EDIT - Normally our go to place in brick lane been here countless times great food. Now they’ve almost doubled the price and tried to tell us the restaurant is fully booked on a Thursday night. Try city spice instead for a better deal.

This is my local restaurant. I always come down to this restaurant to eat and I see Indian people eating in a restaurant. I see Bangladeshi people eating in a restaurant doesn’t matter which nationality. The food is tasty all the time you can’t judge buy a book cover you need to go inside and taste of food don’t live in bad review, thank you All the food are not same. Thanks to Rhman, who looked after us.

One of the worst food I had. This is not Indian restaurant like all other restaurants in Brick lane. They are Bangladeshi restaurants. We ordered vegetarian Dal tadka and chana masala and they served something else and didn't taste good. Staff was friendly and prices were cheap.

Really busy, and amazing service by Ash. As he looked after us through out Saturday evening dinner!! The flavour was on point! Can’t wait to come and dine here again with my husband. The only pointer is I strongly recommend the other waiters to look little professional however the only waiter looked decent is Ash. Anyways well done Ash! Thank you for our evening memorable….

I loved the experience in Masala. The food was amazing, the chef was super nice and came to our table to make sure everything was ok. The waiters are very nice as well, Abdul and Bari were amazing with us and made sure everything was good. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, the food was not authentically Indian and little to no spicy. The portions were far too small and the prices seemed unreasonably high, especially since you had to order an additional £4 of rice with each dish. In addition, a service fee was charged, which was not mentioned and was not shown anywhere.

As a serving member of the armed forces. My favourite thing to do on leave is visit this place for a drink and some dinner. Special mention to Abdul, the most amazing waiter I’ve ever met, kind, helpful and respectful, a great man.

Overall food was very tasty. As an Indian myself I thought the choice of curries was very good and mains portion very good, naans excellent, starter portion of paneer a little stingy the portions could be bigger here but staff very helpful, friendly and told us some good stories. We enjoyed our experience here and would choose to come again - one thing show better Bollywood music on the tvs from famous movies it good to educate guests

The Experience war really nice. The Garlic-Chicken was really yummy. Also ne Naan-Bread was hot and crispy. The Butter Chicken a bit too sweet and Creamy. The Service was excelent. And the spice Level on the menu was a great Indikator;) Ask for Ash ;)

Top service and excellent food. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered an assortment of dishes to share using the Forks 50% off a la carte on Sunday, and we were not disappointed. The portions were generous, and we were left feeling satisfied; we even had to take some good away. We ordered garlic naan, pilau rice, vegetable samosas, onion bhaji, tandoori chicken, tandoori prawn, chicken tika masala, chicken jalfrezi, butter chicken, also gobi, sag aloo, okra and poppadoms Good flavours; the butter chicken was a hit with the party. Would highly recommend.
