Fantastic food and service . Our waitress was amazing the manager was also great. We had the beef to share and it was cooked to perfection . I really could not fault anything about this place , simply impeccable. It was my wife’s birthday and they made her day a free small desert .😃

Everything was perfect but I can’t find the toilets and I really need a piss. Editing like 2 mins later and crisis is averted

Amazing food. As a french living in London, this is some of the best quality-quantity-price you can get. I've been there several times and it's always been excellent food and service. Thank you particularly to Parnos, whose service has been exceptional following some food I had requested over the phone prior to my visit. Thank you Parnos and thanks to every chef working in this restaurant!

Do not recommend based on food or service, pretty location is all it has to offer. Took 20 minutes to get a server to take our order, only after flagging a different server down, then had to repeat our entire order to a different server because they were confused. Fish was grey and tasted like it was sitting in a fridge for a week, chicken was like rubber. Overall not a good experience.

We booked dinner for New Years Eve which was a set menu for £49.95. Had a really lovely evening, great atmosphere in the restaurant and all the staff were really lovely . I would definitely recommend for a special NYE. The food was great, and we weren't rushed so still at our table when the clock struck 12. Loved it all.

One of the best spots I have visited in London. The service was absolutely perfect. We chose the special New Year's Eve menu, and it was incredibly delicious. I highly recommend it!

Pretty good but slightly unflavourful

I came here at opening for breakfast and it seemed odd at the time there were only 2 people working at the time (or that is what it seemed). Got seated and took a while to get or drinks and ordered taken, on top of that it took time for our drinks to come out when we only ordered juice for the table. Food came out and it did its job, to fill me up. Wasn't above and beyondd and beans were eh and eggs a little runny.

Been here a number of times. A local favourite. Never had to wait long for a table and the food, service and pricing is excellent!

We booked their Christmas menu and thought that the location of this Côte would make it even better. It wasn't too busy for a weekend lunch, but big tables made it very noisy. The service was ok and the food was served quickly. I think the 3 course menu is good value for money, and the food is well executed. I had the smoked salmon rillettes which were excellent. The roast turkey ballotine was not dry at all and was tasty, but I would have liked some green vegetables too with the carrots. Somehow the crispy confit potatoes were disappointing. They were similar to hash browns more than roast potatoes. As dessert I had Clementine and pistachio mess, which was good but a bit too sweet for my taste.

This is one of my favourite Cote restaurants. It has a lovely atmosphere - the booths are especially cosy. The Christmas set menu was great value and tasty.

The food was very delicious. Our waiter's suggestions were always good. The atmosphere is also very nice. However, as the place gets crowded in the later hours, the noise level increases. I guess there is not much that can be done about it :)

We visited Côte to celebrate a friends birthday. We was warmly welcomed by Julia and staff provided excellent service and made us feel very comfortable. Julia went out of her way to make our celebration very special. Highly recommend.

Overall great experience. Maybe slightly deduction for service, one item we ordered was forgotten. Loved how they came around and offered champagne, would have been nice for a non-alcoholic version for those who were not drinking.

This is a really excellent restaurant. The staff could not be more helpful. Recently when we arrived for our pre-booked table of 6, there was a bit of a delay as the current diners had not vacated the table yet. We were offered a complimentary drink whilst we waited, but one of our company wanted a drink that Cote do not stock, so the manager offered to get it from the pub next door- and he did just that! The restaurant was very busy but all the staff were very friendly and professional. The meal was excellent and is very good value in our opinion. Well done to everyone who works there- you are a credit to the restaurant business.

Stayed in st Katherine's dock and had the most amazing breakfast, enjoyed it so much that we booked for dinner that evening. Once again excellent food and service, thank you.

Tonight was absolutely incredible! I wanted to make the evening extra special for my partner, and Juan, the manager at St. Katharine Docks, made sure it was everything I hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, his kindness and attention to detail stood out. He went out of his way to recommend the perfect dishes and even helped create such a lovely atmosphere. It honestly felt like he genuinely cared about making the night memorable for us. Thanks to Juan, it was an unforgettable evening, and we’ll definitely be back soon!

Cote previously has always been very good with the service and atmosphere. Unfortunately, maybe it was a bad-night, but the service was not as good as it usally is. I also sadly overheard a staff member swear aloud which did damper the mood of the evening a little bit. There were empty plates left on the table and glasses and no eagerness to take them away. We had to be proactive and ask for them to be taken away. Given the wide selection of nearby resturants - I would reconsider going back.

Only reason this gets 2 stars is for the view and one friendly waiter. Otherwise it was slow, poor service (despite it being quiet) and some of the worst eggs royale I've ever had: stingy on the salmon, stale muffins and both hot/cold somehow. I thought that stuff was pretty bullet proof... Won't be back.

Pleasant French-style Restaurant with two Terraces, one of which overlooks a surprising small Marina ⛵⛵ in the center of London, next to the Tower of London. Although the presentation of the dishes is not very good, the Beef Cheek Bourgignon (Cheeks) and the Confit Duck (from 🦆 Duck) à l'Orange are tasty. The Crème Caramel (🍮 Flan) is very good. Correct service. Tourist clients and some English.

Very disappointed in my sirloin steak. Thin, dry and fairly tasteless. Other diners had much better looking cuts of meat. Starters were good though.

My fiance and I did a shared course with steak, chicken, and pork belly. The chicken was perfect, really, really good. Paired with a yummy mushroom sauce. The steak was a little undercooked, and I was a little disappointed when I took a bite and my steak was cold. Beautiful views. Friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit

I was singularly unimpressed! Small but pricey helpings (mine was luke warm), and service was pathetic. It would help if the staff could speak understandable English. I wouldn't go there again.

Do not get the Steak Frites! We got it as part of the 2 course meal and it was almost inedible. The ambiance is great but unfortunately this is ruined by the staff. They are generally inattentive but this Russian looking guy seemed almost angry. Come here for fries and views. It’s on the cheaper end.

Sadly an awful experience. Had a booking for 6 weeks plus for 8pm and turned up and was not seated until 2030 service has seriously deteriorated . Food was burnt and poorly presented which we sent back . This used to be our go to restaraunt but never again people were turning up after us and being seated . Appalling customer service and food avoid avoid avoid.

Everything was perfect. Great place to celebrate 🥳 or have a romantic meal as we did dor our anniversary.

Radhika and Steven were so attentive and friendly when serving us all (there was 20 of us), very organised, made the experience so much better. Food and drinks were delicious, and all the staff were so nice and polite.

Had such a lovely meal at Cote St Katherine Docks. Warm welcome, booked online requested outside table overlooking boats, that's exactly what we got. Service was fab, Alicja was fab, friendly as well, other servers fab too. Delicious food, we both had French onion soup 😋, and both had the Cote Burger with added bacon 😋.. cheese board for dessert. Everything was perfect again in August 2024 - except: our beloved Croque Monsieur & Madame were taken off the menu 😔 PLEASE serve again! Dec. 2022: everything is fine again - something went wrong in the summer and was repaired with an apology and a voucher. We like to be here often! July 2022: actually 4-5 *, I would like to give it 2: we were there 3 times in 5 days for a late breakfast around 11 a.m. because: great location by the water and probably the best cappuccino in town, hard to beat even in Italy. The food is mostly very good, you shouldn't order an English breakfast in a French restaurant 😉 2nd visit: no more mineral water today. OK, there was good stuff! Table water (free) and I discovered the delicious Croque Madame - great French toast with ham, egg and delicious processed cheese! 🤪 3rd: no (good) orange juice today, ok, mango works too, mineral water there again, but apparently no cheese - the two Croque Madame were a disappointment in terms of taste, only a tiny blob was found under the egg where it had been on the day before Plate flowed. Very unfortunate... By the way, EVERY restaurant we visited in our 5 days in London had such a disappointment in store this time: at least one dish/drink that we ordered had just run out...🥺 Brexit, Corona, Putin - or just bad service? 🤔

From a warm and helpful reception to our party of ten and our amazing Canadian waiter Steven, the timing of everything was perfect. Compliments to the chef and team too, the salmon was delicious with my requested new potatoes and salad. Simply, thank you.

We found a very quiet space very close to the Tower of London. Although we only had a drink and a small amount of dessert, we were treated with respect. I was tired from walking that day but felt very relaxed and recovered.

Nice restaurant but the food is a little disappointing… steak was overcooked (medium became medium well, medium well became well done🥲) seafood was better.

The food was ok and the sight very nice. Sadly we had to wait a long time before we could order our food. We also had to wait a long time to get the bill even though our waitress had been notified that we wanted her attention. Could be a bad day for one individual in the staff but it affected us as customers.

Nice heated outdoor seating area with blankets, perfect for the British summer ☀️. I had a lovely steak and chips. I asked for a customised salad and they sorted it out for me, no additional cost for these changes. Very attentive waiter. I would definitely recommend.

Good French cuisine at reasonable prices just a few minutes walk from the Tower. It's nice to sit at the small marina.

Overall it was a good experience because we went there with a very good mood. Service was a little disappointing, having to wait to place the order, it felt like no staff members were around. A lot of tables.were left without set up and this felt messy and no ambience. Finally we ordered. Drinks arrived at the same time with starters when we expect them a bit earlier. It felt a bit understaffed or staff not really knowing what they are doing. You would definitely expect a little more from Cote in such beautiful location

I am coeliac and I normally rely on Côte as a safe place to eat - they have a gluten free menu and your food comes out clearly marked with a flag. Today however I reacted to the food that was served to me. The waitress did not appear to know what coeliac meant. She did offer me the gluten free menu, and I ordered the cheese soufflé and salmon Benedict. Within less than an hour I had a reaction (and several hours later I am still feeling the effects of it). Really disappointing and I hope all staff are trained on what coeliac means and how to avoid cross contamination.

Rashid was very lovely as was all of the team. They sing my son happy birthday and were incredibly attentive. We cannot wait to visit again. Thank you so much!

Very nice French style restaurant.

Atmosphere was terrific, love the location! The service was quick and easy to get attention from staff. Food was tasty and great quality for the price however my only complaint was that I spotted a a small hair in my food, not enough for a full complaint just a friendly reminder to the chefs to keep an eye out for little hairs in the food. Would recommended to anyone in London!

Very historic walk through St Katheine Docks. Canals, and warehouses. Ending ar the Prospect Pub along the river.

We visited Cote pre-theatre for dinner after booking our table for 5pm We were warmly greeted by Julia and taken to our table overlooking the marina. Ebonny was our waitress and she was friendly and helpful. Our meals were delicious and it's nice to enjoy a relaxed meal. We will be back soon.

We hadn't been to St.Katherine's Dock for quite a while and had been in the habit of going out in The City. For a change we thought we'd spend a sunny afternoon somewhere different and we are so glad we did. Approaching the entrance to the dock we were pleased to see a familiar name on an attractive venue surrounded by foliage and flowers: Cote! Stephen, the manager, greeted us with a warm smile and showed us to an ideally placed table overlooking the water. instead of just leaving us there he made sure the table was moved a little so we had plenty of room. It's not so relaxing when you are on a chair touching the chair of a diner behind you. That was very thoughtful. Even though it was quite busy, the drinks order was taken quickly. We had already looked at the menu when our drinks order arrived and our server, Angjelo, took the food order. We were pleased that the food was served fairly quickly as we were both ready to eat. The pork belly I chose and the mushroom bourguignon my wife chose were both delicious and served piping hot. After the meal, Angjelo and his colleague spent some some chatting to us and we found them very pleasant and charming. Stephen took time to speak to us for a while on the way out. It was a lovely experience overall and we're looking forward to going back soon.

Semi-empty place, 4 of us were greeted by an Italian waitress, who assured us when ordering that she would have everyone's food arrive simultaneously. Strange clarification, which unfortunately will soon make sense. After 10 minutes the starter (£10 for a couple of slices of bread and ham, see photo 1) and a Cheese Souffle arrived. We waited another 40 minutes or so, at the end of which the waitress asked us if everything had gone well and if we wanted to order anything else, without anything having arrived besides the starter and one of the dishes. We reported the problem and the two steaks arrived shortly afterwards, but we were still waiting for the last of the dishes ordered almost an hour earlier. Once we finished eating, the same waitress asked us again if everything was okay and if we wanted to order something else, completely forgetting about the last dish. At this point we decide to get up and leave, they deducted the less expensive main course from our bill, but it would have been much better if one of those present hadn't remained fasting.

Beautiful outdoor and indoor seating. Food was amazing and really good value on set menu. The staff were so attentive and lovely. Service was quick and I had a lovely evening there.

The breakfast is delicious, the staff very attentive and the price... I didn't think it was that expensive if you like to pay for good things.

Last minute decision to have lunch there on Fathers Day, and so glad we did. Food was excellent and good value for money and the staff were friendly and polite. Lovely views over the Dock.

Visited this restaurant on Saturday lunchtime for a special celebration with 6 old school friends. Right from the start we were treated by our wonderful waiter in a very professional, approachable and “nothing too much trouble” manner. He even told us when he was going on his break and introduced us to the lovely waitress who was covering him. Great menu and delicious food. We were never rushed from our table and everyone was so accommodating. Cannot recommend the venue enough.

Pre-theatre dinner for 4. Lovely meal and service and paying the bill wasn't too painful either which, in this day and age, was lovely in itself

Last night my family and I dined at the St. Katherine’s Dock branch for my Mum’s 75th Birthday. We had the good fortune to be served by Patrick, who was just wonderful! He was so attentive and made us feel so special from start to finish. His good humour and kindness definitely made it a great evening for us. Thank you Patrick! 😊

I would have given 5 stars as the food and the setting was worthy of it. However the whole evening was ruined by the attitude and response of one member of the staff. We were sitting outside on the seats by the planters, all very pretty , until my friend who was sitting on the soft cushioned bench realized that she had an increasingly sopping wet legs and bottom! We thought it might be due to the irrigation system but when we reported the issue to a member of staff, she cheerfully said " oh no, it's the seats! They get wet in the rain and then seep out when you sit on them". Thank you, great to know after you have invited us to sit there and not warned us! If my friend had been wearing anything finer than jeans, they would have been spoiled and if we had not been able to easily return home to change, it would have been an uncomfortable evening. But such a blase, unconcerned and unprofessional attitude is unforgivable and we shall not be returning to this place.

The restaurant is located near the entrance to St Katherine Docks. The restaurant has a modern decor and clean appearance. It has outdoor seating with cover. Your outdoor experience can differ if other guests smoke near your table. The service is fine though the welcome was a little low-key on this occasion. The food was a mixed bag with the chicken, mushroom sauce and fries being the highlight. The steak had no seasoning and the pork belly was too oily without the proper crunch. The sunshine juice was good. There are gluten and dairy-free options except for the usual sorbet. The prices were standard for London. Overall, it was an average experience.

This is not my first time at Côte’s and have visited several branches. Today my best friend and I sat outside for a dessert and drinks. I just wanted to leave a review to say thank you so much for looking after us and being so attentive. We had a few different people over at our table and each person had excellent customer service skills, however one waiter in particular was great. Shame we didn’t catch his name, but so lovely. Thank you!
