Went with friends for my first time at Smiths. Faultless service from start to finish. Very varied menu for both fish and non-fish eaters. Food was amazing for all four of us. Canât wait to go back, would highly recommended
Overall experience (service, ambiance and food) was fine but underwhelming food & portion size for the price point & branding
Kudos for being creative with flavours and textures but the concept has been stretched too thin, there is no pad thai in the menu sadly and the portion size is confusing as they canât decide if theyâre a small plates or main dishes restaurant. There are a couple of small starters and the mains are too small to be mains, kinda annoying
You need to decide what you are
I had the tonkatsu ramen here a few months back and made me feel ill. I had a few bites and was just disgusted. Iâve had plenty of better ramen in London myself so not sure whatâs going on here. My partner has been to one of the other restaurants in Central London, and said that was much better. They could eat it there, here was just not possible. We just left and never went back. It honestly shocks me how much difference there can be in a chain like this.
Food was nice but left you wanting more. Service was terrible, first of all the threw a portion of chips over us and then had the audacity to charge us for 2 portions of chips for replacement that they brought out. Then they kept trying to take our food away before we were finished. Wonât be going back
This is one of the best restaurants I have been to they have delicious curry and have varieties of dishes to select from so you wonât get bored. Also have great customer service with good atmosphere.
This is one of my favourite pubs ever. The service is friendly, the food is great and the selection of drinks is comprehensive. Furthermore the pub itself has a real charm. They do a quiz on Tuesday and a chess night on Wednesday. I cannot recommend more highly!
I ordered 4 platters for iftar. I arrived a little early and found my order on the grill. Staff were very helpful and polite. They even gave me a bottle of water and dates to break my fast in case I was stuck in traffic and helped me take my order to my cab. Would defo recommend them. Thank you to all staff. Keep up the good work.

Close to Liverpool Street Station, but away from the hustle and bustle, we were able to enjoy the atmosphere, beer, and food of a London pub. The fish and chips I was looking for wasn't on the menu that day, but I was able to enjoy a traditional London dish with a dark beer. I would like to visit again.

We travelled 30 mins to get here... Arrived... 192a Brick Lane is now a Lebanese restaurant. The website linked shows this restaurant as being in shepherds bush not brick Lane.
Ms Goiuri at the till was superb n a wealth of smiles, and is a great ambassador to the company. My 1st visit hopefully won't be the last. Thanks đ„°
