Wingstop Beckton in Newham

I ordered a cheese burger and they put no meat inside the burger, just cheese. Extremely frustrating as this was a takeaway and I only realised after I left the store. Awful experience I am reporting the staff to headquarters

Cold food!! Complaint about chicken selects, they served the hot foods, rest of the food was cold, ordered chicken nuggets for child, was cold, cheese bites was cold, bad customer service

Getting worse...service is non existent.. giving you the 'i don't care' attitude...Muslim girl there on a Sunday lunchtime gave me my food and gave no thank you. Nice they appreciate customers who are paying her wages...not! Food also terrible...burgers thrown together and look a state. Look closely at them working in the kitchen and you'll feel ill...no gloves 🤮 I do not recommend this McDonald's...🛑STAY AWAY!!!🛑

Order was not fulfilled, missing both fries and ice cream and missing one drink. Don’t think I’ll order again, because this isn’t the first time this has happened.

For the first time the order arrived on time and warm (not piping hot, but I don't think you get one not even at the restaurant). good job at the driver as well

Drive thru- If you don't mind, restraunt waiting for fast food then this is your place.. Some of the staff actually care and try to be helpful, but some just have no clue. Why serve more customers and ask for their order if you cant make the food for the person at the front of the queue? Majority of people wait.. for What 🙈

Took them 2 hours to prepare a 10-minute meal and when it finally got to us it was stale, cold and slapdashed in the box! 👎👎👎👎👎

Pay more attention to, always items missing

Food prepared wrong. How hard is it to read the instructions. No mayo or sweet chilli sauce, it arrived with no cucumber or lettuce and with mayo and sweet chilli sauce. Not good enough, I had to pay delivery to order it again

Never going back there again. The staff are so rude. The place was all dirty with rubbish everywhere. Not worth the time

at this point it’s ridiculous; every time you order something it’s either cold or the wrong order every single time??? they need new staff members that can read and know what to do and how to make food because clearly these ones can’t. fast food is quick and easy how does this restaurant make it hard?

I Been back after 5 months and everything it's the same,staff is horrible with costumer, please who ever is managing this restaurant please put the staff for more training 🙏 and let them know that costumer has nothing to do with their bad day. Spread love ❤️ Bless

Very bad service and so so slow

Would be zero stars if could post with none. Just walked out to go to the other local mcdonalds due to standing at the counter to places an order with every staff member walking past and not offering to serve. 2 adults + 2 children worth of meal revenue going to your neighbours, hope the service is better there because yours is useless 👎

The food preparation at Beckton McDonald's branch is absolutely atrocious. The food is over cooked and the patties are thrown into the buns like rag dolls. The soft drinks seem to be watered down might as well drink tap water. 😡😡

My burger was cold and the chips were also cold and the mid bottom section was hard wasnt happy with order also took time to recieve this so probs went cold due to that but sadly i wasnt happy and wont be reordering any time soon.

Very friendly staff, who explained in detail about various offers. Nice place to sit down and enjoy your meal. Free parking.

Only found one helpful staff member,the lady in charge was very unhelpful and had a terrible attitude, the tables where dirty and staff didn't want to clean them, had to listen to to a middle Eastern radio program the whole time being played by the restaurant. all in all a very unpleasant dining experience

Only 1 helpful staff member and toe manager had an attitude problem made us feel very uncomfortable and they had a non English speaking program playing on there pa system sounded like someone praying or preaching

Been here last week, with hygiene and cross-contamination issues, and felt like throwing up.

Slow service, limited parking space, if there is traffic jam will take 2 hours to get out.

I was waiting more than 30 minutes for my meal I eat and 2 weeks later I get thickets for parking 47 minutes

My children love the spicy wings, and the ranch dip. In this occasion it took about 10 kin to place and order and the queue was going out the door. After we ordered it took another 10 min to get our take away. The place was packed so we had to do take away.

Never Busy. Food always hot and fresh and the staff are super friendly. My favourite location by far.

I’m not throwing shade at the delivery driver because he was at the restaurant for a long time just waiting for the food to be ready. When he delivered the order the food was cold, and the fries were undercooked. Chicken nuggets were inedible and burgers tasted like cardboard.

ABOMINATION, ORDERED A CHICKEN BIGMAC GOT A 9/11 TOWER. Burger dry, opened the box with the layers just flying out. Atmosphere horrible got harassed by a worker and didn’t use gloves when making the food just dumped it all in the box. Flies on me and my food . ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

Never follows instructions with delivery. Always missing items and never gives sauces, straws. I don’t know who’s working and managing these stores but they’re complete jokes.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at a restaurant recently. The place was a mess, with uneaten food and boxes strewn about, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting than cleaning. The fries were stale and cold, and when we asked for fresh ones, they were only half filled. To make matters worse, we were asked to leave halfway through our meal because the store was closing early, with no prior warning. As someone who runs a franchise myself, I can say that the way this place was managed was a complete disaster. I won't be returning and will stick to the Beckton McDonald's instead, where the service and food are consistently good.

Disappointed that they removed chicken legend and replaced with disgusting chicken burger.

I ordered my food at around 7:50 pm it is now 9:17 and this broad back driver has had the cheek to say he’s delivered my food at 8:25. I’m trying to figure out as to why it’s almost an hour later and I’m still, oh I forgot I never received. Please let me know why just eat believes £25 is three days waiting type money. I NEED MY FOOD AND MONEY BACK NOW AND TO THE DRIVER IF I CATCH YOURE NOT GOING LIKE IT. POOOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVES.

The delivery person left the order outside my door. He didn’t even call me or let me know he’s waiting outside. I was waiting for him to come and I never received a call from him. It was my neighbour who saw the food left outside the door and rang the door bell to let me know. When I went outside that’s when my neighbour gave me the food. I was wondering why it said “delivered” when I didn’t even receive the food!!! What if someone else takes it? Is this how just eat offers customer service?!?!
