Unfortunately not as good as the last owners meat tuff in the kebabs the chilli carton is a joke people who raved about this takeaway must of had exceptional delivery that's definitely not always the case 😢

If I was given the choice between getting food from this particular establishment or a Friday night with Sydney Sweeney and Margot Robbie then I can safely say that by the time Saturday rolled around I’d deffo consider getting a Kings Pizza in

I’ll tell you what lads n lasses. Listen here. Real talk this. This is the best takeaway in the world. Not the best in Newcastle or the best in the North-East. Legit the best in the world. I’ll shout it from the rooftops once I’m out of St Nicks

Order two 14 inch pizzas and chips last night got told 45 to 50 mins. 1hr 30mins later food arrives after two phone calls. Food comes absolutely freezing as it s been sitting for a long time by the looks of it. Went to shop to find it closed and doing orders delivery take out. Phoned up and said he would re do them. I asked if that be full order apart from garlic would be done. The lad said yes. Waited nearly hour guy delivers pizza but not chips. Basically when I phoned got called a liar on phone. He offered me a refund for chips but found out after looking that he had paid me short. Be very careful if getting delivery as we don t think it s actually coming from kings. Definitely another takeaway for sure. Will never get a delivery off these again

Ordered for 22:00 for work lunch break, after phoning shop and delivery driver it turned up at 22:30

order was very late and this is the worst wrap I have ever seen , everything fell out from inside the wrap . I will not order from here again. You became same like everyone , waste of money and time.

We love the food however our last order was delivered to the wrong address and tonight's order was due by 8.30-8.50 then updated to 9.15 when requested and still didn't turn up until 9.35 and when I rang up to ask where our order was I was rather rudely met with 'its with the driver. wait a few more minutes' with no regard for how late it was.

Been using kings pizza for a few years now and they should be glad to have a top spending customer like myself but after the last 2 orders when i have warned them of there mistakes they have lost me as a customer , freezing cold pizza the other night followed the next day by a completely smashed pizza with all the slices folded in half ruining everything , they have Officially lost me as s customer since they dont care about there quality clearly , plenty more pizza shops to spend my cash

Only issue was they missed 2 garlic sauces off my order

Chips are the nicest chips ever!!! Very tasty!!! Kebab lush as well!!! Got 2 Nan box meals and everything was so lush!!! Have some for tea tonight as well!!!

My food order came half an hour to 45 minutes late, and my order was wrong. I paid 3.50 for a litre Diet Coke bottle and only got given a can.

There was no chilli sauce even though it was ordered, The kebab pizza was only kebab and cheese nothing else that that the menu had stated.

Used to be the best kebab shop around, changed owners a few months ago and since then, the quality and quantity has went right down but the price has went up, I will be going elsewhere for my brown meat from now on

Chicken kebab was decent to be fair I enjoyed it but of the 2 cakes offers were home made chocolate cake and galaxy caramel cheesecake! never did I think I would end up with frozen inedible strawberry store bought cheesecake!seen people complaining about the driver saying they loved to far away I live within 8 minutes and it still took an hour with that being 20 minutes late

The driver continuously berated me and several times said that I should order from somewhere closer to me next time. I apologised for ordering and told him i typed in pizza and this is what came up, he responded that it’s my fault for not checking it was close to me… I’m sorry if my custom is a detriment to your business, I guess you might want to change your delivery radius instead of blaming the people that pay you. Pizza was alright. But after a terrible experience. Never again.

Pizzas were good, ordered 2 very different, veg 10in and spicy beef 12in, got the sizes the wrong way round, easy done I guess on a busy Friday. Both delicious though.

Poor Disgusting service! 1 hour 40 minutes for our order. i was told when placing the order 45 mins to an hour. i've rang after 1 hour 10 mins and was told 5/10 mins was out with driver. rang back 20 mins later to be told that the order was not sent out, first told me that the shop was too busy to do our order then changed it and said that our order hasn't arrived yet because they've had issues with the website! man on the phone apologised and then got very rude and told me he 'isn't bothered man' if i went in to collect the money for the order (i have already paid on card) offered me something free but would mean waiting an extra 10 minutes As well as all the time waiting for the order! food has came after 1hour 40 mins chips are soggy, burgers are frozen iceland burgers 🤣🤣 we got some Pop free for their 'inconvenience' 🫣😂 delivery driver was lovely and couldn't apologise more but whoever was answering the phone had a disgusting attitude

We got wrong sauce and the wraps were full of chips with not much meat the fully loaded fries were terrible with fatty bacon

Would always give 5*as we love kebab and pizza from here,we are regular customers,however ordered early last night got two xtra large dried up chicken kebabs usually there's loads of freshly cooked chicken,but last night probably enough chicken for one shared between 2 really really dry like it had been there all day ugh!not worth the £50 it cost!!!!very disappointed 😞

Usually great, donner wrap ordered with chips and garlic sauce, but only came with donner meat in the wrap (no chips or sauce). Timing as advertised, meat good as usual just a shame it must have been end of day, usually fantastic! Will absolutely order again!

Had a little mix up with our order but the owner sorted it out really quickly. Really good customer service! Pizza & garlic bread was really good. The crust had a nice crisp to it and garlic sauce was sooo good! Deffo will order again

Must have changed how they make the pizzas, tasteless and dough was too thick, disappointed as this was our usual place for good pizzas.

Your kebabs are smaller now the chicken pieces are smaller now only 3 pieces instead of 4 and they were dry over cooked I hope that this is just an oversight please bring back your usual size portions that have been excellent in the past. Steve

I ordered 2 chicken Kebabs the chicken was amazing full chicken breast cooked to perfection with a really tasty seasoning. The portions sizes are extremely generous 1 kebab could easily feed a family of 4. The chilli sauce is nice and spice my and full of flavour clearly made in the shop, definitely the best take away chicken I’ve ever had. I look forward to ordering again to try some Other items from the menu

Delivery and service brilliant … ordered a mushroom pizza for my son which he loved, and a Parmo for me however I couldn’t find tne bechamel sauce, was cooked perfect though, crispy round the edges just how I like it. Would definitely come back however would request more bechamel sauce on my parmo

The food is fantastic - but when your paying £20-£30 for a couple items and the exuse of latenes is responded to by ( sorry my english not good ) its incredibly anoyying they can see im clearly a big spender and just didnt give a flying cow …

Lovely! Chicken wrap was beautiful. Lovely purple and white cabbage on the wrap. Very enjoyable. The Jumbo wraps are basically 2 wraps in one! Well worth the money. Standard wrap is still a decent portion. Perfect as usual. And quick delivery time. Food was still boiling.

The food had lots of flavour and the portion sizes were very generous. Staff were helpful too. Won’t be ordering from anywhere else.

Received the wrong pizza but phoned the restaurant and they fixed it and sent me out the correct one. It meant a longer wait so I was starving by the time it came but the pizza was nice and the garlic sauce was a lovely big tub. Staff were apologetic and helpful, thankyou!

After ringing 3 times to find out where food was I finally got it clay cold. It had been out for delivery for an hour before it finally reached me. Needless to say I will not be a returning customer. 2 important factors in the fast food industry-food needs to be HOT and ON TIME.
