Absolutely shocking, waited over an hour for the ‘hot’ Nutella cookie dough to be stone cold and have kinder bueno on top when this was not in description I dislike this and couldn’t eat it. Didn’t have any cookie dough ice cream left and made zero attempt to contact us and sent a fudge brownie ice cream instead when this was not what we wanted or like. Fudge brownie was like a brick clearly stale or came out the fridge after days of being stored there. Awful service and terrible quality food. Only thing edible was the little pots of vanilla ice cream which we both had nothing to eat it with. Waste of money. Seriously don’t waste your time or money on this place no care for customers orders especially if you order later in the night (you know when you usually fancy a cheeky treat).

Waited 90 minutes for a piece of cake, terrible service, never again.

Sunday is the family cheat day, I’ve ordered from other desert locations prior and this is by far the best I have received, cakes excellent and milkshakes are an exceptional treat too, nice polite delivery experience too 5 stars from me and the family

Cakes was dry & £8 for a box of haribo starmix not very impressed if I had known it would have been a box of haribo i would have gone and saved myself atleast £5

Been ordering food for years and never had a issue until today when I got a freebie in my order , the cake had mould on and when I rang the store they said the couldn’t do anything as the cake was going off and a freebie.

I stopped ordering from here as school cake wet and soggy. Ordered some at the weekend and back to a high standard. huge portions too. shouldn't of ordered 2 pieces. friendly delivery driver , staff always polite.

ordered tonight, rang up as waited ages, told it is on its way , out with driver now they said, still never got delivered, said they were busy but why not just say its not coming, not happy

Ordered 4.11.21 but no order turned up. So they sent it yesterday instead. Didn't even have the full order as toffe crepes missing and nothing in free even tho we waited a full day for the order to come out!

Poor customer service, two hours late (ordered at 11:50pm received the food at 1:50am) and cookie dough was cold and ice cream melted. Called up and spoke to the Manager and the excuse was "these things happen". Don't eat from this place, food was sub-standard too. Not worth the money.

Waited quite long git a call about crisps but cake was incorrect and they didn't tell me when they informed me about crisps, chocolate bomb was a dissapointment. But others was okay. Great driver very polite

Ordered a movie box the 7” sweet box didn’t come even though it was part of the deal I ordered. Delivery driver was really sorry and said he would go back to the shop and sort it but never came back. Poor service

Ordered a tub of ice cream. Came 90 minutes late, liquified obviously. Don’t know what your delivery driver is doing when out. May i suggest a more efficient person to carry out the tasks of driving from A-B!

By far the best milkshakes I have tasted. Service was on point.

Brilliant service. I bought a comfort box as a birthday treat for my brother off my sons. After a mix up, which was my error, they went out of their way to help me rectify it. Thank you for a 1st class service. Made me really smile 😃

Portion sizes are tiny compared to other dessert places, not very flavorful, took ages to make despite them sending a notification that it was ready early
