Disgraceful. The driver was on the road for a good half hour (mostly in the opposite direction) before coming to us. Everything was cold, flaccid & soggy. Our 6 piece bargain bucket was all DRUMSTICKS!! I called the restaurant to complain and got nowhere with them to the point they refused to accept any responsibility for their drivers (albeit indirectly employed) or the fact the the chicken selection was all legs! Horrendous experience. I'd whole heartedly recommend you go elsewhere.

Another messed up order. Every time me and my partner order from here it’s messed up. I will order the fillet burger box, he will order the zinger. We will have different sides in the box. Every single time the sides I order will be with the zinger, his sides with the fillet… or we will be send 2 zingers. I can’t eat spicy foods. I don’t get how they are able to get it wrong all the time. Useless

Don’t order for delivery and if you do pick up check your order. We’ve been living in the area for 5 years now and orders ALWAYS have items missing from this store. Its a running joke in our house. Very unfortunate that the kids like kfc as there’s always at least one person that goes without half their meal. On occasion we’ve ordered a second time for only the things that were missing from the first order and even that turned up with items missing!

Did not receive my full order YET AGAIN! not the first time this has happened try the fourth, the manager of this branch is clearly not doing his or her job properly. Will not be returning as this is terrible customer service!

Food always missing - not sure if this is how this franchise of KFC makes its profit but it happens with EVERY order and seems to be a common complaint heard while standing in the queue. I have now gone to checking my food before I leave. Chicken seasoning breading is SO thin now too. Why? Another way this branch is trying to make its profit. Staff talking on personal mobile phones while serving is rude and unhygienic. Mobile phones are a massive breeding ground, they should not be anywhere near food being served to costumers. Staff should not be on their phones and then touching food without even washing their hands first. Staff need to wash hands more frequently as their hands always look dirty which is a massive turn off. I get this is KFC and not a Michelin star restaurant but I still like to know my food is being handled hygenically. Staff cleaning the toilets in the same uniform they then serve costumers is also pretty grim. Overall, staff need training on hygiene and how to get an order right.

Ordered via Just Eat, as whole family were tired after decorating all day. They told us we had to wait an hour, which we were not happy about but willing to suffer. But after an hour of waiting, they sent us an automated text message telling is our.order had been cancelled. No reason given, this is a place that doesn't care about their customers. Seriously, go somewhere else. You might even get some food.

Needed a quick fix of food and thought why not !!!!! Early evening. 7pm' must be good and it's been years since my last KFC. Ordered 4 chicken strips meal with garlic and mayo side and an extra portion of chips! What a croc of rubbish ! Chips luke warm' and although there was two bags containing chips the amount was pitiful !! No garlic and mayo dip and the quality was awful. The chicken. Well' 2 strips were edible the others were like old boot leather! Never ever again. Such a shame as had fond memories of a kfc and i now know why I have not succumbed sooner than now!!!! Awful food. Let's hope Nando's knocks them off of our high street!

checked my order outside the corn was missing to be told we have run out butt did not tell me when they give me my order did not offer me a refund had to find this out my self terrible service and dirty look from one of the staff

I am writing this as I have left the branch. We used the self service and couldn’t obtain our receipt as the receipt roll had run out, so we couldn’t redeem our stars. When asked about it seemed like no one could be bothered. As we were in a further 3 people complained about orders being incorrect and missing food! The member of staff named Lucinda was EXTREMELY rude to all customers. When I complained to the manager said girl started shouting “how am I rude, if you don’t like it leave” I am complaining to head office as this should be taken further! Members of staff should never talk to customers as she did! Disgraceful!!!!!!

We ordered a 10 piece bucket however only received 9 pieces all of which were quite small. Do they not teach them to count in their training?

As per usual in a KFC there were queues. Staff were very friendly and whilst waiting for food, I noticed the table we sat at, was very sticky and dirty. I bought this to the attention of staff who had the table cleaned without delay. Some people moan for no reason at KFC food, this is not a michelin 5 star restaurant but a KFC, so if you want top quality food go elsewhere. The staff were generous with their ketchup allocation. The food was hot and as per usual and up-to standard.

Awful service and worse food. Do not visit this kfc. Really the worst one that I’ve been too. Visit the north cheap mcdonalds instead.

Ordered 2 pieces of chicken, medium chips and large beans. Got home to find only 16 chips (some tiny), 2 pieces of chicken that appeared to have been cooked much earlier with a tiny amount of chicken and plenty of bones. Thank goodness for the large beans (which I ate with 2 slices of bread from my own kitchen to justify an adequate meal) will not be going back there again unless I am on a strict diet!

We ordered through deliveroo and paid up front for 5 meals and only received 4. When we called to enquiry as to where the meal we would have had to wait another 45 minutes so I asked to cancel and they explained my account would be credited I state I wanted the amount of the meal credited to my bank account and asked for a goodwill gesture and they offered me £2.50 what an awful service will not be using them again

Perhaps the recipe has changed recently because the chicken seasoning is tasteless and never crispy. Missing items all the time from my order at this branch and limited drink option.

All pretty much ok, Food? Well it’s pretty much what you expect from KFC, No queues so that was a bonus, Staff totally disinterested, All looked like they wanted to be somewhere else.

The food was OK but the wait was long and when we tried to sit down, all the tables were dirty! The bins were completely full too. Really dirty experience with no staff doing any cleaning. Has put me off KFC a bit...

After getting our bargain bucket and served it on a plate, there was NO Salt, plastic fork, hand wipe or serviettes supplied.

I once preferred KFC to any other fast food restaurant, but no more. Chicken is too salty & the chips are soggy & taste of old oil. Whenever I go to a KFC there's always a part of my order missing - this time it was the additional gravy, but I've had a whole meal missed before now & had to return. My Husband & I threw the chips away having tried to rescue them by placing in our oven for a few minutes, but you could still taste the oil. No more KFC, I wouldn't pay £10 for a meal for 4 let alone £28 for it anymore.

Been a few times always the same so won't be going any more. Kids left to run a store food always delayed. Staff listening to garage music messing about. Squirting cleaning products at each other while one was actually getting our order ready. Really un professional.

I have just returned from ordering a meal for myself and my two children. I had to wait 40 minutes in the queue behind loads of people because they only decided to put one member of staff serving. This led to an a punch-up between two people and many people getting angry. There was no apology when I got to the till point for the delay in service but as I went through my order so many items were not available, no water, no corn, no boneless, no crushems and then I lost count. When I complain to the woman she just said we were food business it's what happens. They're in mind it's 8 o'clock on the Saturday evening and the weekend is only just begun, this is not a tall good. I had to make do with the kids drink because I didn't have anything else and half the order was missing. Appalling!!!!

It seems rather scruffy and disorganise compared to other KFCs I have used, food is still up to standard but I wouldn't rush back to that branch as there was lots of food litter inside and the toilet was a mess.

Personal todo cambió en los últimos meses, el personal de nuestros geniales! Alegre, amable y eficiente. Nuevo personal es totalmente opuesta. Ido cuesta abajo un montón! Visitamos hoy, servicio lento y nada amable. No tenían granos o Pepsi. Dos de las cuatro piezas de pollo en seco. Mi queso y bacon burger fue inundado de filete en la lechuga y sólo tenía un trozo de tocino. Una verdadera lástima que solía visitar una vez a la semana. Los últimos tres o cuatro veces que hemos visitado ha ido a peor. No volveré por un buen rato.

He comido aquí regularmente en los últimos años. Siendo un lugar de comida rápida que realmente no esperaba mucho. En los últimos meses he notado que a veces la noche las colas muy largas y el servicio es muy lento. Hoy toma 30 minutos desde el momento en que empecé a hacer cola para conseguir mi comida. Parece que se invierta de personal que no puede evitar las cosas. La comida era de buena calidad pero el chocolate caliente era horrible. Sabía como un poco de polvo en Lucas agua caliente. También me di cuenta de que esta rama ha comenzado a hacer las entregas y me parecía que los conductores están saltando las colas de entrega las entregas se con prioridades y esa es una de las razones de la cola están recibiendo de manera larga. Los conductores estaban saltando al frente de la cola, de pedir, y recibir la comida mucho más rápido que todos los demás. Este KFC sólo he tiene 1 persona que sirve en la cultive en horas punta, que deja la puerta saliendo colas! ! Es una pena, ya que la comida es buena!

Good KFC, nice staff, but I do wish they didn't let nappied babies or shoed kids sit on the serving or food bar counters. I was told it's OK because they do wipe the tops down...

El personal era terrible e indiferente! ! ! Cuidado dando órdenes equivocadas y no parecía importarles. Tardamos 25 minutos en espera para nuestra orden y cuando llegamos a casa, nos descubrimos nuestro pedido estaba equivocado. Servicio de atención al cliente absoluta asqueroso! Conseguir una mejor personal porque su actuales son SH1T! ! !

chips always under cooked, never give ketchup unless you ask, a lot of staff changes (previous staff/manager much better) informed head office but they not interested send out the usual response/excuses

Terrible service from a female staff member who has a photo of herself on the wall calling herself ' Customer Maniac'. Very unprofessional, I stood there waiting for ages for a burrito to be made and her flirty manner to male customers was terrible and uncomfortable to see & hear. She was giving the men little extra freebies with their orders and I asked why no women got the free food she denied that's what she was doing . Will never visit here again and would never recommend.

All me and younger brother went to KFC for was to get some food go to my older brothers place and chill out. Instead we met a wonderful member of the team Simone who helped us make the best choice for the best price and even made us laugh, I've been to this branch many time before and I've never had such an experience. Many thanks to Simone for her 5 STAR customer serviceP.S I actually lost the receipt for the discount code following the customer service review but I'm hoping she will see this .

Fancied KFC for a change, open until 11pm, drove 4 miles so we could eat-in, but they close the dining area at 8pm. What a sad way to run a business.Had take-away. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good.

Its local so we get to go often and it is good that they stay open until late night. The food it is just what you get for a typical fast food.

Was a regular until I saw a rat catcher visiting. Why am I so sure he was catching rats? The rat traps that appeared at the back soon after. Baffled as to how they have a 5 star food hygiene rating! I then started going to New Malden or St Helier KFCs.Uncomfortable environment whenever going to the Worcester Park branch; their customers make customers in other KFC branches look sophisticated. Food is KFC so no more to add on that. Orders often wrong. But staff generally nice when I did go.

This is one of the best KFC stores in the local area. Food is excellent gravy is very good unlike Rosehill and waiting time and service is good.

Terribly greasy, chicken dripping with oil, wont go back again,staff seem to lack training,not very clean,bins over spilling with rubbish.

Problem with a hungry belly is your eat anywhere As with all KFC franchises they tend to be understaffed and not to clean where you are expected to eat But what do you expects fast food fast customer turn round You eat and run Personally I would never eat in at any KFC and only choose if there is no morelys around But you get hot food at a ok price

On dishing out our take away I was dismayed to find it was wrong yet again ! It was minus the sweetcorn and gravy this time. It was not worth driving all the way back there to tell them.Because of previous mistakes I always check the contents before I leave the shop, but this time, my husband was ordering and collecting it and did not check itThe problem is a communication one as most of the staff do not understand English. Beware - always check your order before you leave the shop.!

I've have been coming to this KFC on and off 20 years, tried many different KFC around the UK and can honestly say that this is still one of the best in the country.They are always busy and this can work against them, sometimes the chicken is left dry long enough or they forget a drink. But they are always pleasant and apologetic if something goes wrong.Yes it just another fried chicken fast foodie but it is one of the better ones.

We got a take away from there last week, asked for a zinger tower burger got home no cheese or hash brown in it,also ordered a large chicken gravy which was half full and had a very strange taste, popcorn chicken very salty.We really enjoy kfc normally but this was a big let down.

Where ever you go, they are all the same taste, the same look and the same feel. This one is clean and tidy. It's been newly refurbished.

KFC in Worcester Park is no different from most around the country. Their food is standard across the board and better than most fried chicken places.good staff & service.

Overall an average fast food outlet. More often than not you get food that has not been cooked to order but sitting under the heat lamp for some time. That said, when food is cooked fresh it is overall pretty good.
