We recently dined at Nando's Beckton with my family and experienced excellent service. Tawhidulislam (if I am not spelling his name wrong) and his supervisor (whose name I unfortunately can't recall) both demonstrated outstanding customer service skills and took great care of us! Well done to both of them.

Even though it was late and we asked for something with NO chillie or spice the staff were more than helpful. I was hungry and they were able to feed me even without one of their main ingredients. They carefully went through the contents and surprised me the length they could go to in order to ensure that my allergy would not cause me a problem - Thank you very much

Ahmed the one with the red t-shirt was exceptionally outstanding in his customer service. i felt like i walked in a fine dining restaurant as my family was greeted by Ahmed at the door as held it open for us and ushered us to our table by the window just as we always like it. He helped us make a good decision to not order too much food to avoid waste as we usually eat Nando's in the evenings and this was a spontaneous lunch. service was fast and efficient. He explained we order from the qr code which is a swift service. As we left same again the energy level was the same as he opened the door for us as we left and blessed us to have a good day. Fantastic Customer Service. will definitely return again again as its the small details that count.

Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per 9 persone, arriviamo e non ci fanno neanche entrare perché non hanno più disponibilità ma hanno mandato la nostra prenotazione ad un’altra locale della catena. Andiamo all’altro locale e il tavolo non era pronto, dopo 35 minuti ci fanno entrare ma siamo divisi in 3 tavoli ( c’erano 2 bambini). Ci sediamo e a 2 tavoli fanno fare l’ordinazione online e 1 tavolo al banco. I dipendenti? Inesistenti e maleducati.

Me and my boyfriend always come to this Nandos, we always get the best service here and we come multiple times a week. Ahmed, one of the managers, is always smiling and charismatic and we always have a great experience from him and his staff. Everything is prompt, efficient and clean. Also they have the best food here, always fast and great quality.

Is it me or is the chicken at Nando's getting smaller? Granted it's been a while since I last ate here but my quarter chicken was so small I thought it must have been from one of those poussin you get in fancy restaurants. I did like the ginger beer, refreshing and did't contain any sweetners. They were no salt shakers so they gave me salt in a little tub - enough to salt 2 or 3 whole chickens.

This is my local joint. I order regularly and everyone from the front desk to the beautiful ladies are awesome. I single out Keula for her great sense of service, smile and friendliness. I would recommend adding the extra hot sauce for those who want really hot peppers. Well Done Keula. Keep smiling.

Today I ordered a family platter plus extra sides from home. The delivery was certainly prompt, the delivery driver gave me my order. However, upon receiving the order, I noticed that he gave me only one bag of food and this was small, considering that I ordered a platter. I opened it and 60% of my order was missing. I looked at the top corner of the bag and it was marked “2 of 2”. I realised that Nando’s had actually given the driver two bags, however the driver only gave me one bag. We drove to the branch we ordered from, explained the situation to them and showed them the receipt. The staff were very empathetic and they showed us evidence that two bags were given to the driver. It turns out that the driver actually stole half of my order. They contacted the driver to clarify things and the restaurant is currently dealing with him and will have him suspended. Nando’s compensated us with free food on top of the food I already paid for. Lots of food. Moral of the story is if your order is missing, drive down to the restaurant so they can have it sorted for you. There unfortunately is a sweeping epidemic of shameless drivers stealing customers’ food. I’ve dined at this branch for a very long time anyways, they’ve always offered good service, but I’m very pleased with how they handled the situation.

Food was ready for collection at the time stated and on arrival we were provided with an abundance of sauces etc. The gentleman who served us at collection went out of his way to ensure we were delighted. Home delivery was early but i wish they'd have taken their time preparing the food.. it was particularly bad! All chicken (chicken, thigh fillet, wing, wrap and burger) was dry, shrivelled and generally looked and tasted rewarmed, the rice was tasteless and chips barely seasoned... but, i suppose the corn cobs and burger bun was okay. I am someone who usually really enjoys Nandos but after the second terrible meal from Beckton i had to comment. Nobody finished their meal because it was - in every sense of the word - crap! The management really need to sort this place out.

HolaVivimos poco para Beckton, pero nos gustan sus servicios y especialmente extrañamos a Tania es una de las mejores empleadas. Descanse todo el personal es muy bueno y cooperativo en esta rama. Tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo para la comida, por lo que tengo 4 estrellas y no cinco, pero nuestro camarero Teegan y el gerente nos revisaron y se aseguraron de que estuviéramos bien y nos explicaron que el pollo se estaba cocinando. On Monday evening we been to Nando’s we ordered jambo platter which comes with 2 whole chicken and 5 sides 1 was extra hot another one was normal for kids We was waiting for food the 1st hot chicken and 3 sides came in 10 minuets we finished whole chicken but second one hasn’t arrived in 15 minutes !!! My kids were waiting !!! I asked waiters where is my food she goes its coming I went to till asked for manager he came out I told him where is my food ? After 10 minutes he gave us the food . El gerente convirtió nuestra tarde en una pesadilla. Un cliente se detuvo en su Range Rover y bloqueó 3 autos justo antes de que nos levantáramos para irnos. Llegué al estacionamiento directamente en frente de Nando's y vi que estaba bloqueado y pregunté a las personas en la fila que habían bloqueado mi auto. Today I went there and the food was delicious, you get to choose how spicy your chicken is! The restaurant is child friendly, they play nice music and the decoration is very nice. They also serve food for vegans. I recommend it very much.

I ordered a meal which was meant to be delivered from this store when they messed up my order sending it out 20 mins before I requested it (I wasn't even home yet when they 'attempted') and then proceeded to lie. It was the mistake of the restaurant that caused me to be without the food I ordered but they felt very comfortable making ME deal with THEIR issue. Soon after they began to make claims about my number being incorrect when I gave my correct number directly to then when I called. One employee even claimed to have called my correct number but it sounded like a fax machine(I had my friend call my phone and we debunked THAT lie pretty quickly) I've never left a review for a restaurant before let alone a complaint. Both the Nando's delivery service and the company itself have a hand in the issue but this store was the main issue. The customer service is GOD AWFUL. Maybe it was an off-day but as someone who works in a restaurant and deals with deliveries and orders I can honestly say what they did today was disgraceful. I hope they are never treated the way I was.

La comida es siempre rápido y sabroso. A veces puede tomar agessss asientos. El personal siempre es agradable y son normalmente educado y atento a sus necesidades. Hay 1 señora asiáticos que normalmente es gente de asientos y su muy molesto. Una vez que alguien recibe su comida, lo más probable es que sólo quieren comer. Bueno, este no parar de hablar lasy jajaja! Hasta el punto de que en realidad sólo comer y realmente no puedo decir nada. Mi hijo es incluso miedo de ella!

Hola, vivimos en el otro lado del río, pero es muy frecuente la visita de Beckton, ya que la comida es Halal. La comida es buena y es un buen ambiente. Sin embargo, el personal tienen una tendencia desagradable para empezar aclarar las mesas cuando aún estamos comiendo. Malos modales y por lo menos deberían tener la amabilidad de preguntar, cuando la gente todavía comiendo, antes de despejar la mesa!

Extremely disappointed with your service today, they confused our order so a meal was missing, the drinks were completely flat and the men's toilet filthy. When I raised this with the manager Olivia she explained that because I had changed the order even though this was prior to paying at the very beginning this caused them to forget the missing meal, she did not initially offer an apology almost implying it was my fault. When I asked for the head office contact details she then went about apologising and trying to point out to me that she was not blaming me. I feel very disappointed not only with today's very poor experience but more so the manager's extremely poor attitude to accepting they had made an error. Me and my partner ended up eating separately. Terrible, terrible avoid this Nando's if at all possible!!!

I came here with my little boy. And as soon as we walked in the staff couldn't be any helpful. They got him a high chair and even got my drink for me so I didn't leave him alone. I ordered chicken breast in pitta with pineapple and a side of corn on a cob. It arrived in 5 minutes from ordering. Very quick that was good because we were really hungry. My corn on a cob was a bit too burnt for me so I asked them to change it and they kindly did. I ordered my little boy a kids meal that was sweet potato wedges with chips and chicken breast strips. He loved it. It was very affordable. All in all it came up to about £13 including drinks. It wasn't overly busy in there too that made it pleasant and comfortable to eat. Thanks everyone.

Was my sister in law's birthday , as most of the family members like nando's kind we chose to go to nearest one. We really enjoyed it. For improvement chicken could be little bit more succulent but you could manage it with lot of different varieties of sauces they provided. Service was pretty good compare to extremely busy period. Cosmina and others were excellent as Luis's organizational skills deserve lot of praises. Hot chicken wings and chicken liver worth a try. Thank you Cosmina, Luis and company.

Just a little bit slower than fast food, we were in and out within the hour, great if you are on your lunch break.Nice greeting on reception and our choice of table as the restaurant was quiet.Speedy service, though the girl did struggle with my Northern accent.£22 for 1/2 chicken rice and corn, chicken pitta, peas and fries and one drink, not cheap but fairQuality good as always, staff attentive and working hard and a nice clean environment.Fast, filling and fills a gap as you have come to expect from Nando's.

A friend and I came here in the spare of the moment and for once it wasn't packed. We were able to get a seat and order without any long queues. I ordered chicken thighs with two sides, cole slaw and corn. I also had the fruity rosé, there are only two choices to choose from. Our food arrived quite quickly and it was well presented. Unfortunately I didn't feel that I got enough cole slaw like I usually get. So I'm not sure if the portion has got smaller. My chicken was cooked well enough and the corn was grilled however the long hairs on it were still present in some parts that could've been cleaned off when prepping. The drinks area was tidy however the kleenex was not stocked up. There were sauces available and also cutlery. Staff were friendly however my friend and I noticed a terrible bodily odour smell from a male assistant worker who came to take our plates away. We were surprised as there should be self hygiene when working around food and especially people. This restaurant is a nice location and you always manage to find parking outside if you drive.

This is our second visit to Becton and compare to Stratford, Ilford and Romford this branch is less organised and not very clean - esp Tables and sauce bottles. However, the food/Chicken quality is of same standard and that's the reason we always end up going to Nandos - prefer stratford branch.

Awful. Very rude duty manager. Phoned 4 hours in advance to find out if there was any chance at all of booking a table for a party of 18. Spoke to a member of staff who said they wouldn't normally take reservations but in this instance they would. We arrived 7:15 with our party including a 4 month old baby and an 85 year old in poor health. Advised by a very arrogant, I assume, duty manager informing us "well you have to wait 45 mins to an hour anyway and clearly couldn't care less that we had been misinformed".

As per normal Nandos service was great. This branch gets very busy but the stuff handle that well. While they get your tables ready they allow to queue for your food to save time... which is great. Food has always been fine. We come here regularly and can't fault it.

I have several severe food allergies - my family and I became regulars at Nandos since realising I can eat here!Wonderful service at the Beckton branch. Came here for a takeaway this time. Jovita (manager), Badr (chef) and Eva (server) were all incredibly helpful. Badr made sure to clean the grill completely before preparing our order and took special care. Jovita was so friendly and helpful, she took great care in taking our order, making sure everything was okay, and even packing my allergy-free food into one bag.There were a couple of issues at a previous eat-in visit to this branch, but they were resolved promptly and sincerely.Great service like this means we keep coming back. Thanks to all of you, and hope to see you again!

Stood by the door for over 5 minutes, then we was greeted by a grumpy looking member of staff. It was the same for other customers too. The only good thing about this place was how quick my food came, even so the chicken was bland. First time ever I didn't finish my food. I hope this is not the case the next time I come, sort it out !!

Me and my family ate at nando's on a busy Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. The food was superb and the waitress I believe who's name is Arlete was very helpful and polite. She made sure that we enjoyed our visit and was 100% satisfied. So thank you Arlete. It's always nice to see happy workers smiling and making the place welcoming. I haven't been in ages & the place have gone for a major refurbishment. Well I can tell you that it looks fantastic. Bigger & better. Food is always amazing & desserts were great too. Caramel cheesecake was so good. After the meal we sat outside with some ice cream for the kids, coffee & dessertso for the adults. We will definitely come again.

I'd heard excellent reviews of this place but clearly we were not the clientele they sought as we had bad service from the get-go. As we had not been there before we asked if we had to find our own table. We were just left hanging without a word being said until 10 minutes later someone came to usher us to a table in the far corner. The only thing she said was "do you want drinks now?"then quickly ran away. We were left sitting there for a further 15 minutes before some saw fit to respond to our waving at which point it was explained that we should have ordered where we came in. Really bad but worse was to come.We try to order but the cashier can hardly hear us over the din. I was virtually shouting and signing the order at the same time. Okay so now we've ordered. 10 minutes pass, then 20 then 30 ...... No food. Eventually it shows up, cold and completely wrong. One plate has chips when we'd asked for garlic bread and the other had salad when we have specifically requested no sides. (I had opted not to order for myself as there was truly nothing I fancied on the menu and what I had seen on other diners plates had not inspired me)..My mother took one bite of her chicken burger and spat it out. Her chicken was burnt and cold in the middle. Not sure how they managed that! My sons chicken was covered in some orange slime (not mentioned on the menu) and he wouldn't eat it. So all in all this cost us £20 and all we got were 3 fizzy drinks as the food was totally inedible.We tried to complain but could not make ourselves head over the din. No one once checked if our meal was okay. We clearly left 2 untouched meals on our table but no one gave a damn. It must happen a lot!This is I couldn't care less restaurant with a couldn't eat less menu. I'm glad that I'm a mystery shopper and can provide them with an appropriate rating. After we left we headed straight for McDonalds next door which was excellent. Nice save, Ronald McDonald!

Popped out for a bit of pre-Christmas shopping at Gallions Reach and came here for lunch. Standard Nando's corporate offering, polite and good service, nice and clean. Never somewhere that would get an excellent overall, but a solid very good for this one.
