we asked for salad and received chips, also asked for coleslaw and received garlic instead. Food arrived cold and was an hour late. We have ordered from here before and everything been nice but this was a joke.

Honestly was so looking forward to some scran, had a bite of pizza when i eventually was able to pic a slice up, just falls apart! absolutely foul, base is like soggy bread, chips 6/10 but only half them is edible ... ya owe is 15 quid! Terrible

Food came on time, however pizza was absolutely overloaded with toppings, meaning the pizza was undercooked and sloppy. Chips were stale and obviously had been fried a handful of times. Chicken pitta was soaked in oil and was inedible. Disappointed, won't be using this takeaway again.

Food was delivered at 8 45 and cold poor quality and almost all of it got waisted.

pizza was a little soggy and the pizza base tasted like a nan bread, needed cooked longer for a crispy base, this pizza was more like a bread base

Are your drivers not allowed in high rised flats? The driver has just been standing in my stairwell shouting hello afyer being told twice which floir i was on. He rang me full of attitude no fault with food but not being spoken to like that

Fabulous tasty (and ridiculously large portions!) Delivery guy was very apologetic but we didn’t expect it for another 20 minutes 🤷🏻‍♂️ 100% recommended and can’t wait try again soon

absolutely superb. the meat was very nice as were the pizzas. only thing that let it down was the dry chips. but it didn't really matter as everything else was lush!

Everything tasted shop-bought & microwaved, especially the rice and bread. Really low quality ingredients. Chips seemed to go stale as we were eating them. Arrived late, though the guy did give us a bottle of coke which was appreciated

Really nice food, chicken and donner wraps were amazing and garlic bread the same, only issue is the shawarma pizza tastes pretty much like a plain chicken pizza

kebab in the pizza tasted like it was from yesterday no cheese on the calzone pizza chips were soggy and stale. absolutely disgusting, won't be ordering again. The homeless would of had a better meal than that.

Magnificent 7 pizza was perfect, my partner really enjoyed the 4 cheese pizza, we shared the chicken shawarma and it's been unreal every time we've ordered. New fave takeaway at the minute!! Only thing I'll say is I'd definitely prefer more chilli flakes as I love spice but that's just personal preference:)

I used to use this takeaway a long time ago, I will never ever again! I have just paid £21 for a special mixed kebab with delivery, it is inedible! Dry old meat, on a bed of uncle Ben’s spicy rice. Chips like dry matchsticks. Never again!

chicken kebab was not worth almost £10 tiny portion of salad with a few tasteless bits of chicken looked more like a kids meal.

The order was unusually incorrect (normally spot on) but a quick phone call and it was resolved in 10 minutes . Unreal food. Thanks again.

Missing most items out of box special menu says chips chicken wings fried onion mushrooms green peppers and didn’t come with any of these I atleast expected what the menus say to be on it

Awful tasteless food chicken was hard tiny pieces chips weren't fresh they were reheated nd hard tiny bit garlic cud not taste it and portion size was terrible for what you pay won’t be returning

One of the best places to eat customer service was on point and food was delicious really enjoyed the food looking forward to it again

Strange one; Yummies always serve some of the best pizzas in Gateshead, can never be faulted, But tonight I changed and ordered the Shawarma Box, and was disappointed, - The sauce was missing, the chicken wasn’t the greatest and the rice; well I know where it’s from. Like I say though,- Il be back to ordering a pizza next time.

We have used another local takeaway for over 15 years, but after a couple of poor experiences, we decided to try somewhere else. Yummies is now our family favourite! Even our picky eater loves their food! Pizza's are delicious, cooked to perfection and loaded with toppings. Kebab meat is fresh and not greasy, chips seasoned and crispy. The garlic mushrooms are amazing! Highly recommend.

Never ever had any issues with this place but tonight was really disappointed so wrong pizza arrived chips totally over cooked missing garlic and the Shish I couldn’t even chew it

the shish kebab was the nicest I've had from a take away, this defo my new place for shish 100% recommended

still don't think you should be putting paprika salt on peoples food, with no option to change it, and no declaration saying it comes with this, also allergies exist. I fear you may have a food quality inspection soon 🙏🏻

Lovely food and nice and friendly staff

10mins late but when the food is such great quality then who cares! Absolutely delicious, pizzas are incredible, donner meat not greasy and perfectly seasoned, chips seasoned and crispy, dips are delightful and cheesy garlic mushrooms superb. Prices are perfectly fair. We have found our new family favourite! Even our picky eater thoroughly enjoyed it!

Pizzas usually red hot on arrival but tonight was barely warm, overall quality of pizza seemed different to previous times, the dough seemed a bit flat, usually nice and risen and fresh. Chips and onion rings were nice

Kebab meat and pizza's were lovely. Never used Yummies for years because I moved away from they area. The food was always good, I was just never keen on the garlic sauce. Happy to report that both the garlic and chilli sauces are very nice now, so I have absolutely no complaints.

First time with Yummies and Best Chicken Shwarma I’ve had and super quick delivery! Ordered last night and so good just ordered another :)

Would never normally leave a review but I had to with this. Ordered pretty late thinking it was going to cancel and they delivered so quick - also put in a drink that I didn’t add to the order which was so nice of them! Will definitely order again

Honestly... Yummies used to be decent but it has gone down hill... The Parmo I ordered was terrible to be honest! The pineapple on it was flavourless and I mean that literally. The Shwarma pizza was just a normal chicken pizza with a terrible base and seemed like it has jarred pre made pasta sauce. I won't order again...

This is one of the best Pizza I have ever had. It's very delicious. Service is fast and excellent.

Top notch Pizzas... Anyone ordering a genuine Italian pizza should make sure olives and especially anchovies should be on the menu... These guy do both and more... My deliveries have been spot on and food hot AND FRESH...

Using this place for 20 years no problems and just got a pizza and sad to say could have been the worst one I've ever had anywhere

Spent £35 for my order. Everything was really nice apart from the carton of garlic mushrooms which were not in oil & garlic butter that they should of been. Instead, they were coated in the horrible hard crumbly breadcrumbs which my friend couldn't eat so therefore what a waste of money! The chilli sauce is no where as nice as it used to be either. Everything else was spot on! 👍 DO THE GARLIC MUSHROOMS AS THEY SHOULD BE DONE.....😏
