to pocket his tip.

Unfortunately not as good as the last owners meat tuff in the kebabs the chilli carton is a joke people who raved about this takeaway must of had exceptional delivery that's definitely not always the case 😢

Oh Wow super Chinese Food. From the ordering to the door onto my plate and into my Tummy I am super impressed. Very nice and extremely polite delivery persons. Very good value for money Wonderful Thank you so much.

Hermosa comida, buen servicio y una ubicación ideal. Un gran lugar para ir a cenar o simplemente parar a tomar un helado o un café si en un buen paseo por el parque de campo Herrington.

Heather and her team were fantastic all evening, couldn't do enough... 6 two course meals, 3 bottles of good sav blanc, couple of lagers and a coke. Food was lovely even let me change my mash for chips. Around 30 odd quid a head all in.. couldn't finish it, great value, food, service and staff had a drink with us at end.

Staff weren’t on the ball. Didn’t complete the order, and had to be reminded. The tea and coffee were nice. The menus were hard to read with the plastic Covers. Decor was nice , too much clutter on the tables though. We had tried to get in to the cafe on Easter Monday at 2:30pm but got turned away as it had been quiet and they were closing early. This was unfortunate as they lost out on 3 cream teas.

Excelente comida 2 x parmos para un total de £ 13 fantástico volumen y muy sabroso. Chips de un hermoso color marrón. El personal muy servicial y una recomendación anterior sobre el mejor parmo era correcta.

Lovely Hotel, made extremely welcome by Diane. Little kitchen available to use and bread and milk to make complementary toast tea and cereals. Room clean and kettle with refreshments. Hotel attached to a fabulous bar/restaurant ‘Knowledge’ where we had beautiful meal and drinks. The hotel is within walking distance to Sunderland centre with shops and The Stadium of Light for the football. Our second stay, and definitely not our last ❤️

I've been meaning to visit Bloom since it opened but never found the time. My daughters birthday gave us the opportunity so booked a table. Arrived and the welcome was beyond friendly. I had written in the notes on booking that it was my daughters birthday, and she was brought a virgin cocktail with sparklers. Nice touch. Ordered 2 sharing platters between 4 of us, and all I can say is the food and portions service all perfect defiantly the best we ve eaten in Middlesbrough all agreed . there was so much food that had to put some sides on another table. We had 2 desserts and again my daughter was comped making her feel special. We had a bottle of red and some soft drinks and bill reasonable could nt get 4 meals in a rubbish chain carvary for what we paid. Well done to the chefs and front of house for the experience and would defiantly recommend.

A lush, comfortable greenhouse on a crisp winter’s day, with a sparkling sea-view - a real unexpected treat on a gorgeous coast walk, after a visit to a certain famous Italian cafe earlier. This is the one I’d recommend.

Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs! Ordered from here last night and deeply regret it. Within hours, I was violently sick and stuck on the toilet all night. Clearly, something was wrong with the food – either poor hygiene, bad ingredients, or both. I’ve never felt this ill from a takeaway before. The food didn’t even taste that great to begin with – greasy, bland, and lukewarm on arrival. Never ordering from here again, and I strongly suggest others steer clear unless they enjoy food poisoning as a side dish. One star is generous.

Really nice bar, good live music and a good place to watch the footy, only downside is prices have been scribbled out on the menus, so no real pricing anywhere!

Always lovely, good, hot food. Super quick service when calling up with order to collect.
