Wonderful meal! Excellent service! Modest restaurant but the food was truly fine dining! Such a gem tucked away in the heart of London! We had King prawns and Tarka Dhal. Chef even made me a chapati on request! Thank you Jasbinder and your friendly team!

Had an amazing time celebrating my friends anniversary there, the food was absolutely delicious mainly the chicken malai tikka, sweet potato chat and paneer jalfrezi was lipsmacking, definitely coming here again

It just re-opened under a new name and different chef/owner. It’s a more high end bistro feel and less like a curry house now. Pricing is very reasonable too. The food was killer and I plan to come back for a proper dinner with a group. Definitely recommend it.

As Americans here on holiday, we wanted to try the dish we heard so much about: Tikka Masala! A quick search near our hotel brought us to Rasoighar. The menu drew us in but the charming location and staff made the evening extremely enjoyable. The kitchen was able to tame down the spice for our children which was much appreciated. We would highly recommend the tikka masala, lamb chops, and coconut rice 😍😍

It’s a very comfortable place, with lovely service and delicious unique and cultural food. The decorations and atmosphere were awesome and it was very pleasant to be in this restaurant.

Me and my friends went to the restaurant yesterday. I had a plan to go to red chilli but when we reached over there, we saw there is no red chilli, instead of we found Rasoi Ghar. And then we were looking for red chilli at that time one person came out from restaurant, who’s name is Jasbinder Sing, and told to us this is the red chilli but with new branding name. After then we entered, we surprised that lots of things has been changed in the decoration wise and looking very beautiful. Then we ordered food and we tried some of their new dishes which was just outstanding. Food, service, atmosphere everything just top notch.

One of the very best Indian restaurant meals I have had in a very long time, My mixed kebab starter was superb, there was two chicken tikka pieces, a sheek kebab and a lamb chop that were all marinated to perfection. My mains consisted of sag aloo, steamed rice, roti and chicken madras. All dishes were presented really good and the flavours were of a very high standard, you could tell they were cooked to order and so very fresh. Prices were good and competitive, the service was excellent and the restaurant and toilets were immaculately clean.

Went with a group of 9 on my colleagues recommendation. Everyone’s food was delicious. A number of my colleagues often come here when staying in London and I can see why.

Do not think of dining here if you are Indian, The food is what we can worst quality in india. Order arrives late, you will be charged for popadoms and chutney you din order. Worst thing was wine, how can someone serve that cheap wine in a restaurant.

Me and my partner had a lovely meal here recently. We and popadoms and two mains with garlic bread. The food was delicious and it was very reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

My partner and I have come on vacation to London for five days and four nights. Three of the four nights we have dinner here. We liked it so much the first day and we had it so close to the hostel that it was the most comfortable. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist ganz nett. Der Service war gut. Man hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und wie auch schon andere geschrieben haben fragt gerne mal der Chef selbst ob alles passt. Das Essen war zwar gut aber generell sehr süß. Wir hatten beispielsweise Chicken Korma, welches für mich jedoch eher als Nachtisch durchgegangen wäre, weil es so süß war. Meine Schwiegermutter die es bestellt hat war aber zufrieden. Ich hatte Chili Paneer, welches zwar scharf war aber wo sonst etwas der Pepp gefehlt hat. Das Garlic Naan war für mein Verständnis auch viel zu süß. Gesamt war es gut für jemanden der gerne süß indisch isst.

🚨HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED Very disappointing experience. The food tasted terrible and didn’t look fresh at all. There were items on my plate that I didn’t even order, which felt like they were added forcefully. The rice was only half-cooked, making it hard to eat and definitely not worth the price. Overall, I feel like my money was completely wasted. Not planning to return.When I told them they started making lame excuses and were laughing in the kitchen. Advice to the management ,the guy who was serving food should behave properly with the customers . When a person asked question,he started laughing as if a person asked a silly question. It is because of customers your restaurant is running. I will not recommend this to anyone.

The waiter who takes your order is friendly and the curry is really delicious. There are plenty of seats for two, so you don't have to worry about going alone. If the price is this high, it seems like a good place to be in London... You must try curry in London!!

Went on a whim on Saturday and very nice indeed. Quality establishment, busy but not rowdy. Food and service excellent. Knocks anything on Brick Lane into complete submission. Recommended. One starter, 2 mains, rice and naan + 3 large bottles of Cobra £53 including service charge so decent value for money for the area too.

The food is as amazing as the ambience—with a really artful, high-end presentation. My husband loves the lamb shank, and I keep going back for the garlic chilli paneer, as it’s really flavourful and fresh-tasting. The owner always makes us feel right at home; though he has been in this business a long time, his passion for it remains very obvious. His wait staff is also very friendly and helpful. That’s why this place has become our new favourite curry spot 🥰

The food was delicious yet some had spice levels too high for me. Our food however came out of the kitchen an hour late and had raw chicken. The staff at this establishment were kind but not enough to outweigh serving raw chicken.

Had a fantastic meal here whilst staying at the nearby Premier Inn. The staff were very attentive and the portions were extremely generous. All 3 meals were fabulous, one of the best curries we've ever had (and we've had alot). Would definitely return when we're next in London.

This was a spontaneous decision as we were walking by. And we were delighted that we did. Our last Indian food experience only a few days earlier was with a Michelin awarded chef’s restaurant so it was going to be difficult to live up to that recency. But this place is punching above its price bracket so we have given 5 stars as everything was delicious but just some feedback for improvements: The mango lassi could be slightly less sweet. The chicken tikka starter was excellent, the prawn puree was nice but the puree (fried bread) part slightly too oily. I’m probably nit picking though. The peshwari naan was one of the nicest we have ever had but the paratha was a little dryer than we have had. The biryani was slightly under seasoned but otherwise excellent. The chicken Manchuria dish was a good recommendation from the staff. This may become our new regular Indian.

The restaurant is spacious and bright, the food tastes good, and the service staff are also very friendly. But you are very close to the guests sitting next to you, and you can hear their chatter. It would be better if the tables were further apart.

Probably the best Indian cuisine I‘ve ever had. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful with finding the right foods. The price was reasonable and very justified for the amounts of effort they put in to make the foods, which were all fresh out of the clay oven. They managed to put an incredible twist on some traditional Indian dishes and represent others in just the right way. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone who is in London or wants to try some Indian cuisine!

I booked for a large group, we arrived on time, and they'd given the table away! However, they did send a waiter to the pub next door to collect us when it was available again, so a star off and a star back on again for service. The menu is what you'd expect at an Indian restaurant, and the prices are standard to reasonable. The food is nice and the atmosphere good. Its a curry house, but a really decent curry house. Come here for a curry, you won't regret it.

I know a lot of bad reviews are just written off as one offs, but let me tell you this is not. The food at this restaurant should be avoided at all costs. The butter chicken can only be described as pumpkin soup with chunks of chicken. The daal tasted burnt and was inedible. I couldn’t even taste a difference between the garlic and regular naan. All in all terrible experience. Would not recommend.
