Pizza was excellent, but not hot enough - we put it in the oven for 10 minutes.

Worst service ever. Rude staff. The male staff behaved rudely and forget the items I ordered. Server something else. Pathetic service

Everything was good but they don’t have toilets and if you need to go then the one provided is very poor

Great place for breakfast lunch or dinner. Or even a quick drink. Their beer garden is big and great for sunny days 🌞

The staff close one of the toilets every day and there is always people queueing to use the only toilet left open.

Fuimos a comer en familia a la sucursal Beckton el día de San Valentín. Mi marido y mi hijo pidieron la misma mitad de harina de pollo y las piezas de las piernas eran rosas y húmedas desde dentro (tengo fotos tomadas en el restaurante. No comí nada de mi comida, ya que tuve que esperar más de 40 minutos para ello y cuando llegó, mi hijo había comenzado a vomitar Adjunto el recibo según lo solicitado - había pedido en línea en la mesa Mi hijo (enfermo) , Mi marido (- Enfermo) , En ningún momento desde que mi hijo vomitó dentro del baño Nandos y luego en la puerta del restaurante, ningún miembro del personal del restaurante vino a verificar cómo estaba. Salimos de la sucursal y mi hijo estaba vomitando en el peldaño de su puerta, pero no se dio ayuda. Salimos del restaurante humillados por el personal y más de la mitad de nuestras comidas quedaron en la mesa En respuesta a mi queja, me han ofrecido 15 libras de descuento en mi próxima comida. En serio, el nivel de servicio al cliente es tan malo.

Such a shame. We used to come here with my husband a lot of times. Food was always good we never complained, but few weeks ago when we came I’ve had house lemonade who was off. They apologised and took out all of them from the fridge and put away. Ok I was thinking things happens so I just forgot about it. Then I came here again and from that day I promise then I never gonna come back here. We ordered lunch set where you can choose soup. We choose pea soup but we’ve got bean soup (bean soup wasn’t on the menu). My husband ordered fish cakes - was freezing cold. I ordered potato cake with meat (cold as well) —- and then I found cottage cheese inside -this was ridiculous!!!!! Shame on the lady’s who’s working in the front as well. Guess we need to find another place to eat.

Unhappy with delivery and food, took 1 hour to arrive and when it did it was cold

Metimos en un bocado para comer con mi pareja, aunque el menú es limitado, lo que hay es bueno, el personal es excelente y muy acogedor. El lugar tiene un ambiente muy agradable, perfecto para una bebida tranquila y algo para picar. La decoración es muy suave, que es un cambio agradable para un pub. Las tapas es muy recomendable. Para simplemente una copa con los amigos o con la pareja.

Not done any reviews for awhile but today particually annoyed me, I had the misfortune of purchasing from this joke of a mac donalds. So it's monday, lunch time I'm in the area and I fancy something quick and easy, so I go here to buy a wrap. I look at the wrap of the day garlic mayo, and i'm like nope does not interest me, so I pay a extra £2 to get the bbq wrap instead. I wait my numbers called I get my lunch the package says BBQ wrap, no issues so far. i leave I go to eat my wrap that, only to find right away it's cold, and it's not a bbq wrap. Although the paper says its a bbq wrap inside its smoothered in garlic moyo with no bbq sauce at all. So they gave me the wrap of the day, disguised as a bbq wrap. Thankfully I don't have any alleries so I was just ripped of and made to pay more for something I did not want rather then outright posioned. I took a few bites of this awful wrap that the staff "accidentally" gave me, before throwing it in the bin. Thank you once again Beckton Asda for proving that even you're mac donalds inside is substandard and poorly ran. Keep lazily putting the wrong items into peoples meals like this and you'll find yourselves with a law suit and a seriously ill or dead posion victim on you're hands..

I had the thin crust BBQ chicken pizza. It was good but I miss the red onions that are put on BBQ chicken pizzas in the US. The waiter was friendly. The timing on the service was average.

I was holidaying in the area and called on this McDonalds because it was in a very convenient location. I ordered at the till on three occasions. The staff on the till were miserable and seemed to deliberately speak quickly and quietly even though the place was busy and noisy. The service was quick despite it place being so very busy but the poor attitude of the staff on the till (different people on each visit) made a poor impression.

All came hot and hit the spot x

Staff members ignored my warning that the salad contained mouldy vegetable fragments and continued working there. Additionally, many plates were filthy and unclean. Horrible, I won't eat there ever again.
