The best restaurants in Carshalton Central Sutton London

Gran comida a un precio razonable. Visité con mi familia y tuvimos una comida encantadora. Personal muy atento y dispuesto a complacer. Volvería de nuevo.

I made a point of phoning and checking if Dottys was open on easter Monday knowing it fell on a bank holiday. I was assured it was open and I made a booking for my 11 year old daughters birthday which I was made to pay for at the time of booking. Only to be phoned up 2 weeks later to be told oh no we're closed and trying to blame the booking system for letting me book..although I actually spoke to someone to place the booking, and I have photographic evidence that it was open. Anyway I moved the booking to yesterday, was promised prosecco for the adults upon arrival and extra goodies for the kids due to the mistake with the initial booking. I also had to add another child on as my friend had no childcare for him. Now the food was lovely as expected but the customer service not so good. Knowing it was a birthday treat for my daughter I had expected a bit of acknowledgement it was her birthday..but no nothing. I had to ask for the prosecco twice which they then tried to charge us for until we had to point out it was complementary, to which the response was oh yeah i remember now. There's was no extras and no acknowledgement that there had been a problem. Just brushed under the carpet and forgotten about. Having worked in customer service myself I definitely know that if something has gone wrong, you go above and beyond to make it right. This didn't happen at Dottys and I left with a very sour taste in my mouth.

Great food at a reasonable price, also noted a 5 Star food hygiene rating 👌

I ordered a large chicken, and lamb Donna kebab And they kids cheeseburger meal And it took two hours to come I was waiting two hours and I phoned them And he said, don’t worry, he’s coming and I told him, but I’ve been waiting two hours and my food is freezing cold

ordered a cheese and ham toasted sandwich from their lunch deal when delivered they only cooked one side the bread was wet and soggy and the cheese hard.I rang to get replacemnt to be told by Grant the manager that there was nothing they could do as must of happened in transit with deliveroo and to get a refund!!!! I explained that this was ordered as a toasted sandwich and nothing to do with deliveroo , he said he couldnt do anything. Shocking , deliveroo take at leats two days to get back to you?????

Once again i attended pizza gogo and it was 30 x better than last time i swear to god i will be coming here more often i just wish they would have pizza shops like this , unique,not greasy pizza at all,nice and crispy,and i absouloutley love potato wedges they are so nice and fresh ! and the staff are really kind i always have a nice chat with them everytime i enter, they look so profesional and they look like they are enojoying there job unlike other shops which they are all just looking like a misery

Was expecting Sunday roast to be much better for the price

Great flavours and quality. Good size portions too. Always a good evening.

Love the pitta bread. The doner is yummy. Not too greasy. Had it 3 times so far. Love it

He estado usando este lugar durante años, y no veo ninguna razón para cambiar. La carne es siempre sabrosa y recién cocinada, y el personal es amable y acogedor. Mi única queja es que no hay remolacha disponible para las ensaladas, y no tienen ayran. ¿Tal vez cambien eso después de leer esto?

The service is good and the food is nice for a decent price. Good choice of food suitable for lunch and dinner too would recommend

Debido a que esta comida para llevar está tan cerca de nosotros que decidí darle otra oportunidad a pesar del hecho de que no me ha impresionado demasiado en el pasado. Esperaba que hubiera mejorado; desafortunadamente, no lo ha hecho. La comida era bastante poco interesante y sosa. Pensé que era demasiado caro para el bajo nivel de cocción.

Precious owners were amazing but sad to say it’s gone downhill now it’s changed hands, both in food and service. The previous owners can now be found at lavender kitchen which is located on Banstead high street and it’s thriving. Same as roast and ground was but a bigger restaurant
