Worst Chinese food we have ever eaten !! Parts of the order missing, was not cheap either, !! Would never use again !!

Service gone downhill in the past year since the change of owners. Food is the same.

Ordered through Uber eats but no option to leave feedback. Cheaper then the rest, there's a reason for that. Food was very disappointing, chicken chow mein wasn't good. Chicken satay was the worst I've had. What ever meat they used was flat (like it was just literally flattened meat) and dry, the sauce was not good either, it even had chucks of pinapple with it which must have been old as no flavour what so ever. Sweet and sour chicken was not good, dry and chewy 'chicken' The free prawn crackers were also bad, all stale. The only positive is the delivery driver was nice!

The shear Beauty of this restaurant is simply out of world the food is exquisite along with the atmosphere I had Some chicken balls and they were delicious all of my friends thoroughly enjoyed our meals we will certainly be returning thankyou

The food quality was poor. Probably the worst Chinese take away I have had ever and I have a fair few!The fried rice was dry and salty. Chicken balls were strips not balls! the prawn crackers were stale and generally the ingredients they used weren’t fresh. They didn’t even hide the fact they use old vegetables passed their best. Some of Broccoli in the noodles was discoloured.The none of the food had any flavour. The best thing was the sweet and sour sauce and even that didn’t have much taste to it.This ruined out Friday night family meal.

If I could give no stars i could. Worst Chinese I have ever had tasted disgusting chow mein was definitely gone off and has made my partner sick all day today. Will definitely not be ordering here ever again and will be advising family and friends not to either. I will be reporting you.

worst chinese food I have ever tasted very bland and has no flavour. did not send all of my order. had to phone and complain. took forever for them to send rest of my order Most of the food went in the bin. ordered special chow mein, special fried rice, chicken chilli and spare ribs my own rice and noodles have more flavour than this. Will never order from them again. do not waste your money.

Terrible the special fried rice is almost boiled rice with a few peas and a couple of bits of chicken throw in, very bland, the chicken curry was swimming in watery liquid with no spice, wont be buying again. I really hate take aways that are really good, then they get greedy and start scriping on the ingredients, and charge the same price.

Got a take away from this Chinese , the service was quick , the food was ok. I’ve had better Chinese takeaways but they had an offer with Uber eats so thought we would try it. They made a mistake with the order but sent a refund straight away.

This food was disgusting. I ordered a single food item and it took 1 hour and 30 mins to arrive! Also the food I ordered which was roast duck fried rice was horrible. They put the duck in a sauce which is honestly the most disappointing food I’ve ever ordered!!

food came very quickly, arrived very hot & tasted really good. crispy salt and pepper squid could have been crispier, & although prawn crackers are free, the bag is quite small.

Shocking food! Overpriced £20 for 3 items. Most blan, tasteless food I have ever eaten in my life! Will never order again.

Staff didn’t know their own menu when we called to place an order, everything swimming in oil, was meant to be a Birthday treat for our son, completely ruined his birthday! The sweet and sour chicken might as well be sweet and sour onion! None of the food was hot. Just vile! Just hope none of us get an upset stomach from it!

Honestly the worst Chinese I have had. We waiting a hour and 15 minutes just to throw the lot in the bin. £35 wasted. Ribs wasn’t cooked today was dry , burned and reheated, I rang and ask for a onion omelette it was burned on top and the bottom. We ordered vegetarian noodles and I even said to the man over the phone no chilli it was too hot for my wife to eat. The duck rolls might of been bought from Iceland Frozen foods (tasteless). The special fried rice was dripping with oil , the Hong Kong style Chicken was so sweet it was like tasting sugar. The squid was also awful and binned. I wish I could give 0 stars. Maybe they can have a star for the free prawn crackers which was the only thing we could eat. We had to order a kebab just to get a feed.

Never once had a bad meal from here. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great takeaway in Carshalton or Wallington.

Shame, I originally tried with this place, it’s local and luv to support local traders. But never quite hot enough, bang in the micro when I only live 4 min walk away. Staff really not that friendly, makes me sad, compared to my previous good review. Hope they ‘friendly’ up, and improve, it’s a great location.

As far as takeaways go, tasty, only quick. Can be made extra spicy if u like, just ask, small surcharge on some dishes.

Nos encanta este lugar como nuestro ir a China, el servicio también es bueno a la hora de la comida, gire rápido con platos siempre caliente y fresco. Mi único negativo, el sólo lleva dinero en efectivo, en este día y edad, a veces los platos pueden ser muy saladas, que tratar de evitar.

The food from here is normally great tasting and definitely value of money, however today I ordered a pancake roll and chow mien after work, the noodles were good but could have been warmer, the issue was the pancake roll which was cold, soggy and tasted like vinegar it was disgusting and the prawns inside of it were cold and smelt horrible! Not happy, more disappointed as the food is usually amazing and the service is too but the quality of the food I ordered today has put me off ordering from there again :( !!

Reasonably priced tasty food. Delivery arrived in good time and was hot. Paid by PayPal as thought food might arrive before we arrived home. Tried a few different dishes, must say we thoroughly enjoyed the Singapore Fried Noodles.

Siempre me gustó este lugar para llevar especialmente la pimienta verde y salsa negra platos bean. Sin embargo, me he dado cuenta de que últimamente que algunas de los platos son bulked con demasiada cebolla. Un poco más de variedad en el contenido de verduras sería bueno. Habiendo dicho eso, es local, de buena calidad y fiable para el servicio de entrega.

Very poor been going down hill for while now cold chips meet very chewy 3 times never turnt up what I asked for all the say is how many items an charge you what they want prawn crackers stale rung for last 45 minits an engaged they prob earnt their money after selling last nights left overs never use them again want full refund if they put phone back on the hook

I have been using this Chinese shop for over 10 years! Fantastic service and great food, amazing place! Great value for money and always on time!

We have used Kamble House for our Chinese for years - and I would never go anywhere else. They delivery extremely quickly and the food is always hot and tasty. My favourite is sweet / sour prawn balls with special chow mein - gorgeous.

estado comiendo comida para llevar durante los últimos 20 años y la última noche fue la peor que he tenido jamás. Normalmente tienen entre 3 y 4 una semana con carne y patatas fritas de cena es mi favorito pero me apetecía una comida china que en la noche del sábado. La comida era terrible y tarde y he pasado toda la mañana en el baño cuando estoy destinado a ser salir de compras y comprar nuevos sheets de cama mi novia casi me daban patadas de cama, ya que me lanzando bombas. Evitar a toda costa me despertaron esta mañana como un solo hombre.

Tried this out as it said under new management just before Christmas and it was a really nice takeaway! finally found a decent chinese takeaway in Wallington!

We ordered some takeaway which was delivered in about 45 mins which was fine but wasn't a very good taste. The chow mein was greasy with barely any chicken and sweet & sour pork balls were spongy balls of batter with a very hard, dry cube of pork in the middle. Used to be much better than this, hope this was a 'one off' !!!

Nice little takeaway, good swift service and tasty dishes which we enjoy. Have tried numerous Chinese takeaways and we enjoy this week one in particular.

I ordered takeaway which arrived promptly and was hot. The food was tasty especially the satay chicken and the curry dish. Generous portions. Would definitely use them again.

this is absulaty rabbish food .. i waste my money,.all the food not freash smell is like sheet , i dont undestant how could .beware off this place.....

Have used Kamble House many times in the past with no issues untill last night.Went up to the counter to order but the employee was busy on a call.When he finally finished he said 'I'll be with you in 2 minutes' then proceeded to put on a crash helmet & zoom off on a scooter. Two other customers were there who also said they'd been there ages waiting for their food. I tried to get the attention of other staff members but all ignored me.I was about to leave when the first employee returned only to pick up more food & head back out on the scooter so I followed him to ask who was going to serve me as I'd been there for nearly 10 mins but he just shrugged his shoulders & rode off! On this experience I shall not be returning as I've never encountered such rudeness & you just cannot treat customers with such ignorance.

Have lived in the area for 12 years and have frequently ordered from this take away. The portions are generous and tasty, pricing is fair and the service is fast.

Usually order from here bit today and the last order was Luke warm and no taste whatsoever!!!! They need to take note of the reviews!!!! Won't be going back! I even told them last order was cold but obviously didn't take any notice!!!!

Tried these a couple of times as very local but I give up. Not even passable for a takeaway, overly salty which removed any last hint of taste, fairly greasy too. Be better off with supermarket attempts at Chinese dishes. Staff didn't seem at all bothered about our custom so they won't be getting it again.
