Beers are v reasonably priced! Got two beers and a lime & soda for £12. Lovely pub garden which is covered and has heaters. Food looked delicious but we didn't try it sadly. Will be coming back!

This was my first visit to this Pub . And I was impressed. Good selection of Beers .also the staff were friendly to Have a Bit of a Banter with. Within walking distance of mile end tube station . Will definitely going again.? :-)

Wanted a Sunday Roast as we were four Americans in search of a truly English experience. The recommended places were booked so I read reviews and settled for the Lord T. I guessed well as the people were super friendly, place was located in a great area and the food was outstanding. The beer selection was quite nice as well.

One of the best pubs locally, great staff, wine and beer menu, food is always great with plenty of options for all (I'm veggie). Special mention to the pub quiz on a Tuesday evening, so much fun, great quiz master and fantastic atmosphere. Will be back for the quiz again soon.

Sensational Sunday roast. Beef cooked to perfection. Veggies on point. Huge portion. Really top-notch.

Went here for a roast. They catered well for a large group and the staff were vey friendly, accomodating, and helpful even when it was extremely busy. They had a vegan roast as well as many different meat options.

Beyoncé (the cat not the cultural phenomenon with the unlikely name of beyonce) is good.

Best Sunday roast I've ever had. Portions were HUGE. Recommend having the half portions if you have a smaller/normal appetite. Great atmosphere and fantastic service.

Sunday roast is the best! Walking distance from Victoria park. On that Sunday lunchtime, all tables are almost reserved. But still can get table. Food served quick. Staff are nice.

I booked a fabulous birthday celebration for my partners 60th including family and friends...we had wonderful food from the lovely kitchen guys, there were helpful bar staff and a fantastic owner/manager who was totally accomodating and hands on which made our night very special, as well as memorable. This is one of the greatest pubs anyone will ever visit, if you're a local you're blessed. In this day & age it's hard to find a great local that is a classic pub, grand in size featuring a cat, and garden. Though understand it's big for a reason as it's a very popular place to have great food and probably the best roast dinner in London, with me now trying to find places that will upstage this pub. For me what makes this place before the food is the staff that work here, calm and very friendly to help you feel relaxed. However the kitchen staff making these dishes are the best kept secret you want to tell everyone about. I recently went up north having a roast, and it couldn't touch what you get at The Lord Tredegar. It's not only the portion size that is perfect and satisfying, but how well everything is cooked and that presentation when a dish is served will have you taking pics to show the world. On the rare occasions I've been in on a different day, let me confirm the food is still amazing and I hope this winning formula remains. Knowing pubs have been dying out for a while, this pub deserves to be protected as it does England and the East End proud. Tell everyone about it, but not too many to ensure you can enjoy a roast on a Sunday!

Fantastic pub, been here a nice number of times for Sunday roast, but went on a Saturday evening so finally had the usual menu and it was as delicious as the Sunday roast, great vibe, lovely staff 😍🤤

Seems cosy and nice beer garden. Rather add pint suggestions on the Tbar Some odd lagers and IPA's. Also very militant on last orders/close. Not rude, bit seems a bit excessive

Nice pub with beer garden out the back and Open kitchen. Didn't have the food but the menu looked great and reasonably priced at 3 small plates for £18. Inside of the pub had a cosy traditional pub feel. The staff were friendly and the drinks were not too expensive for London. Would recommend for summer beer garden drinks which is when we went

Lovely pub with a nice vibe but the food was terrible. 4 of us ate here & 3 were unimpressed. 2 of us politely & discreetly gave our feedback on how disappointed we were with the food which we barely ate. It was barely acknowledged by our server who said nothing I’ve eaten here many times in the past , it used to be great so sorely disappointed with both the taste & service. A shame

I really like the pub - bit of a hidden gem but last night in the garden it was gross with the amount of people smoking next to me - 2 guys at the table next to me smoked about 20 fags between them in 2 hours- it was absolutely revolting sitting so close to them- the garden is too jam packed

Came here for my birthday lunch and we all loved the food. The 3 dishes for £15 were all massive and delicious. Looking forward to coming back soon

the word on the street is that the hottest people go here for pints of beer and whatever else you could want. really really hot. really hot. i think there’s a few things to discover still in this world. We don’t know everything yet. I always was upset that that easy discoveries had already happened… Gravity? Duh. Displacement? Obviously. The respective apocryphal (¿are they?) stories of a nap and a bath really make it seem like child’s play. I’m not so sure anymore though. Man the wages in this city are poor. I might go back to school for clinical psychology just to avoid making a living. if anyone wants me please tell me

Beautiful out way pub! Wonderful layout inside and out, gorgeous beer garden. It gets quite busy so get in early to get a good table. The food is delicious, the small (more like medium sized) plates always go down a treat

The place is charming and welcoming. The atmosphere is delightful, both inside the restaurant and in the garden. We enjoyed a variety of appetizers, such as mac and cheese, halloumi fries, and more, and everything was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and they made our evening enjoyable.

Loved our afternoon here. I had found it ages ago and always wanted to go in for late afternoon drinks. It's just down the road from the Rusty Bike but a world away. Great staff and a good selection of drinks. The only fault I have is that if you're not there for food, you're still going to have to smell it. Just a small thing though. We'll be back.

A Gose on tap, even! The pork belly (with crispy skin) is a must-try. Sizable portions, so don’t be afraid to order a half plate.

Really impressed, nice atmosphere, nice people behind the bar and the Sunday Dinner was very impressive. Only slight negative was being made to sit on a slightly inappropriate table to eat while a better table that was reserved remained free the whole time we ate there. Small problem though and will go back again

Drinks are Ok but food is appalling. We ordered some Mac and cheese, chicken goujons and mozzarella sticks. Everything frozen, dry and tasteless. AVOID FOOD!

We went for Sunday lunch. Good standard fayre, efficient and pleasant service, good atmosphere.

Visiting London and after leaving Mile End station we were looking for a pub to eat and drink. This was recommended by a gentleman outside the station. Used Google maps to find it. Very welcoming sat at table and ordered drinks and a meal at the bar. Service was quick we both had the chicken and leek pie with wedges and the local lager was tasty. There’s an outside area which backs on to the railway. Lovely place in the middle of a row of houses.

I heard very good things about their roast, so we decided to come. Unfortunately, Sunday roast is only served on Sundays (as expected), so we tried the sausage and mash, pan fried sea bass, and braised pork belly special of the day. We also shared the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The food was amazing, but the service was alright. You walk in and sit wherever you like in the back, and order at the bar up front. The bartenders weren’t that attentive, so it did take a bit for them to finally take my order, but the server was great. We noticed she sanitized her hands often!

Popped in for a quick bite to eat and I have to say that the burger is a triumph! Well done that chef!

I’d you just w as not a drink plenty of space in the bar area at the front and a cat to entertain yourself if she can be bother. Lovely when the fireplace is on too!

We had an amazing experience at this friendly and welcoming restaurant. The mixed meat and lamb shank roasts were delicious and generous in size. We were wise to book our table beforehand as the restaurant got busy very quickly. We couldn't find any fault with the Sunday roast and the selection of beers was fantastic. The sirloin beef roast was cooked to perfection and the gravy was rich and flavorful. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Very cute pub slightly off the beaten track not too far from Mile End station. Good selection of beers and spirits (which is pretty key) and friendly staff. It's surprisingly big with a cosy front, light rear and quite a large outside area! I had burger and chips...bit too dry for me but chips were good. Overall, still a good pub that I'd happily return to.

This is a gem of a pub about a ten minute walk from Mile End tube. Bar to front seated area behind. Stylish with a positive vibe. Delicious veggie pie with a pint £12 on my last visit. Excellent bar staff.
