Horrid dirty place, takes no notice if one has allergies and asks for some ingredients to be omitted! No phone number or website! Avoid at any cost

The ice cream I brought this evening was melted in the ice cream cooler. The lady could barely scoop it up it was pure liquid. I had two mouthfuls and felt sick. The machine is clearly broken and not keeping the ice cream at a safe tempreture. Absolutly disgusting!

Absolutely disgusting place and should be closed down. I ordered from here via deliveroo for my child only to find someone had spat into their food! Avoid at all costs!

Normally if we have a delivery, we’ve been really lucky and enjoyed our desserts, however on this occasion, our ice cream was smashed and the box open on arrival. The ‘hot’ waffle was cold and the ice cream we had paid extra for was missing. A bad mix of an Uber eats driver who wrecked what he did bring and Afters not fulfilling the full order. Then the shop wouldn’t pick up the phone at all.

Having worked as a chef myself, I've lowered my standards deliberately because I do not like giving poor reviews. Everything was poor spare the waffles, I took my girls with me and checked for myself. The milkshakes were too thick, the cheesecake was not soft as it should be, and the desserts were bland. The whole purpose is to satisfy a sweet tooth! I can tell your preparation is poor. I understand rushes, but there is an acceptable standard, and you have paid the slightest amount of care to ensure 'at least it's edible', but I still felt off later. If I knew it was this poor, I'd have offered that you pay me instead so you can learn how to prepare food properly. You must be good at something to still be in business, but unfortunately I won't be coming again to try find out. I really don't want too.

This dessert lounge is quite poor. The pancakes were sticky the caramel/fudge sauce was so gritty and the service was not great either. I would not recommend. In all fairness the waffle was quite good but other then that it was bad.

My boyfriend and I were very disappointed when we received our order. We ordered the family crepe bundle consisting of two milkshakes and two crepes. When the order arrived to our house, there was no milkshakes present meaning half of our order had not turned up. We tried to call Afters in Sutton several times that evening and even the next day but there was no answer. Looking at other reviews on their website fit in with our exact experience- everyone who orders seems to have missing items. It’s almost as if Afters are trying to scam us. Very disappointed! It’s expensive anyway and the quality isn’t there. Once I dropped by to order ice cream and the staff did not smile once, they were lazily leaning up against the ice cream stand- do not go here!

We stopped here for a dessert after pizza elsewhere. The restaurant itself was clean but the toilets are shabby and the flush was broken and soap almost finished. Food was mixed - my cheesecake and coffee was nice but my son said the chocolate ice cream was tasteless. Nothing for anyone lactose intolerant (not even coffee). Prices were at the higher end of what I would expect to pay. Service was ok but lacked friendliness!

Where do I start...... soggy under cocked waffles over priced, the crepe my wife had was doughy my shahe was ok but not much flavour of Ferraro Roche all in all very expensive for what we had. Much prefer Caspas at tooting

First time here, kids loved it of course! Massive choice of sugary delights. I thought it was good if a little expensive. Service was good and the place clean and tidy.

We love Afters. It has the best ice cream anywhere, tough to beat. The staff are incredibly friendly and obliging. I would recommend this if you are an ice cream fan. They also do waffles, crepes and chocolate covered strawberries.

We came here after our Nando's meal to grab some Ice Cream. We entered and struggled to find a table, one of the booth seats was torn so badly with all the stuffing hanging out, most of the others tables still had dirty cups, plates etc. We eventually squished onto a table with another 2 girls that were waiting for takeout. We decided what we wanted and then queue for what seemed like an age, it took so long we told the server to let us know when he was ready and we sat back down. We were standing at the counter for over 10 minutes while the server ignored us. We ordered and food arrived in good time, deserts were tasty but pricey for what you actually get. Place was pretty average, looks like it could do with a good clean and spruce up.

Went there on my niece's birthday after a late dinner. The staff was so rude and refused to serve, because we went there 45 minutes before closing time. So we asked if we can have a take away of cone ice creams instead. The staff still refused and lied that the shop is already closed.It was clear that he did not wanted to wash any utensils again and he wanted to go home early. If the shop in already closed, then I did not understand why they had there doors open for customers. I felt really sorry for my niece, because i could not get any ice cream on her birthday. I do not know the name of this staff but he is a Chinese/Asian origin. I will never go to this ice cream parlour again. I complained about this issue to Afters headquarters so may times and they never responded. I would rather go to Kaspas who have better selections of ice cream and more of all polite customer service.

Visited here for the first time in a while and would never go back! The place is shoddy, dirty and the staff are more interested in texting their friends than serving. We ordered simple ice creams and they took over 20 minutes to arrive and we were the only people in the place! Took ages. Decent size scoops but that’s the best thing I can say about it Half the flavours had been sold out and apparently they were waiting for a delivery. The walls were filthy and scratched and the seats dirty as you can see by the photos. This place should be really busy as it used to be but it’s not and for good reason. It’s not cheap and you will get a better ice cream at McDonald’s! Avoid avoid avoid

I go here for the sorbet and it is nice and tasty! Depends on who serves you how much you get though... Odd opening times as well? Once I went in the evening-ish and it was closed which made me sad :( In terms of flavours of sorbet, they do fruits of the forest, lemon and mango. The fruits one is basically berries and I thought the lemon was too sour. The mango is the best and very tasty - not too heavy either. Scoop is with cone is £2.75 (with cone being extra - I think 50p?) So a nice treat. Doesn't ever seem too busy either but I imagine during the after school rush it is busier.

This is the second time we have had a shoddy ice cream. This branch is much closer than the Tooting one but I won't be buying anything else. I ordered the same ice cream A sir minty and for some reason they have added coconut and nuts. My mum had a scoop of choc ice cream that was inedible, it tasted like it had been watered down. The phone line has been disconnected so I won't be surprised if the shop is boarded up soon. Good riddance to overpriced badly constructed ice creams.

Just left afters, had great experience before, last time I went there the manager was closing I let us eat really quick, but today they told us only take away when they were closing in 45 min, I would understand if it was the kitchen closing in a restaurant but when the ta les weren't even clean doesn't make sense to me

Great desserts. This place has a wide variety of ice cream, cake, waffle and more desserts. Service was pleasant and very quick which was great. Waffles were amazing, my children demolished them!! Will definitely go back.

I have wanted to try the new Afters in Sutton for a while and my birthday seemed the best time. The staff were exemplary and the food is fresh with generous portions and wonderful surroundings for music lovers. Hot cinnamon waffle, coconut and tutti frutti ice cream (not shop bought) maple syrup and fresh sweet strawberries. My idea of Heaven. Reasonable prices with an extensive menu available. You can just pop in for a cone if you like - soft whip or one of their many flavours. Will definitely be returning.

A Sutton abbiamo mangiato più volte il gelato in questo bar dal colore fucsia predominante sia alle pareti che ai divanetti. Gelati per tutti i gusti e di tutti i tipi, frappé, coppe di frutta e gelato, coni giganti. Tutto buonissimo! Consigliassimo per uno snack o dopo cena
