I had an amazing time. The staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Jorge who was really great. I will be back and I will definitely recommend to others who are coming to the UK to stay here

Great stay. Stayed last night in London Sutton , great sleep , lovely breakfast and really helpful team .

We checked in yesterday. The receptionist (called Anna I think) was really unprofessional. Very arrogant. She was probably intoxicated. leaving it aside the room and location is great.

It's located in a somewhat hidden location behind Sutton's main shopping street, making it the perfect location for easy access. However, the view from the window (especially in rooms facing the inside) is not necessarily good, so it may be a bit disappointing for those who are looking for that kind of thing. The rooms are generally clean, and there is a restaurant downstairs for breakfast and dinner, so there is no problem in sleeping or eating. The hotel staff's response is also good. I think the cost performance is good as a place to stay.

I thought the room I stayed in was fine apart from there was no chair at the desk and the slow speed of the internet. The breakfast downstairs in the restaurant was decent.

Well I've not stayed hear for the night but I've just popped in for breakfast and must say the food and service was very good and I will definitely be back again..👍👍👍👍👍

There is no car park so you have to park in an adjacent area, however there are 3 building sites directly opposite the hotel which have shut down the footpath that leads from the side door of the car park, making it treacherous and dusty. When we got into the hotel at dinner time there was nobody at the desk and we had to wait several minutes for a receptionist. I have to say I found her brisk and quite unwelcoming. My brother had booked 2 rooms, but had forgotten that he had put one under my name. There was no link on the computer to my brother and it was only rectified when he showed his booking receipt. The receptionist seemed annoyed and inconvenienced by this, shocking really, she is the face of the product and she made my entry to the hotel disappointing. We did not have any further interactions with staff which U was happy about. The room was a.family room, having a double and.sofa.bed. The matress was lumpy and the room was grubby, stains on the curtains, bath side and dusty. There was a kettle with tea and instant coffee and extra items.in the foyer. The rooms were a good size for a couple.but small for 3/4 people.

Clean, room size okay, No miceowave, no laundry, My room card key didnt work once

I've been in this hotel several times already and, as always, it was a superb stay.

I wonder why this hotel does not take care of its horrendous parking lot entrance, with a net full of dead pigeons. Cruel death for those birds plus full of filth. People just don't care. Unbelievable.

Great choice if you're looking for a nice and clean hotel l, the service too is top, Llewellyn would really look after you!!

I was mainly in contact with Jorge who is incredibly patient and helpful where in many Premier inns you don't have much contact with the staff this felt different like he was really there for you when needed

Beautiful place the room was lovely, we had a great stay here,it would be better if they had a carpark though, but other than that it was a nice weekend here.

Horrible location, you wouldn’t get a place to park your car to go in and make enquiries. They weren’t also picking their calls so it was a lot of stress. Finally parked on the road with my hazard lights on (risking a ticket), went in there and there was no rooms available. All these could’ve been avoided if they had picked the call.

This review is directed to the Premier Inn hotel in Sutton, Surrey. My stay was from December 22 to January 2. Marjan and Annabella who work at the reception were very good to me and helpful because when I asked for help they immediately solved it for me. Annabella is charming and Marjan was very caring and attentive to what I needed since she knew that I am an elderly person. If I have to come to London I would not hesitate to return with them. They are empathetic and natural workers. I hope the hotel realizes what good staff they have hired. Even the cleaners were very nice and polite although I don't have their names. This was quite nice, you have to park in multi story 5 min walk, not too bad, part of shopping centre, cant open windows, as per in these places, otherwise, fine!

The room was dirty dusty sheets were stained the restaurant bar and block staff especially chef and very rude waitress assaulted me and verbally abused a disabled person the waitress took far to many cigarette breaks never washed her hands very loud and opinated with things that do not concern her I requested the CCTV I should of called the police for assault but I left days early than I should of no refund given my family and friends will never stay at Sutton premier inn again there was a distinct smell of cannabis in the building from other customers staff ignored this Shame on them

Stayed several times for work now. Always reliable - comfy, quiet, good night's sleep. Not far to walk to the train stayin. Happily stay again when prices are competitive 👍🏾😊

Rooms are very cozy. Feeling suffocated as windows are permanently closed you can not open them. Even if they mention there is a stream of fresh air , it feels very suffocated. Feels like you are dying. Management must take some action in that. You can use room just to keep your luggage that's it. Internet is very slow. Tv set is not working due to internet issue.

The hotel is very clean and staff are friendly. Location is right in the town centre

The hotel itself is fine, it is comfortable, but if you are going to see London like in our case it is very far to come and go every day. We were very surprised that we had to request that our room be fixed, since we left the sign up and when we returned it had not been fixed. And when we went down to ask for it to be done, they asked us what we wanted done. We had to specify making the beds and cleaning. It's the first time that's happened to us. Next door there is a large shopping center to have breakfast and do some shopping, which is nice.

Bought the Ultimate WiFi. Didn't work. Premier Inn staff unhelpful. "Not my problem" attitude from reception and "head office". I was left to contact the WiFi provider myself. Put a fair amount of time and energy into the issue. Frustrating that I bought Premier Inn Ultimate WiFi but I had to contact Virgin myself when it didn't work. Very much felt like I was at a Tesco's automated checkout rather than a hotel. Even before this issue I found the staff to be generally disinterested in their guests. Finally irritation, the hotel's feedback site grades the quality of your feedback. Cheeky indeed

Staff are friendly and not overbearing like some hotels. Great for folks like me with social anxiety - no fuss.

All in all the hotel was just as nice as many other premiere inns I've stayed in. This review is only so low due to not recieving what I left in the room literally the day before, I returned in the morning and apparently they're telling me that I did not leave it and it's not in their lost property and the cleaner did not see it. BOLLOX! They stole my item or threw it in the bin and in all fairness if someone doesn't return for it after a while okay, but the next day! To heat your room you need to go back down to ask them to turn it on as it's "locked" which doesn't make sense, they should unlock it knowing there are guests. They could add a little more attention to detail and provide outstanding customer service by asking if parking needs validation as it's easy to forget. Outside of these issues everything else was fine, just like their other branches.

Excellent service and great customer care with lovely environment. The room is big, toilet and bath very clean and well lighted.

Was a quiet room for our overnight needs. Comfy bed, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean, though could be more attention to detail. Chair in room a bit grubby. Parking a short walk away and discounted at reception.

This premiere Inn has probably the worst beds in all the premiere inns I've ever stayed in. My back pack alone makes the mattress bottom out. May aswell sleep on the floor. You do realise mattresses are to be changed eventually right? I've had better beds at travelodge.

Reception staff gave a warm welcome. Unfortunately restaurant staff could not offer me a place for early evening meal
