Coacroachs in the restaurant should be shut down I cant believe Sutton council have not shut this establishment

Disgusting, no hygiene, found multiple hair in my food, honestly avoid guys.

Very disappointing .we got a takeaway which wasn't cheap and while we waited we watched the staff fill bags for delivery. We were there 20mins and not one was collected.your delivery meal will be cold when you get it

The chicken fried rice is to die forrrr!!! So so good! The chicken is halal ❤️ Update: this is my second time here! I ordered noodles with chicken and prawn 🍤 they are absolutely delicious ☺️

Very good food. Always very happy. I am customer for Last 6 years. Highly recommended roast duck in Cantonese style and filet beef in black peper souce.

Ordered delivery and delivered within 20 minutes, very quick and food was excellent! Best Chinese in Sutton for sure, we have tried nearly all the takeaways around.

Would give it zero stars if i could . The food wasnt cooked . They refused to change or refund and was screamed at over the phone being told that I was wrong about it being raw and that's how they cook it . Ordered squid and was given hardly any squid but alot of onions instead . Will not be ordering from here again and would not recommend them at all .

Great food, great friendly service, and speedy delivery

Absolutely shocking. Food had so much salt in it, took it back as was inedible and they refused to refund just kept saying that's how they cook it. They admitted chef and waiter that it was really salty but refused to do anything. Won't be going back again very expensive and bad customer service. No star at all

A splendid chef! They serve a superb take away here and the squid is Fabulous. This time we booked a table and ate in. It was a little quiet, but the food was still Wonderful!

I don’t normally leave reviews but the food here is awful! I’ve eaten from many local Chinese restaurants and this is by far the worst. The portions are tiny, but worse sooo greasy! And the spring rolls, chicken balls and spare ribs had been so over cooked, the spare rib was black. Not good.

Terrible service and a misleading menu. We ordered a set menu which specified 'two of any starter', however the starters when arrived were half the size of the normal quantity advertised. Furthermore all portion sizes were tiny compared to other set menus (we are 2 average sized people and not greedy either), we also paid for a 2L bottle of coke yet received a 1.75L bottle. When complaining the owners saw nothing wrong with giving us a smaller bottle of coke than what was advertised and said the portion sizes in the set menu would obviously be smaller as you pay less. I would not recommend.

Normally I don't comment, but tonight I can't keep my words. It is the worst Chinese food I ever had since 2013. Their noodles has no taste at all. The fried chicken, is completely not fried!!! The portion is very small, you can't even taste the chicken! I don't recommend it honestly!!!

Family ordered £83 food which was not delivered. We had ordered lots of times before from the same address. We did not get informed they required confirmation. After waiting almost 2 hours we ordered Pizza instead! Dreadful service. Will never use again.

Bad service. Food is nasty. The soup is watery. Sent the wrong things then refused to sort it out.

I've just had a delivery from this Chinese takeaway delivery was prompt I must have been the first as I ordered at 4.45 it was the worst Chinese I have ever eaten actually didn't I gave it to my dogs it was cold reheated and tasteless contact the takeaway and informed them I was happy and the women who answer the phone was rude dismissed my complaint and put the phone down on me won't be using this place again and advise you also not too £41.00 WASTE OF MONEY AND RUDE

Tried when staying in the area and won't be trying again :( food took too long for a Sunday and when it did arrive it was bland chilli beef tasted like it was cooked last night was not fresh at all, satay skewers were OK but hardly any sauce. Was given chow mein instead of fried rice and when did this arrive another 45 minutes later wasn't worth eating I could have used uncle Bens micro rice would have tasted better. Disappointed

Poor customer service. Moved to Sutton from Tooting 7 months ago. We are used to have a Chinese take away most Friday night. So we decided to give the Golden Lion a try. We were please to see they had a good choice of vegetarian dishes (Mock Duck/chicken). The dishes like for like seemed a bit pricey compared to our old take away though; between £1 and £2 more per dish. We ordered the food and asked when it was going to be ready; but when we got there, we still had to wait 10 mins. The lady who served us could barely speak English and there was a bit of a confusion on how much we owed; because we couldn't understand what she was saying. Then she got all flustered and eventually pulled out a receipt. Her poor manners left us thinking we wouldn't go back there again. We were not happy when we finally opened the containers to find that they were quite small and not even half full. My partner ordered a dish with mixed vegetables and it was full of chopped onions; no other vegetable in sight. Very poor.

In my experience this is the best chinese I have eaten.

I cannot fault the food, it is hot when it arrives and prepared as ordered

The takeaway is conveniently situated along a high street with many bus connections, making it convenient to collect food (especially during busier days when delivery may take longer than usual). Having ordered from them on many occasions, I have found the food to be good.

My favourite Chinese by far, nice friendly staff and noting is too much trouble for them

The food was cold and was not properly cooked and I had to go down to the driver who was institant he would not come up to the front door as I live in a block of flats and he just kept saying he would get a parking ticket and said if he did get one would I pay for it, and considering this ws a an evening deilveriy he would only be here for a few minutes is this how you treat your cusotmers I would say this is bad customer service

This was the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. It was greasy wishey washey and tasteless. I shall never use them again
