I was there during my stay for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner multiple times . Best pan cakes ever by Umesh, best Fish & Chips by Paul and much more . Dwith & Shirley , always with a smile and a drop of humor add info some pleasant notes 🎵 to our meals. You can even meet the manager , Matteo Morino, welcoming , supporting and making sure that everything is perfect and everyone is happy. Hospitality at its best version . A must go place for sure.✨✨✨✨✨

Excellent butter chicken meal with Nan bread and saffron rice and excellent service by the staff. The staff including the bartenders were very welcoming. The mocktail Ginger edition is must have from the bartender Santaman.

As always, a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Radisson. Bar has a very relaxed atmosphere and the bartender, Santaman, is always there with a smile and a chat to welcome us.

Nice food for a decent price. The burger was very good, just as the fish and chips. Santaman makes some great cocktails as well!

My visit was brief and I ate alone while on a business trip. I had the garlic mushroom on sourdough to start, the fillet steak for main, accompanied by the mash and sweet potato fries. The food was very well done, a credit to the chef. The service could have been better, especially when you consider that it wasn’t particularly busy at the time. Overall, I would eat here again on another hotel visit.

On a very busy Valentine's night, with a lot of quite bolshy customers, congratulations to Santaman and the whole team, who were literally running around at times, for delivering a great meal and friendly service. The tortellini is a thing of joy and wonder.

There is nothing worse than a restaurant who insist on a time slot (1.5 hours 18.30 must be finished by 20.00) Who the hell do you think you are? You have no idea how long we may spend ordering starters, Champagne, the correct wines between course's, main course, cheese board and sweet? We chose to book locally with no pressure .

I really enjoyed the stay at the radisson blu and Meghana at the restaurant was wonderful. She was very helpful and sweet made me feel very welcomed . Every breakfast was very pleasant because of her perfect hospitality.

Spent a quiet cozy evening on Boxing Day here. We sat ourselves in the area right next to the river but then staff asked us to move to the bar area since we weren’t having any food. It felt weird since we were the only ones sitting in the area apart from another couple. We were then helped at the bar by Santaman who was the most courteous and served us excellent drinks. We had an old fashioned and a passion fruit gin.

We came here for our Xmas meal. The food was extraordinary but the quantities were really small. Also, it didn't feel very festive inside the restaurant. Those are the only reasons it hasn't landed a 5-star review. We did select the Christmas luncheon (pre-order) meal so may be the A Le Carte will be more generous portions :) Thank you for the lovely service, though! And the best cheesecake I have had in a long time! It deserves air-time and so here is the photo

Great Ambiente and great cocktails by Santaman

The bar is never the same without Santaman!!

We were welcomed with a big smile and shown to our table which was right by the window overlooking the Thames River. We could see the cable cars in the distance and we could see the boats on the river going by. The cocktails were lovely, the food was delicious and the waiter was simply amazing. Great service all round and I highly recommend this place.

What a wonderful place. Some beautiful views over the Thames River, the boat tours sailing by. The food was very nice and there was plenty of it. Very good value for money. The service was very good and the waiter was very helpful. It is a place we would definitely come back and visit.

Shocking service! Sat for 20 minutes and no one even took our drinks order. 8pm on a Sunday, wasn't busy, but seemed to be just one member of staff. We left without ordering anything.

Christmas luncheon. It's a lovely view over the Thames towards the Millennium Dome (o2). The choices were more interesting than your standard Christmas dinner (although traditional options were available). The dishes were very flavoursome cooked superbly. The service was good as well and all of the staff presented themselves well. The only slight hesitation is that after paying for a pre-booked set menu we were also charged the service charge separately. It makes sense and I had no problem in paying this but I felt this could have been made clearer during the reservation process.

It's was empty and felt like the entire place was for us. Maybe it was the football maybe the time of the day. We loved food. The staff was a bit slow and disorientated but warm and welcoming. We will be back.

Second time round in a couple of months, and both times Ben and his amazing team have provided friendly and excellent service. Service with card attentiveness- thank you Ben. The food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious and hot too .

The food was pretty good, but it was dead inside and the service was quite strange. The servers didn't seem to know what was going on. Even though it was dead we had to sit in the bar before going to our table because of a 2 hour time limit. The lychee martini was excellent though

Nothing too glamorous about this spot but it gets 4 stars for the service and the groupon voucher that made this 3-course dinner very affordable. They were out of house wine which come with the set menu yet they upgraded me to a Pinot Nior. Really enjoyable mushroom wellington with goats cheese for the vegetarians out there.

I had an enjoyable dinner at this restaurant, which has lovely views across the water towards the millennium dome. The food was all good quality.

Tucked away on the river side, within the radisson blu, we experienced great service from entrance to seat. All staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. We popped outside to see the view which was nice with a cocktail in hand.

Lovely lunch outing with my friend, celebrating her birthday! Being a weekday, had the place practically to ourselves, with a table by the lovely view of the Thames and O2. Food was good, and service excellent; my friend was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary dessert and being sung Happy Birthday by two of the waiting team!

The menu it's quite small but the food was good. Service was good although they had people on training so it was a bit slower. They didn't have afternoon tea anymore despite the reviews I saw and articles I have read. The place seems a bit forgotten they didn't have any customers. It's surprising the location is very nice with beautiful view.

Mi novia y yo vinimos a tomar el té de la tarde antes de un masaje esperando una experiencia muy encantadora.Trabajar en el servicio al cliente me llamó mucho la atención desde la llegada hasta la cena, lo que hizo que la experiencia valiera cada vez menos.Desde la entrada, hasta el restaurante no había personal para saludarnos o llevarnos a nuestra mesa. No fue hasta que llegamos al comedor donde nos recibió un miembro del personal, lo trajeron de regreso a la recepción (que no es muy fácil de ver) y esperamos a que el miembro del personal termine de asignar mesas para luego sentarnos. .Al sentarnos, todos parecían ser encantadores. Pedimos nuestro té a la camarera (que parecía nueva o tenía falta de confianza). Ambos pedimos el té de hierbas de rosa mosqueta y hibisco. Después de que ella trajo el té, tuvo una rápida discusión con su colega que luego nos trajo leche para el té de hierbas. . . . .De todos modos, llegó el té de la tarde. Bastante decente en tamaño. No pude evitar notar las largas uñas no naturales en uno de los servidores que parecían contrarias a la higiene en la mayoría de los restaurantes. Durante el tiempo que estábamos comiendo quería preguntarle a un servidor sobre los bollos que pensé que obtendríamos. No hubo nadie alrededor durante al menos 10 minutos.De cualquier manera terminamos nuestra comida y buscamos la factura. Una vez más, no se verá a nadie en ningún lugar durante 10 a 15 minutos.Finalmente pagamos y luego nos fuimos. Realmente esperaba algo mejor de un Radissons. El servicio al cliente necesita trabajo.

Good service and good food with a nice view at a fair price.

Loved this spot, we visited for lunch on a rainy Friday expecting it to be hectic. This is a nice and quiet part of the Radisson. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the food was well priced and delicious.

Very polite, well-mannered and pleasant help from Raisa during a long lunch. Keep her close she has potential!

Had a great time here for Valentines dinner with a set menu for 45 pounds. Came with 4 courses, the steak was delicious! However the waiters kept forgetting which course we were on and kept giving us the wrong order but I guess it's a consequence of the restaurant being packed for Valentines. I advise to book for a later time like we did (9pm) where you will have a more intimate atmosphere instead of being packed into a room without a view of the river.
