KFC in Sutton

I tried to order on the screens but that would not except my payment so I waited in front of the till no one was in front of me so it should have been fast but no 15 minutes later somebody finally took my order and the food came out quick but not the best kfc I have had not worth the wait would not come back to this branch

I bought a 10 piece bucket & the teriyaki meal box today. The bucket chicken was so oily and tasted awful - not cooked properly. The teriyaki box meal was missing the fillet and the drink ordered was 7up but was given sparkling water - tasted disgusting. It was too far to return back to store so just binned the chicken & drink. I have bought this from other KFC branches before but this was just a horrible experience & waste of hard earned money. Would not recommend to buy from this branch.

The place is horrible staff is use less manager have issues with her bosses plus uber eat drivers have manners they are engaging and been rude to dine in customer unless they having free food from the female manager place floor is greasy my business partner almost hit the ground if I did not catch him in time this branch is giving a bad name for KFC shut the place down replace the management te open under new management

Absolute rubbish . Missing items . 1/2 the order . Chios 10 to a portion . Burger dry . Just eat won’t answer , restaurant won’t answer . Waste of 30 quid

After going to the kfc at Morden to find out that one is so disgusting I am met with another kfc that is proper rank I didn’t get my full order customer service was terrible the food I did manage to eat made me ill for 2 days

Nothing special but always there. Cheap and cheerful. Lots of seating. And of course, chicken! Quick and simple.

Started going to this KFC since the closest one to me in Morden is rubbish. Well what a surprise as the staff here are so friendly and are so good at what they do. It makes a huge difference for me to have nice staff, I understand the work can be hectic but at least these guys don't take it out on the customer. Went in today and was advised on the best deal in going for the £5.99 for 9 pieces deal. Food was fresh and piping hot, chips were cooked to perfection. Although there was not many staff I was served quickly and very happy with my visit. Didn't think to take a picture as I often forget to review fast food places. However I can say that this kfc is indeed clean and also has two self serving machines if you want to pay by card. There is also plenty of seating.
