Nice food good prices compared to most places and the order time is alright but pizzas take time if you order cuz I think they make them from scratch

Been using Crustys for years now and by far the best locally - everything is top quality and was lucky enough recently to win one of the competitions they run which included the New Tandoori Chicken Kebab, a 10" pizza, 2 cans of pop, chips, salad and sauces - all for simply liking and sharing their post! Always very busy (which is a good sign) and even when this occasionaly leads to delivery delays they will do whatever it takes to rectify the situation 👌

Me and my partner both have food poisoning since eating from crusty’s last night and we are 100 percent certain it is from there food as we hadn’t ate anything else during to day.

Pizza from here is always so nice, wouldn’t go anywhere else for a pizza now! Ordered a few times now & its always been lovely. Delivery driver tonight was lovely aswell.

Never had a problem until last night. Missing chips with order and the Kebab meat was terrible. I know Kebab meat is greasy but this was soaked in the stuff and the meat was wafer thin which made it worse. It was a stormy night and I tipped the delivery guy extra for getting soaked and all I asked was to shut the gate, he didn't so if I get anything else from here (doubtful) he will leave tipless.

Only recently discovered this place when I was visiting in the area, absolutely 1st class Pizza’s, highly recommended.

Used crustys for years ordeeed delivery tonight as I’m ill told 45/1 hour I rang after an hour and half to be told on way/ hours later came to door food cold. I rang was told they could make new food but would be long wait or free order next time I said drop my refund back off he said pack food back up. My autistic son kicked off as was hungry he had his rest went in bin waste of £30 that kind of attitude I’ll go elsewhere.

Minging..kebab meat raw pale and not cooked properly..!!

Disgusting food. Waited over an hour for delivery. Pizza was soggy and tasteless, meat didn’t taste like meat & more like rubber. Waffle was rock hard and like cardboard. Stomach is now suffering from the food.

Order from crusys online all the time pay 3.50 for them to literally deliver 2 mins away coollected tonight never again attitudes were disgusting

The pizza cheese has a heavy cheddar taste/sweat and the ham is very low quality. Dough is good.

Chick n mix boxes are very tasty

As a first time customer,Food arrived late, and lukewarm. The pizzas was very salty, the chips was dry, the garlic sauce was milky and not that tasty. 2** is a complimentary review considering the Services and food was pretty poor, Crustys im sorry you need to up your game. Will not be returning.

We give the bad reviews the benefit of the dough. But after trying it last night we were disappointed.. Back to the drawing board.

Tasteless cheese and very greasy. Ordered spicy and no spice

Ordered donner kebab and salad /chilli and garlic bread with cheese , food delivered with only donner meat , the complete order missing salad/chilli and garlic bread rang the shop got spoken to rude on phone . Said rest of the order would be sent , what good was kebab meat 25 minates later when rest of order came , very rude staff missing food will not order again

Worst kebab I've had, like strips of leather, got it on sat, I'm sure it was from Friday. Kiev pizza that didn't appear to have any garlic in it! definitely won't be back there

I have ordered every week for years from this place and is steadily gone downhill. This week we waited two hours then rang up to find out why it was so long. “We’ve had a problem it wil be another 20 minutes” in other words they have forgotten. Well I won’t be ordering again. Their reply? “That’s fine” disgraceful. I rang back to ask why they were so flippant about this as I have been a great customer. I said this is not what I expected. The call taker said “ I’m not bothered to be honest” and hung up.

Had a bad experience from here last night. I wont be ordering from here again. We waited 1 and a half hours for food before I called them. I was told the food was on the way 20 mins later still no food.( I live 5 mins away). Rang again to be told the driver had dropped my food and they were cooking more, if this was the case they knew I was waiting so why didnt they ring me and let me know. The food then took another 15 mins to get here. The pizza we ordered was very overcooked and the parmesan was also overcooked. I ordered a mixed wrap but all it had in was some very dry chicken not a single piece of kebab meat at all. The delivery driver then didnt have any change so I ended up paying more than I should have for a shocking service. When I tried to call the shop to complain the phone was constantly engaged.

Had a lovely pizza and garlic bread delivered prompt and it was lovely. Also if I can mention that the staff are really lovely too and went the extra mile and got the delivery to us quicker than they said. Thanks very much will be ordering again very soon, highly recommended.

Sadly I've moved away now but use to go here once every few weeks, loved the parmos from here. The cake they do I highly highly recommend too. Will definately go there again if I'm ever up that way in the future.

Firstly, should point out that this branch is in Crawcrook, Gateshead - the other side of the river to Newcastle. We've been here a couple of times and it's fair enough for takeaway pizza. We've found Leonardo's round the corner to be superior in terms of quality and flavour, but these guys do have a good location.

Charged me for using my card a cheek why do mostly Asian shops and cafes like this charge its a rip off I think the owners are greedy
