Had a great time here after an indecisive visit to DFS lol My little boy thoroughly enjoyed it and we had great family time. Thanks to Addy for the great service :) he was so cheerful and attentive

Addy was our waiter and is fantastic- very attentive, helpful and friendly. I had some dietary requirements that he managed to sort out quickly and easily. He was great!

Pizza was excellent, but not hot enough - we put it in the oven for 10 minutes.

This particular branch doesn't recognise any offers the rest of Pizza hut seems to advertise esp on social media e.g mother day offers or kids eat for free when school closes..Unless,they just discriminated because of color..Talk of racism,we had 4 kids all fully paid buffets,2 adults with their own orders which hadn't arrived..The kids couldn't finish a slice on their plate,my friend decided to have it while waiting on our order..4 staff came to tell her off,without checking we were waiting on our order..Similar thing happened to the next black table..the service I would give 0..

Amazing customer service and atmosphere

Our first visit & pizza was great but the staff were exceptional! So helpful sorting out a voucher, really welcoming & attentive throughout our visit. The care we observed them showing to guests with disabilities was so caring without being patronising. Well done to the front of house staff.

Visited this Hut while staying nearby on a weekend away in London. Pleasant service from start to finish. Addy was especially helpful offering to get my son another portion of chips after he accidentally covered them in a mount of salt. Pizzas were great, nice and fresh!

Food is always good, price have gone up although.

Since pizza hut stopped taking cash 2 years ago I went i have not used them I I spent £40 a week in 2 years I have saved £4000

The traffic was very bad so we decided to grab some food. I wasn’t expecting much due to the mixed reviews but the lady that served us was lovely and the pizza, salad and fries were good.

For the most part really fast service apart from the dessert which had an excessive wait time. Good quality, fresh food. The salad was replenished often. Our server for the most part was efficient.

Very poor service wings was very salty restaurant was cold atmosphere not welcoming food was nothing to make you want to return

Had a pleasant dining experience at Pizza Hut. The service was great, and the ambience was welcoming. A special mention to Addy, who greeted us warmly, guided us through the menu, and explained everything clearly. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, which seemed saltier than last time, but overall, it was still enjoyable. The dine-in area was clean and comfortable, and parking was convenient. Would recommend for a relaxed meal with good service.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but given how poor our recent experience was, I felt I needed to. Incredibly poor service, everyone of the employees simply looked miserable, terrible food (not that we could’ve mentioned anything, once the food was brought across, no one came to check how it was). The complex there offers a number of options for dining, I’m sure any of them are better options for yourself or your family.

Food was nice but service terrible - was not acknowledged on entry to empty restaurant, child was watched from start to end of meal - wasn’t even told could use salad bar then the manager stood over and made remarks at him because he dropped 2 sweetcorn kernals. The manager who seemed to be having a chat with a close relative then came over very argumentative and wanted to clear the table before we had even started. Would not recommend anyone to come to this restaurant, definitely not customer focused management, I refused to order food after seeing discrimination against my 10 year old child. Disgusted with management.

Had the worst food and service. Pizza dough was not fresh and barely had any cheese on pizza. Salad was not fresh. Even cheesy bites had no cheese inside. Food was stale. Very disappointed. Showed the food to Manager and he gave long invalid explanation and wasted our time.

The Salad that was complimentary was old and tasted rotten and off.They served us the wrong pizza as we asked for a veggie sizzler and the pizza had lots off chilli flakes we didn't ask for.The pizza was very low quality for such a high price it was £40.00 and had minimal amounts of cheese along with an old dough base which was very stiff.We had informed the manager and the staff but refused to give a refund or another pizza because it was already eaten like we were supposed to know it is bad without trying it.We were given a very small bowl for ice scream which I didn't know was for ice scream because it was so small.Then I used a salad bowl because the waiter took all the bowls and plates of the counter near the ice cream machine.I was then informed twice to use the bowl on my table when I already poured my ice cream into that salad bowl? Please explain why you would remove the option for a bigger bowl.We ordered 2 desserts and ice cream factory bowl and a brownie.I have eaten this brownie before in this same restaurant where it tasted very good and fresh now it tasted old and didn't have a good flavour like the old times.

Today i been with my family to dine in. Food is great & waitress service is good but i had a worst experience with the behavior of that lady manager, who is clearly showing racism to the customers

Visited pizza hut restaurant on new year day to celebrate my son’s birthday. Called the restaurant in the morning to book the table for 12 people but as it was 1st January, most of the tables were booked already. I was asked to walk in directly and might have to wait based on the availability. Reached around 12:30. More than half of the restaurant was empty. So no need to wait and ready to be served. We tried buffet lunch with unlimited salad. Decent options in salad and the pizzas were hot and fresh. Staff members were friendly and keen to assist. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend to everyone. Pizza hut restaurant is located inside beckton triangle retail park and allows 3 hours of free car parking.

Very friendly staff. Pizza and salad bar is well presented and tidy. Parking available which is good. Only downside is the company doesn’t accept cash payment, and only available to order online.

Took my friend for a quick lunch on the way home. Food was brilliant (took buffet, and I love pizza so much to chose from), manager interacted with customers, smiley waitress, nice and clean - what else would you expect from a restaurant? Thank you guys!

Keli was extremely helpful! I accidentally ordered a pizza with Pork (I don’t eat pork) and she approached me at my table and informed me and arranged for an alternative vegetarian one! Thank you Keli and the Beckton branch.

Terrible attitude from waiting staff. Accusatory behaviour and little to no skills in customer service. Not happy with the service at all. Was also told the buffet was closed but was not cleared away till at least an hour later. Creating a bad name for the brand.

If I could give -5* I would. First at all, totally unprepared and not trained staff to cope with the customers. Second, people who use to go there are disgusting, I went there(against my will) twice, just because there is no other option around. And I tell you, is like a pizzeria in the middle of a jungle, people doesn't know what mean good manners or been polite or even use good sense, it's like a mad max movie, and everybody is starving or fighting for their lives. Tables dirty, seats are sticky, the buffet was messy and all food was mixed up, the spoons was disgustingly stick, the pizza was lacking toppings, was more like they was lacking ingredients to fill properly. The manager??? He was rude, not get involved or tryed to help us with all the complaints, he just ignore our complains and leave us talking with the walls wen we was nearly been attacked by two women from hell. I don't believe a word of those good reviews because they are biased, you all know what I'm talking about. I prefer starve to death than go back there. AVOID FOR YOUR LIFE!

The fact it wasn't overcrowded which is in previous times an issue as the buffet food runs out quickly and you end up having to wait for long periods for refills
