Very disappointing experience. The staff was inattentive. The meat was tasteless. Such a waste of money. Poor comparison to other kebab places.

Hi eat hear day before changed manger of place and when last people ther food really nice but since change hands eat twice now had lamb doner and it fell like meet cook enough and can't take lamb in it like dry and all f add sauce made any difference in taste of chips where nice but about it said x large and look only large don't if eat hear again shame shame because I would like eat from how back in day

Unbelievable kofta, authentic taste , not like your average shop taste. Really impressed, haven’t had this flavour kofta since I was back home. Great guys great food. Thanks again

Check your food when ordering. Every time I order chicken donna meat and chips and every time I get home to find out I’ve been given normal donna meat and chips. This wouldn’t bother me as foods food but I hate normal donna. once bitten, twice shy.

I ordered for collection on the phone, and it was warm and fresh, perfectly on time. Got home and opened the packaging which allowed the aroma of chicken and lamb to flow within my house, it tasted amazing snd would definitely go again!

I ordered 3 lamb kofta, lamb shish and lamb chops. My food was prepared by Chef Qaisar. Before I come back to the taste I would like to point your attention to how clean the place is. I asked if I could see the kitchen at the back where imagination takes place. Chef took me to the back and showed me how he marinates his meat and chicken however the real reason why I want to go in the back is to see how clean it is. The back was as clean as the front I was quite shocked to be fair. As I have been to restaurants and when you visit the back area you would not want to eat from there. Right, the taste is 11/10 in my opinion. The meat was tender Kofta as well as the lamb & lamb chops. I would recommend you give it a try and I bet you won't be disappointed if anything it will exceed your expectations

Never eaten in but had delivery a few times. Always been really great food and the service is excellent! Best in town.

Used to be good! Reheated chips, dry kofta with very little salad. Asked for garlic and chilli sauce, no sign of it! Ruined my dinner. Won't be ordering from here again

Food was very well cooked, even the dinner was juicy not dry like many other local kebab houses I have been to. I dined in and they provided a nice plate. Atmosphere was dull a TV or in the very least radio in the background to drown out the mobile videos the staff were playing to themselves.

if i could give zero i would. pink chicken and a hair in my food. if you click on the photos of the place you will see it.

Every thing from Hummus to Doner gives the taste buds a ride of joy. Cleanliness and staff's dealing with customers is spot on. 10/10 Highly recommended.

Over charged again and making the food without wearing a mask at all, but says he's had both his jabs so it's OK. Shame I've been using this shop for years but I can't keep being over charged.😞

Ordered food and booked a cab when the guy said it was ok to do so ...garlic mushrooms were cold.....chips missing from our order and lamb kebab really salty....rang and complained and they offered to send out replacement meals....we decided pizza was safer....arranged to get refund next day....won.t ever go there again despite being customers for many years.....

Pretty good kebab, chicken shish was OK and it was nice thinner cuts of chicken not that swollen blob chicken you often get. So I will call again and noted that the salad was fresh, plus chilli sauce was spicy but not overwhelming.

Order was meant to originally take an hour and 20, received a phone call at the hour and 20 mark that they'd be another 25, another hour passed and still no pizza. Would not recommend.

Food took over 1 hour to arrive and when it did our drink had been swapped to an alternative without any notice. Driver had no change and promised to come back, suprisingly that never happened so will not be using them again. Pizzas were ok but nothing special and chips were so dry they just got thrown in the bin.

Hi last time I ordered the food was cold and extremely late over hour half didn't feel like paying the service provided was very poor and the overall wasn't brilliant would of thought they would of offered a dia count or some sort.

Ordered 2 large chicken kebabs, after 80 minute wait we received 2 medium kebabs with very little salad. Normally the food is excellent, but not on this occasion :-(

Chicken and doner kebabs were excellent! Only grumble would be the chips, dry and rubbery - re heated? Otherwise great service and delivery lady was excellent.

If i could do no stars I would!! I appreciate it is Friday night and that it's busy. However we ordered at 5:45 it said 7pm delivery...fine no problem. 7 rolls around no delivery 7:15 we call oh yes 10 mins he's just left again, fine. 7:40 arrives he stroll up our drive with a bag of freezing cold food here you go! I call the restaurant demand a refund and get told 'I appreciate you want warm food' Erm yes. Full refund needed and will never use again absolute joke!!

Arrived 2 hours late and food was cold. Not the first time this has happened either.

The pizzas were really thin, dry and overcooked (borderline burnt). This place used to be really good but its gone downhill the last couple of times we've ordered. The portion of chips you get with the meal deal are also on the small side.

Poor food quality, cheese in stuffed crust pizza virtually non exsitant, garlic bread with cheese like cardboard, minimal pepperoni on pepperoni pizza, chips over cooked and soggy.

Waited a long time for delivery. Was sent a text over half an hour before it arrived saying it was on its way. When it finally arrived it was cold. When mentioned to the delivery lady she said she had left half hour ago but had done 2 drop offs before us. No apology... nothing! Really poor service! Won't be ordering again, and neither will my sister and friend who usually order from here.

Short changed £5 by the delivery driver and not able to contact the restaurant due to their phone being off, food wasn't even nice.

Usually order regularly from here, but last night was ver disappointing. Chicken in the kebab was so overcooked it was hard! I fed it the cat, not what I expect when paying £6.70 ! The cheese & chips ( £3 each)were both awful, tasted old (not the cheese) but had lots of crispy bits and the container wasn't even full, at least 1/2 inches of empty container. Usually huge portions which we share but hardly fed one. What a shame, used to love this place but won't be back. Refund please

Food came over half hour after estimated delivery time, Rang to complain as the chicken wrap was inedible tasted awful after ordering same thing very often I no it wasn't "normal" They diddnt seem that bothered I haven't ate all day and would have liked a new one or something else to which I got "the delivery driver is on he's last drop" Which is clearly lies as they are still delivering now. Shame really!

Great food from here, always really tasty! The manager is very accommodating and has always dealt with any small issues we have had very quickly. Best kebabs in the area, really good quality meats.

Really disappointed to be honest, the portion size of both kebabs was largely reduced. Special chicken kebab I got 6 small pieces of chicken and only 3 tiny pieces of pepper, normally get some nice chunky bits. Also the salad was reduced and the chips were cold. What we did get tasted lovely but really dissatisfied. 😞
