Absolutely disgusting. Rubbish everywhere. There was know where to sit and eat. I have never seen a mcdonalds in such bad condition. I will never eat here again. Absolutely horrendous

I’ve only given one star because I have to in order to leave a review, If zero was an option I would’ve given that. I went to this McDonald’s drive thru at 11:30pm on a Saturday. After we had ordered our 5 caramel frapps we were told to wait in bay 1, bearing in mind that there was no one behind us and this is meant to be a fast food service so I don’t see the reason to be told to wait in the bays. After we had received our frapps we had went home to enjoy them. As we started drinking them we realised there was nothing coming up. After inspection we poured half them out to realise the frapps were full of ice in big blocks where it was not even drinkable. We had gone back to the drive thru to explain what happened and to ask for a refund. The man in the window was at first refusing to admit that he served us ice in our frappe and accused us of drinking the frappe and he could only issue a refund for two. After asking for a full refund he then said that the tills were closed, which doesn’t make sense as he offered us a refund for two but now he couldn’t offer us a refund at all… very strange. He had finally admitted that the drinks they served us were full of ice and could only re make them for us. He asked us to come back tomorrow like I don’t have anything better to do tomorrow. After a hostile interaction we had to reluctantly agreed to getting the drinks remade which we did not even enjoy due to the circumstances. A very hostile interaction where the workers did not want to accept anything we had to say and even after taking the drinks back to show him the ice he still refused to admit and was reluctant to even make us the drinks again and was making excuses about a refund. A very strange and frustrating visit with this McDonalds. I will not be going back.

Everything was good but they don’t have toilets and if you need to go then the one provided is very poor

I did order in app and eat one bite it was clod spicy chicken burger when asked to lady she said nothing to any thing about the food also sorry or any thing , they had no manners to talk to customers , I did throw in bin food She mention to her manager he did after eating and he said it was cold with out how can I told , It was hot or clod and she is very rude ,,,

Every time I go through drive through always get asked to pull up and wait for my food. It’s supposed to be fast food service not pull up and wait. On going issue for years now

Once again the drink bag came completely drenched and soaked and MORE THAN HALF the drink spilled. Not worth what I paid for

The Fanta drink which i ordered with my food had spilled because it tipped on the side soiling the food.

I’m not happy I ordered a family share meal and no chips come only the burgers and now the kids have no fries to go with there burgers it’s unacceptable

Wrong food delivered unable to eat! paid for a big tasty with bacon, without onion, sauce. Food delivered was a double cheeseburger with onion, pickle and sauce all that I cannot eat! So no not happy!

Instead of delivering a 9 chicken selects and a Big Mac, they deliver 6 and don’t even bother with the Big Mac. Pathetic. Why don’t you they check orders before sending them???

Small order around 9pm, no other customers, got parked, had to wait 15 minutes for the food. Chips were undercooked and the rest of the food was cold. Would avoid this McDonald's going forward

I had one of the worst experiences at McDonald’s yesterday . The customer service was absolutely terrible! The staff seemed completely uninterested in doing their job. I waited an unusually long time for my order, only to get home and realize they missed some of my items! Not only was my meal incomplete, but when I tried to call the store to address the issue, no one picked up. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for something and not get what you ordered. On top of that, the employees were rude and dismissive when I tried to clarify my order at the counter. It felt like they couldn’t care less about their customers. We then had to go and drive their ourself to discuss the issue and the employees were rude and making unnecessary remarks behind the counter, the manager that came was completely rude and was laughing while trying to discuss this issue. This attitude frustrated me a lot as they were not trying to apologise this caused me to throw their supplies across the counter. As I had to drive 25min there and back just to discuss this issue and wasted £15 of petrol and they was laughing and being disrespectful saying remarks like “they came for one cheeseburger” this was not needed. Then on top of that one employee tried stand up to me. This kind of carelessness and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. McDonald’s needs to do better if they want to keep loyal customers because I’m not coming back to this location anytime soon. This happened 30/11/2024

I waited 1hr 15min for my order. It arrived ice cold, I could not eat. Extremely disappointing. No luck it getting this sorted through App help. Worst experience.

we ordered at 8.35pm and food was delivered at 9.15pm. 40 minutes. all the food was so cold it all had to be microwaved. the chips went soggy. the lettuce was limp. the nuggets were tough

Getting worse...service is non existent.. giving you the 'i don't care' attitude...Muslim girl there on a Sunday lunchtime gave me my food and gave no thank you. Nice they appreciate customers who are paying her wages...not! Food also terrible...burgers thrown together and look a state. Look closely at them working in the kitchen and you'll feel ill...no gloves 🤮 I do not recommend this McDonald's...🛑STAY AWAY!!!🛑

Order was not fulfilled, missing both fries and ice cream and missing one drink. Don’t think I’ll order again, because this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Drive thru- If you don't mind, restraunt waiting for fast food then this is your place.. Some of the staff actually care and try to be helpful, but some just have no clue. Why serve more customers and ask for their order if you cant make the food for the person at the front of the queue? Majority of people wait.. for What 🙈

Food prepared wrong. How hard is it to read the instructions. No mayo or sweet chilli sauce, it arrived with no cucumber or lettuce and with mayo and sweet chilli sauce. Not good enough, I had to pay delivery to order it again

at this point it’s ridiculous; every time you order something it’s either cold or the wrong order every single time??? they need new staff members that can read and know what to do and how to make food because clearly these ones can’t. fast food is quick and easy how does this restaurant make it hard?

Just walked out to go to the other local mcdonalds due to standing at the counter to places an order with every staff member walking past and not offering to serve. 2 adults + 2 children worth of meal revenue going to your neighbours, hope the service is better there because yours is useless 👎

I Been back after 5 months and everything it's the same,staff is horrible with costumer, please who ever is managing this restaurant please put the staff for more training 🙏 and let them know that costumer has nothing to do with their bad day. Spread love ❤️ Bless

The food preparation at Beckton McDonald's branch is absolutely atrocious. The food is over cooked and the patties are thrown into the buns like rag dolls. The soft drinks seem to be watered down might as well drink tap water. 😡😡

My burger was cold and the chips were also cold and the mid bottom section was hard wasnt happy with order also took time to recieve this so probs went cold due to that but sadly i wasnt happy and wont be reordering any time soon.

Only found one helpful staff member,the lady in charge was very unhelpful and had a terrible attitude, the tables where dirty and staff didn't want to clean them, had to listen to to a middle Eastern radio program the whole time being played by the restaurant. all in all a very unpleasant dining experience

Very Long Wait time 1 hour and didn't even get My order we asked them but the food still didn't come. Only 1 helpful staff member and toe manager had an attitude problem made us feel very uncomfortable and they had a non English speaking program playing on there pa system sounded like someone praying or preaching

Been here last week, with hygiene and cross-contamination issues, and felt like throwing up.

Slow service, limited parking space, if there is traffic jam will take 2 hours to get out.

I was waiting more than 30 minutes for my meal I eat and 2 weeks later I get thickets for parking 47 minutes

I’m not throwing shade at the delivery driver because he was at the restaurant for a long time just waiting for the food to be ready. When he delivered the order the food was cold, and the fries were undercooked. Chicken nuggets were inedible and burgers tasted like cardboard.
