Luce Pizza And Kebab in Sutton

Had I looked here first I would have known to avoid myself. Pizza and kebabs were both tasteless. Alarming levels of hygiene here too! Thankfully I did not eat enough to get sick!

Orders are constantly wrong. Food is tasteless.Then refuse to rectify. The place is filthy inside and out. Avoid it like the plague. Rude and unhelpful staff who put the phone down. Look at the reviews it says it all.

The delivery driver was severely lost even with our full address and instructions... I spent ages on the phone telling her where to go and she just hadn’t a clue. my husband had to go out in his pyjamas to meet her at a location she had been so that she didn’t get lost anymore. it’s really not on when you have sat navs and google maps... it’s meant to be a delivery service not a “meet you somewhere you know” Service. This experience has made me not want order from here again which is a real shame as the food was actually quite nice.

Pizza didn't turn up! Disgusted!

45 minutes late and not much help when I called other than telling me it had ‘just gone in the oven’ 15minutes after the suggested delivery time. The garlic pizza bread and drink was wrong. the sides were really nice (we had jalapeño poppers, chicken and garlic bread) however the pizza let it down. it was nice but not great.

Pizza wasn't cooked fully, cold, doughy bits.Had to put pizza in n oven to make it edible. Left drink off order so had to wait for them to resend. Then they sent wrong drink and driver moaned about the doorbell. Not impressed at all Luce.

Poor customer service, food was very late and cold, therefore I didn’t eat it. Then I was refused a full refund.

Food didn't arrive. Called twice to be told two different stories of why the food was late and then told if I cancel the order I won't be able to order again. Very rude staff and hung up on me when simply just trying to find out where my order was.

We recieved one less pizza than we ordered

I added an extra ingredient and my pizza arrived without it so I paid extra for nothing. When the delivery lady arrived at my building, instead of delivering to my flat, she asked me to go downstairs to collect the pizza? I'm really disappointed with the service.

Food was late 50 mins , had to ring twice only to be told it's very busy at 3am so I have to wait. when I asked if they can contact the driver to have a time they said they can't , I'm assuming the communicate with telepathy. Pizza was awful forgot toppings , I'm convinced they used a loaf of hovis for my base . Finally driver arrived cracking jokes , which weren't funny , in fact he smelt of bo looked like he escaped from Alcatraz. My friend who also ate the pizza is now in a coma , I'd advise not to eat from here . 👍🏻

Ordered a vegetarian meal came with meat. Rang the shop couldn't understand what I was saying kept telling me food will be there in 5/10 minutes! Rang just eat, the gentleman I spoke to called the shop and pretty much said the same thing as me. The shop wouldn't give me a refund, so just eat had to. Avoid this shop!

The worst food I have ever had, the "chicken shawarma wrap" as it is mentioned on the just eat menu was literally some cut up chicken strips side order and mixed with some mayo not even garlic sauce as I requested and is in no way shape or form shawarma. The garlic cheese pizza bread was also a door stopper!

If i'm being honest, the pizza was about right for what I paid. Not much to it. No BBQ base?! But the thing that upset me the most was that there were NO DIPS. Who doesn't give their customers atleast one free dip?

Worst service from Luce. I have ordered pizzas in the past and had few issues with delivery. But this time my food arrived after 1hr35 mins..and I only ordered one pizza! Also the pizza came with the wrong toppings. I called the restaurant 3 times in total. Twice for the delayed delivery and later for complaining about the order. The person on the phone Ramana? Did not bother to apologise and gave excuses saying they were very busy so did a mistake! Asked for a refund and he said he can't do anything about. Asked for a credit and he said he can't give full credit! Worst customer service and worst delivery

Not impressed. Pizza had all toppings missing. Chips were undercooked and ice cream was almost runny! Someone had marked my order as paid which it wasn't. The only good point was the delivery guy who went out of his way to get change.

My Colleague and I placed an order at St. Helier Hospital on 31/12/2016 at about 01:50 am.We were made aware that the delivery with be with us at approxmately 02:40. The delivery came very late and on top of that the driver parked in front of A&E after we categorically told him that we were at the Renal Unit. When we called him to drive to the Renal Unit he said he wouldn't do that as he busy.However after it took me about 8 minutes to walk from the Renal Unit to A&E, I realised he was playing a game on his phone siting in his car.Very unprofessional and lazy

Disgraceful, order with them 1 hour before they close they accepted order I phoned to make sure and they say it will take 30 minutes up to an hour has now been 1.5 hours and still no delivery I have called for the past 30 minutes and am getting no answer check the status and it says delivered, will not be ordering from Luce anytime soon.

Delivery took an hour and a half - 40 minutes longer than I was told, despite calling twice to check where the delivery was. It was only a Sunday evening! When I questioned the delivery man if the food was actually going to be hot due to the time it took he was rude with no apologies. Needless to say the food was lukewarm at best. The pizza's and sides were okay but very greasy. I like to use independent places rather than bug chains such as Dominoes but I won't be using Luce's services again.

Food 40 minutes late and nobody answered the phone to let me know what was going on. Really bad service.

Delivery driver couldn't find my place but rather than following my clear instructions of where it was he decided he would tell me that I was lying about where I live. Chips were burnt and rice was tasteless. Everything else was ok. Restaurant kindly called me to let me know about the order.

Order incomplete. When we spoke to the takeaway we were told that we couldn't get the burger we were told that we'd have to travel to them to get the burger and couldn't get a refund.

Didn't get the right change back; very poor customer service so I will not be recommending or ordering again from this restaurant.

Normally, the food is extremely high quality and as such I'd definitely order again. However opting for a standard cheese and tomato pizza with stuffed crust this time, I've discovered the stuffed crust is literally inedible.

I ordered an all the meats pizza which was tasty however it was a little bit salty although this could be down to all the meat, the base and toppings were of good quality and I would recommened the pizza over papa johns etc especially for the price. The cheesy chips however I wouldn't recommened as it looked and tasted like reheated chips with what tasted like grated cheese on top (not what I would call cheesy chips).

Description of the food was appalling. My wrap was vile it wasn't a wrap at all, it was flat bread folded with a small amount of meat and salad. I had ordered a large wrap and it was tiny. The Burrito wrap isnt a wrap at all !!! I know it was late but the quality was very poor.... Never again.

Food was cold and a hour late for delivery. When phoned was told one of the drivers had been assaulted and was with the police and it wasnt likely to turn up unless i wanted to go and get it myself! When it eventually did turn up it was cold and not worth eating
