Totally rubbish! Please don’t ever buy a kebab From this guy. I spend around £10 of Donna, chicken kebab, u know how I am spending time to get that £10 from my job. Wow wow wow. What can I say…. LOADS! Not long had our order delivered by a very friendly young lady and what I will say is, this was one of the best kebabs I’ve ever eaten. And my wife agrees! My wife and myself have been left wanting more. My wife had chicken shish kebab and I myself had a donor kebab and their garlic and chillie sauce was outstanding. Chips not over cooks and were perfect. The gentleman that answered the phone was very professional and polite. We will most definitely be ordering again. You really do live up to your name ‘Best Charcoal Grill’ We have tried other kebab shop before in Wallington and Carshalton and this was the first time ordering from here as we only moved here 6 months ago from North London. This will be our number 1 kebab place now!!

If you are looking for amazing food, this is the place! The chicken shish is delicious. So is the Kofte. They do the best chicken doner I have ever come across. If you have not tried their grilled chicken wings yet, then you are missing out. They are seriously good and full of flavour. Salad is always nice and fresh. Tasty burgers and good chips too. The chilli sauce is 10/10. Staff are very friendly and provide fantastic service, every time (especially Ali). Delivery is always on time. Prices are very good for the amount of food you get. What more can I say?.. Best kebab shop ever!

The WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED! Food arrive hour late!! They lied and said it had left when it hadn’t!! The manager put the phone down twice and the food arrived with wrong drinks and a handful of salad!! No onions Appalling service!!!

Best Kebab shop in Croydon, Carshalton, Wallington, as well as surrounding areas. Myself and our family of 6, absolutely love this place, our food always arrives piping hot and on time. And the food is always outstanding. The guy on the phone ‘Ali’ is super professional and their delivery drivers are so lovely and pleasant as well as professional when they arrive with our food. Been ordering food from here for over 20 years now and they never disappoint. We have lived in Wallington, Croydon, Sutton and Carshalton and they have always accommodated for us every time we have moved and never once charged us a delivery fee. And always looked after myself and my family. Absolutely love this place.

Have been ordering from this best charcoal grill for many, many years now and most of the time it’s been spot on. We prefer the chicken doner to their lamb but all of their food is generally very good. The one thing I want to give a special shout out to is their garlic sauce. Genuinely have the best garlic sauce in the game, I’m sure it must be some special recipe as I have not found it anywhere else nor am able to replicate it.

This place is getting worst and worst..I think it's time to try any other kebab shop in Croydon

I placed an order on the phone and was told I could pay at the doorstep by card. Waited 50 minutes for my food to come, once it did come the delivery driver didn’t have a card reader so had to call the shop to pay over the phone while a family member stated dishing up. It was then brought to my attention the order was wrong. We were so angry but because it had taken so long we told the driver to give our feedback that we were not happy. The food was not good, we waited almost an hour and the payment was messed up. An hour later I got a call to say my payment hadn’t gone through. I informed them I was out and couldn’t pay at that time and the male on the phone said the manager said it was non negotiable, even though I hadn’t said anything apart from our order was wrong. A man actually turned up at my door for the payment. I live alone and felt very intimidated as this was their mistake. I will never ever use this kebab shop again. The young male on the phone was helpful and so was the delivery driver get from here again.

Rude rude rude! Called after 90 minutes to just enquire where food was at lunch time on a Friday afternoon and got told “we’re busy, you just have to wait!” Then they hung up! I couldn’t even say a word! Food was cold and rubbery! No thanks!

Once ordered over £100 worth of food from this place, was lovely. Ordered 3 times since, smaller orders but 3 times in a row salad was forgotten. Was just told sorry we're closed now when i called. Food is nice so still ordered again, however, last order took over 90 minutes to arrive and still forgot the salad, even after a gentle reminder about it being forgotten last 3 times. Sadly just wont order from here again as customer service is so bad.

I love this place! They provide fantastic meals, their menu is nice, The cook in that spot is a professional, I like very much eating all their food. The dishes are consistently of high class, the attitude towards the customers is friendly. I often go to this restaurant and I was never unhappy. I recommend it with no hesitation.

We came to this restaurant for dinner. we heard about this spot from a lot of people. Well, it was a winning. The staff members were very polite and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was yummy. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Recommended.

I always come here for my kebab. recently i think it under new management. I ordered for home delivery and received burnt kebab and nasty pitta bread. I also brought a burger and the burger bun was so crunchy. I don't wanna have to find a new kebab shop but i might have to.

Ordered 4 kebabs, only received 3, paid by card through onlinebite.co.uk, rang shop who basically told me we had received all 4 and tried to get off the line, they kept insisting that the chef remembers doing 4. I don't need to lie over one kebab missing and felt offended by this, eventually they told me that I would get a refund in the next 7 days........watch this space.

Lamb Doner and Lamb Shish Wraps were small and not worth its price, they tested ok but really salty and better to avoid as a dinner. Grilled Chicken Wings X-large (10) were small, burnt outside and raw inside, not BBQ sauce as we ordered, very salty and arrived cold..we just binned them. We had chosen them as they had a good high rate but today was our fist and last time.

I ordered lamb donna meat and chips it was nasty very cold it was looked like is it they kept it for 2 or 3 hours and customer service not good there was good before not going again there

When Ali worked there food was good . New owners now food disgusting. . Rang them up to complain . They said well been busy and laughed .avoid .

Definitely NOT the best. Disgusting service. Food not as ordered and items missing. When we called to explain the issues the man dismissed us and said there was nothing he could do. We asked for our money back and he said to return the food which we were more than happy to do. So WARNING You might get recycled food from them.

Have often visited for coffee and a snack. These are always good and though I have not had a meal here the food looks good! The walled area is warm and protected in good weather and the gardens are beautiful in spring and summer, kept so by the Croydon Parks Department. The woodland area is good for wandering through especially when it is very hot.

The only issues I had was it wasn’t that hot but other than that, friendly staff and the service was fast

I am sure the rest of the food is fantastic (hence the 5 star ratings on here). I chose the falafel and found it lacked flavour. It didn't taste fresh, however prompt delivery and great friendly service.

Charge 70p to pay by card 🤔 Sure that became illegal a good few month's back 🤔 then when I questioned it the man behind the counter said "go to the cash machine then so you don't get in trouble" 🤣 dodgy money grabbing take-away, at least I know to go just up the road from now on.

This is hands down my favourite kebab shop. Really friendly staff and no real wait time unless you order shish, which is to be expected. It’s just a shame I don’t live closer.

Food no longer as good as before. Ordered a large donar kebab yesterday but gave me so little meat and salads. Taste is not good anymore. Staff has changed so that’s probably why.

Best Charcoal Grill make excellent kebabs. My favourites are the chicken shish kebab and the kofte kebab, both of which are very tasty. The salad and pitta bread are always fresh and the chilli sauce is very good. I also highly recommend the grilled chicken wings, they are truly delicious. Service is great, staff are always friendly and whenever I have ordered for delivery, the food always turns up quick and hot. My go to take away for a great kebab.

I waited over 1 hour for my delivery, i ordered at 7 now its 8.20 and my food still not here!!!!!!! poor sevice. it use to be good before dont know what happen to this place.

Terrible, wasn't informed that my kebab would come in three separate containers so by the time I had made it it was cold, lamb doner was stale too. When I rung up to complain I was passed to three different employees before being told "it's not my problem!"

These guys do the most amazing food! Their Lamb shish is to die for! I am a regular and I've never been disappointed!! They also have the best customer service and looks after its customers. I called them abit late last night, after they had closed and they actually took my order and delivered to to my address within 40mins! I can't praise them enough. Once you buy from these, no other kebab shop will do justice. Try it yourself. A very satisfied customer ;)

Best kebab I've had in so long. I've used a lot of takeaways around here and they have been shocking so really happy to find this one. The staff have always been really friendly on the phone and also the guys who deliver... Definitely recommend to anyone
