This spot was excellent, high quality, great food and excellent staff. The cafe has obviously spent a lot of work and time on perfections. Outstanding food and drinks, delicious !!!

Fantastic food on a Thursday night lovely staff nothing was a problem bugger was delicious highly recommend it been back a few times .

The food is very nice but the service is so slow, wait ages just to give your order, then for your food and again for the bill. We ended up having to cancel one of our afternoon plans because of how long we were there.

Attitude of staff is horrendous Stood outside in Que for 30 mins which was fine we got was a busy day. Then got brought into table and sat for 20 mins while they brought other customers to tables and then took their order. After politely reminding them we were here and waiting to have order taken still took them a further 10 mins to come and take order with no apologies.

I really recommend this place, perfect location for walking, gorgeous cafe and the food was gorgeous. Slightly overpriced if your on a budget but definitely worth it!

Came here for my birthday for pancakes, all staff were so lovely and friendly. Our order came out fast and always enjoy coming to love lily it is a cute place to come and never have anything bad to say about it, all food and drinks are delightful! Can’t recommend here enough, well done to all the staff for making such a nice environment for customers x

First time visiting love lily Herrington country park and I wasn't impressed. We had the love lily breakfast. It was just warm apart from the eggs which had obviously been cooked last. It was very greasy and covered in what I can only describe as a garden. Staff didn't ask if we wanted condiments so I had to go and find someone. No one came to ask if everything was ok. And to top it all off I had an americano and they charged me £1 .25 extra for cream. Never have I been charged extra for cream anywhere. When I mentioned it to the waitress she just ignored me. I think staff need more customer service training. There was no interaction with customers. A bit of friendly chatter goes a long way. I know this place is popular but unfortunately it's not for me. I think penshaw tearooms over the road from now on for us . At least you get a proper breakfast there and the staff are friendly.

Literally the best place for pancakes and cakes. Couldn’t help but make a visit every month. I was a customer on pancake day and the service was immaculate with beautiful pancakes, a four stack as I chose, and I recommend the cinnamon hum pancakes because they are to die for. Prices a little expensive but it’s worth what you buy. Going again shortly <3

Me and my 9 year old son visited for pancake day breakfast, there was a queue already at 8.50 ready for opening, but we were lucky enough to get a table. The staff were friendly and helpful, service was great even though it was very busy! Full menu wasn't available only pancakes however I had checked the Facebook page before coming so was already aware of this. There was plenty of choice and the full drink menu was available. We decided on half stack, which is 2 pancakes and chose galaxy caramel which is a classic and a Malteser which was a pancake day special. Both were chocolatey and delicious! My son didn't quite finish so were given a box to take leftovers home for later which was not a problem. Great experience and will definitely be back.

Fantastic as always! Been quite a few times now but first time on pancake day! Nowhere I’d rather go on pancake day! Always great service and not a long wait for the drinks and food to arrive! Would recommend going early for pancake day as the queue does start early. Highly recommend a visit!
