I ordered a large chicken, and lamb Donna kebab And they kids cheeseburger meal And it took two hours to come I was waiting two hours and I phoned them And he said, don’t worry, he’s coming and I told him, but I’ve been waiting two hours and my food is freezing cold

Delivery took nearly two hours. When it did finally turn up it was missing a main item. After calling and being told I would be sent my missing food, it never showed up. No communication, no apology, just ignored. Very disappointing and vey unprofessional.

Five star reviews are clearly fake. First of all this is not charcoal grill place but gas griddle and so the meat taste as you made it at home but probably not that good as well. I was told the sauces are home made but they are not, even the bottle was the original from the wholesaler. I am surprised the shop is open despite the competition around.

Ordered the lamb chops meal which clearly states on the website that it comes with chips, fried onion, fried mushrooms and choban salad. They literally just gave me the blandest mushrooms, soggy chips and dry chops. Now won't answer the phone!

Hands down what a flavour this was! By far the best food I’ve tried as a take out, I couldn’t believe what my tastebuds were tasting.. Fresh, juicy and scrumptious grilled food!

I was full of expectations because the place was so clean and the staff so professional, but an order for two lamb shish has to be all about the meat and, while it was tender and cooked to perfection, it tasted of pure sodium. No interesting spices or flavours, just saltiness. It set me gasping for water. Disappointing.

Carshalton charcoal grill in carshalton high street is not only a great place to eat out on a weekend night but it is great for delivery I have had many of there kebabs delivered to me on Uber eats and every single time there food has been the same taste and flavour and it’s consistent on its fast paced service everything is cooked fresh to order I know this because I have tried and tasted most kebab shops in this local area and I have not found anything like this kebab shop they make there kebabs with flavour and there burgers are very tasty aswell as there fresh chips with home made chilli sauce and garlic sauces I love it also they have been serving us during this very hard times of covid 19 as allways it’s 5****** alll around thank you guys yet agian allways satisfied by your food and friendliness 😊

Absolutely terrible service! Phoned up to amend my order and spoke to a very angry and aggressive man who clearly did not understand his own menu properly. He was so rude and abusive I had to cancel my order and hang up the phone... AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS!!

Honestly great food always on time, plus when delivered the food comes warm so its a 5 star from me.

Consistently good quality food from a friendly takeaway shop! Love the chicken Sheesh kebabs here. Fresh salad, generous portion of chicken breast (many other competitors seem to use thigh which is cheaper), the chilli sauce has a good kick to it and they are competitive with their pricing! Definitely recommend!
