Tables not cleared and others not very clean. No loo roll in assistance loo. Hand dryer not working. Button on loo broken (?) as difficult to press. Staff too busy talking to attend to other customers

Zero interaction at the till, no greeting, thank you!! Having worked for customer facing companies for the last 44 years this store is down there with the worst that I have seen…..

Today ive ordered my usual drink that id normally get when im around STARBUCKS SUTTON I must say my experience previously it wasnt impressive. I thought the service is absolutely disgusting  such a negative attitude negative atmosphere unfortunately  that makes u feel u dont ever wanna come back again like ever ...they are very rude with no manners not friendly at all. Today wasnt exception shockingly awful  absolutely disgrace...ive ordered a drink called Caramel Frapuchino  that its made of crashed ice and some other additional ingredients collected and left obviously..upon drinking i was  literally struggling to drink as ive realised that the ice wasn't crushed properly and i could see the chucks of ice through the cap and i thought maybe its just same went in there but no.. i literally just couldn't drink at all  just wont let me at all...so i thought since im near by ill quickly ask them to exchange it or i dont mind to run through the same drink again to crash the ice properly...upon aproaching the place was literally empty wasnt busy at all 3 staff member were standing chatting 2 men and 1 girl inc the man who made my drink ...ive kindly explain to them that i cant drink as the ice wasn't crashed properly and for response a guy named PEDRO have literally grabbed the drink without even acknowledging it or saying sorry for that or something..  it was absolutely awful awkward situation the way how ive been treated and for my question why is he treating me like this no any acknowledgement or sorry....he said why should i say sorry and for what ...i was literally speechless the way how he didnt  care at all that you could see and feel that he can get away with it, too overconfident in a way ..absolutely disgrace im disappointed beyond words..never had disgusting experience like that nothing whatsoever in my life...its a shame that in such a big Starbucks company can allow people like them to work such a rude and disgrace with no manners to represent the company...definitely wouldn't recommend SUTTON STARBUCKS branch and definitely doesn't deserve even 1* Nobody should have to be treated this way...u treat people the way how u wish to be treated...

The staff were so lovely, the place makes you feel like at home , I loved the drinks and surely I will come back,100%, greatly run caffe🤩

This store has always been slow, but since reopening post refurb it’s a different level of awful. I’ve started to order on the app before heading to the store and still have to wait at least 10 mins once in store. Latest visit, I ordered 10 mins before going to the store then waited 15 mins in store as they rarely check the orders being printed. Finally made and someone took the drink walked out, came back and told the staff they had taken and drunk some of it. When I asked for a fresh one to be made in a new cup (due to the ongoing global pandemic) they looked at me like I had asked for a lifetime free supply. As much as I love a Starbucks this place is so bad I’ll stick to Nero opposite going forward.

I had been visiting Starbucks Sutton on a daily basis for the past year or so however with much dismay I have had stop due to the horrible service. This includes judgemental stares and a blatant lack of warmth from the female staff and the manager

Been in here a few times to relax after a day of shopping. Its popular just as the other offee chains in sutton but this is my prefernce due to the open plan enviroment, wifi and warmth. Its a great spot to people watch as you drink and watch the world go by. It has bad reveiws but on my visit staff were pleasent enough, i did go on very rainy days so perhaps thats why. I just really dislike the large chunky mugs starbucks use, wish they would have lighter mugs that were not so heavy and huge. Coffee is as good as always and its always consistent hence why I like starbucks. Cant comment on food I think its overpriced.

The service at Starbucks in a Sutton High Street is appalling! I ordered a panini for my child. I was at the collection point and the chap serving shouts out panini and the guy ahead of me says yes I think it’s mine! How can you think it’s yours!? Did you order it did you pay for it!?? Looking at the guys body language you could tell he was a liar! However surprise surprise my Panini never arrived! Then I get told they don’t have anymore and I can have my money back!!! What rubbish!

Stood waiting over 15 minutes for a caramel coffee. There was one sitting on the counter for someone with a different name. Did ask if it could be mine with a wrong name. Went back to the cashier to ask what has happened to my coffee. Everyone plus at least 10 other people who had come in after me had already left. Lo and behold I get given the coffee that had just been standing there. By now the cream had sunk into the coffee. Very poor service. Will not be returning.

So, I was at this Starbucks location at the weekend and I asked for a Cold Brew, a week ago I was in Canada and I ordered the same thing without a problem, however here is a different story. For example - in Canada they gave it to me in a normal Starbucks cup because the coffee is meant to mix with the flavoured foam when you drink it, however, when I ordered it from this Sutton location they gave it to me in a frappachino cup. The coffee itself was 99% foam and disgusting! It would seem this branch can't make a speciality coffee, order something like a latte and your golden. When I asked about flavoured syrup, I was greeted with a rude response of a shrug and then reading off the syrups like I should know what they are. The staff are usually nice but that day it was really poor service!

I went into Starbucks to grab a quick drink. I asked for a Frappuccino but if they could possibly put it in a paper cup instead of plastic because the plastic cups are just as bad for the environment as straws and I am very conscious of the economic impact. I politely asked if it was possible for my drink to be placed in the paper cups which I could see were conveniently placed behind the counter. However I was denied of this and told it wasn’t possible because it wasn’t convenient for the staff. I was willing to pay the same price and surely a large chain company who’s products will be having a large impact on the environment wouldn’t mind giving one person a paper cup for the drink they wanted. I didn’t even get a “sorry” when I was denied and so I cancelled the order and said that’s if if it’s not possible then not to worry (as they clearly quite don’t as a business about the environment). Shouldn’t such a large company with already such a large carbon footprint be taking this into account? We’re being faced with a global environmental crisis and we can’t even give someone their drink in a paper cup when there are some available out of pure laziness and convenience. I am appalled at this attitude and I hope this is taken into account. Furthermore, why are they still using single use plastic straws and cups when it is easy to use paper straws and cups and things that are biodegradable. Ignorance and profit.

I've been there today ,4pm on Sunday,with my husband.I ordered two frappuccinos,the young men at the counter ask for our names,when i said my husband's name ,to be written on the cup,which is George ,the young boy and his behind the counter colleague ,a young lady, they started copiously and loudly laughing between themselves without giving any explanation. I went away really intrigued by their rude and totally weird behaviour ,and together with my husband took seats near the exit door .After a while we were served our coffees but again disturbed by a very loud comotion of loughing noises from the Starbucks employees ,about four youngsters,which this time were having very loud conversations and loughter carring on for minutes!! The place became more like a noisy high school ground filled with teenagers eroused by youth hormones.That particular Starbucks location loocked like a totally unsupervised and served by complete amateurs and nonproperly instructed employees.Needless to say our coffees did not taste as good as before in this circumstances.I usually drink my frappucino in Starbucks,Tandem Centre,Colliers Wood,always good atmosphere and perfect service with no rude behaviour.

I have visited this store so many times, over the last year they have recruited some really friendly staff. The only issue is that it takes forever to get a coffee, the coffee tastes great but you have to wait.

Popped in here just before being elf as part of the event that was taking place. Very friendly staff and very quick service

A good range of dairy alternatives available and service was quick. We couldn’t sit outside as there were so many smokers polluting the air space. The cakes were nice and the coffee sizes are generous.

Came to Starbucks to order my usual Caramel Macchiato, and the barista gave me a mug of hot milk and syrup. She didn’t even froth the milk and expected me to be ok paying £4 for the mug of hot milk. The staff were not sympathetic or concerned with what I was served. Dissatisfied and disappointed

Good for nice cup of Coffee and a cake while out shopping Take the wait off your feet for 30 minutes

At the weekend, if it's a nice sunny day, or even if it's not, Starbucks is always a welcoming place to get a coffee or a cold drink. I'm not overly fussed about the food there, as it's nothing special but I do like their coffees and specials.

Situated on the high street, it is a good place to have a drink with friends, relatively quiet, good for study as well
