The best restaurants in Sutton London

Popped in to see if they had vegetarian options. It was really difficult to communicate because noone spoke English. But the man pointed out food with no meat. So I ordered a few items. When I got outside and ate a snack it had meat in so I returned and he didn't care at all. He just stared at me. I was unhappy but I went again another time and again noone spoke English behind the till. I realised there was a man sitting inside talking in English so I asked him if he worked there. He said yes what's the problem. And I just asked again. He was able to show me the vegan options. And this time the food was delicious and all vegan. Thankfully. The food is lovely and the price is good. It's just really hard to communicate unless the boss is there.

Have ordered a delivery several times but this time was the worst ever chips arrived cold and burger was only just warm. What a waste of money, and very disappointed, . The burgers are expensive,,so just wasted our money, but never again.

Worst takeaway don’t send u the right food and o u call to question they say will send the rest they don’t and then they don’t refund!! U call and they cut the line off!!! Do not order from thee people

Apertura tardía ( 7 : 40 y no 7 : 30 ) , pero no me preparaba las bebidas hasta que las pusiera a prueba si estaban haciendo mi pedido. No es la mejor experiencia - arrastrar las mesas fuera para configurar.

For some reason the Sutton McD’s ice cream machine never works. I’m either just so unlucky that it just happens every time we come here which I doubt is the case. What a joke I think the staff don’t know how to use it correctly

I tried to order on the screens but that would not except my payment so I waited in front of the till no one was in front of me so it should have been fast but no 15 minutes later somebody finally took my order and the food came out quick but not the best kfc I have had not worth the wait would not come back to this branch

Probé este llevar halal como había notado recientemente subiendo Stonecott Hill. Ha cambiado su nombre a pollo. La porción era abundante y alimentado por 3: 6 piezas de pollo frito - no especialmente distintivo sabor tan lejos como va pero no en grasa (6 libras. 99) para 6 piezas de pollo y 4 porciones de papas fritas. Me negociado por 6 costillas 4 libras eran grandes de cordero, pero bastante grasos (que deberían haber sido podados, así que estaban magras antes de freírlas) y también mucho de cartílago que les hizo mirar más grande de lo que era. Las patatas fritas eran bonitas. A fin de cuentas, un promedio de comida para llevar en términos de sabor y calidad, pero es una buena relación calidad-precio: £11 y suficiente para 3 o 4 adultos. Had I looked here first I would have known to avoid myself. Pizza and kebabs were both tasteless. Alarming levels of hygiene here too! Thankfully I did not eat enough to get sick!

Utterly rubbish stale bread roll. Salad wilted rest assured that my next fried chicken will be from any of the multitude of alternatives as there better value and the product is FAR superior

Pedimos a los empleados de este KFC unas 4 veces para limpiar la mesa en la que estábamos comiendo, pero incluso después de un sólido 30 - 45 minutos nadie vino a limpiar nuestra mesa. Después de esa pérdida de tiempo, nuestra única opción era mudarnos a otra mesa menos sucia. Definitivamente no recomiendo esto.

Absolutely awful, my mum had ordered through their website... They sent a message saying they can't deliver and they're keeping the money £35+... I then had to collect my mum and drive down there at 10pm and also refused to give her money back... They gave her the horrid food, full of grease and no flavour and kept the "delivery and service"charge which was over £6. The ACTING "assistant manager" Alex was VERY rude with vile mannerisms. To top it off she ordered there previously and they forgot a whole meal and said to get it on her next visit which they also refused to do. Definitely will NOT be returning, I would also prompt everyone to avoid this gross place. The management needs training on how to speak to customers or humans in general!

Waited 15mins for food when it came out it was stone cold, had to wait another 10 mins for replacement, while I waited two other customers came up to complain about there orders
